Review:I love this book. I love everything about it from the way the cover feels to how the pages smell. I think it perfectly captures the universe these two have made together. All of the amazing anecdotes and jokes aside, my favorite part of this entire literary journey was the photos of Dan and Phil's stuff next to each other. Like their shoes or their shirts. Review:This card was very true to the Rider Waite symbolism. Other than that, I can't really say too much positive about it. It was about what I expected as far as artwork goes. It didn't blow me away though. The card stock is not as thick as I would like for readings. This is a nice deck to add to a collection or for someone who is into Steam Punk. Review:Sarah Vowell is a particularly cynical and yet sometimes hilariously funny author who can fill the mind with imagery with a single two word phrase like "Nerd Isreal". Review:Most of the comments expressing disappointment here have to do with content. I bought the CD audio version and I am actually okay with the content. It's good not great, but certainly sufficient to hold my interest.

Review:I liked this book mainly because it is unlike what is out there. I expected it to be a bit juvenile from its description but it really, really is juvenile.

Still, fun to read. However, the descriptions seem to blur together after awhile because they are so repetitive.

Review:I approached this with a little caution as I somehow never played D&D, probably because I was too busy with my comic books and models of the Enterprise 1701-D. Review:Genius book, as others have noted. But the equally genius graphic design also deserves mention. If you look at the book carefully, you'll appreciate how the designers evolve the look of these "front pages," parodying newspaper design from the early part of the century through the USA-TODAYification process that took place in the '80s.
