Ideologies & Doctrines
Review:Excited to receive the much anticipated CTH book. They provoke thoughts, challenge preconceptions, and have a point of view to back up the irony and the humor. Buy the book, revolt, repeat steps 1 & 2 until desired results are achieved. Check out Chapo FYM on Twitch also if you haven't already. Read more
Review:The lessons of history recorded for us by Sollzhenitzn are pertinent to this generation, long after the fall of the Soviet Union. The same kinds of oppression arise over and over in various times and places. We were blessed to have this great author and true prophet here for some years. He has left a record for us and a warning in his address at Harvard (?) years ago when he predicted the kind of cultural and moral decline we have been experiencing and urged our nation to take responsibility to ... Review:As a fan of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and his emotional, almost ranting narratives about the unnumbered innocents (and the few that were guilty) carted from Black Maria to interrogation (and if not summarily executed) to the gulag, I came out of both volumes of the "Gulag Archipelago" wanting to know more than just the angry anecdotal diatribes that Solzhenitsyn reiterates endlessly. I wanted facts, reasons, and perhaps an observer somewhat farther removed from the tragedy than Solzhenitsyn. I orde... Read more
Review:Hitch was a miracle of intelligence in his anti-religious and outspoken views on political people and events. Unfortuately, this book is merely a recital his early years, his rise in the journalistic world, and other biographical details. These are comparatively uninteresting since they do not tell us how the man became the voice of the oppoisition of religous bigotry, an apostle of secularism. I miss his voice raised in countless debates as he laid waste to his opponents; arguments. Neither... Read more
Review:I loved this book. Although Trump can drive me crazy with his delivery sometimes, this book really explains how he has a full understanding of what is wrong with government today and he is going down the right path to fix it. He is on the money when he uses the term "fake news." The media is correct that what they report is mostly true but it is what they decide to emphasize. For example, in Today's paper front and center in Nation and World section-story about how only 53 of the 105 illega... Read more
Review:This book tells the truth about the current political environment inside the swamp. Washington has lost touch with the people and all they care about how to get reelected. The swamp needs to be drained and President Trump is working hard to do it and the career politicians can't stand it. This book points out how the career politicians and news media are fighting President Trump. Read more
Review:Published before the last presidential election, yet is just as up to date now as it was then. Trump is right on the mark. If you really care about America, give it a read and pay attention to this Patriot! Read more
Review:An account of the characteristics of past fascists, rhymes with what is in the world today. M Albright’s background gives her great insight to the dangers of Fascism. The signs of Fascism. How it infiltrates a free democracy. Read more
Review:Libertarians love to get bogged down in complicated policy debates, which, while undeniably fun, is not often helpful in converting others to the cause. What Kibbe has so skillfully done here, is succinctly stated the essence of the philosophy right there in the title. Don’t Hurt People and Don’t Take Their Stuff.
Personally, I’m hard pressed to see how anyone could disagree with two so evidently moral and straightforward principles, but the fact remains that many people still do. We have... Read more
Review:Very well written and hard hitting. It is a story that everyone should read as dictators like the murderous Franco can be stopped early on before something horrific, like the Spanish Civil War, happens. Read more
