Review:Once again Naomi Klein uses her knowledge of shock and awe and the current political situation to educate us and even guide us toward a possible positive outcome in a climate that appears hopelessly far from our care of our common home. Amazingly current, a must read that keeps the reader looking forward to each page Read more
Review:The Second Treatise is a deep exploration of the fundamentals of governance, starting from man in a state of nature and the need to move to following rules of government. But I found it quite wordy and repetitive. Read more
Review:A graphic novel has the creative freedom to do some time travel along the narrative arc of our story. At a time when Euro-Americans feel discomfort while watching mob violence by people given sanction to throw gasoline and plant bombs, this history forces us to see exactly how dangerous it was to become a Freedom Rider--and how necessary that choice was. White supremacists still murder African-American ministers and Bible students. As a result of many generations of pushing social evolution, we ... Read more
Review:This was a good book. I love depressing memoirs and this fit the bill for 80% of the book. Review:Well written book that included many insights into RFK and his sense of loyalty to family and friends, while bringing out RFK' s strong sense of justice. Also provided insight into the author and his experiences in this milieu. Read more

Bravo to the brave men and women of Poland who saved democracy in Europe! A must read to all who love history. Read more

Just like women before feminism accepted male assesstment of their value, older people accept the younger society's evaluation of ... Read more
Review:We need more true tellers. God Bless Matt Walsh for writing this book. The book gives a breakdown of the decay in our society, and Walsh boldly defends his points with reason and scripture. I've never read a book so fast, and I look forward to reading it again. Read more
Review:Finally a book which deconstructs the lies of the NRA. It is worth the read for people like myself who want to see the reformation of gun laws to protect our citizens from an Afghanistan-like scenario of potential sudden, random and spontaneous death and the annihilation of supposed "Constitutionalist" groups.
