I agree with many other reviewers: a disappointment from the first book. It's hard to find fault here - the first book was amazing! And everything I've made from this book (smoothies, cookies, one soup) have been super tasty. The problem is this: the recipes are so fussy!

lots of ingredients, lots of hard-to-find ingredients. For shopping I go to my regular grocery store, then whole foods. Sometimes I have to go to the health food store, too. The instructions are like a novel.

It isn't as accessible as the first one. I'll still be trying recipes from it, of course. The author certainly hasn't lost an ability to make appetizing vegan recipes. But it's too fussy to be used "every day" as the title states

We LOVE this book!! We have actually given out four copies as gifts after we received it as a gift!! The only thing we don't love is the amount of garlic used, but we just halve it most of the time and it works perfectly for us!

One of the best cookbooks. Clear information and the recipes are delicious. The curry, the nacho "cheese", the chocolate pudding, and the shepherd's pie are so delicious even to those new to veganism. Oh so yummy!

I love Angela's website and her first cookbook is my standard vegan go-to, however, this one isn't as good as the first one. It's still good, lots of variety, but seemingly a lot of oats, quinoa, lentils, and tofu this time. Regardless, as usual, every single recipe I've made from it so far has been absolutely delicious. It's a keeper and I'd definitely recommend it, though of her two cookbooks I'd recommend her first one over this one, but they're both great!

An awesome cookbook, the recipes are, as promised, quick, simple, and delicious. For the rare recipe that does include a lot of prep (like the veggie burgers) Angela has been clear that the recipe makes extra for freezing. Highlights so far are the high protein kale salad and the tacos, also much loved by my devoted 'meat-atarian' husband. We're not vegans but try to eat veggie at home most nights of the week, but with a new baby, a dog, and two full time jobs, this cookbook has been a lifesaver. I'd give this book six stars if I could.

When I first received this cookbook, I like to take my time and read through every recipe putting sticky notes on all the pages I want to try. Needless to say, almost all the pages had sticky notes. I've tried the chocolate peanut butter cookies, apple and cheese pancake, kale salad and granola and all have been good. I only wished the entree section had more of a wide selection rather than items like nachos, which I don't consider to be a dinner item or all the pasta recipes listed. I wasn't happy with that section, hence the four stars. All in all it's a good cookbook.

Nothing like ordering a cook book from a phenomenal writer. Love the quality of the book, the pictures and the amazing recipes. If you re a vegan or pondering how vegans eat then don't look any further. We have purchase many vegan cookbooks and by far Angela's cookbooks are the best. Her recipes are simple to follow and you just cant move to the next page without admiring the beautiful pictures. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Wow. What a disappointment this cookbook is. Having used and used and purchased numerous times as gifts Angela's first cookbook, this new cookbook is a dud. Angela and her family look beautiful and the photography is lovely, but there is no new content. I am an avid cook and cookbook buyer and here is truly nothing in here I am burning to make. So very sad., I anxiously awaited its arrival and now I wish I could send it back. Get her first cookbook. It's a gem!

My daughter requested this for Christmas as she has a previous book by the same author. She's a vegetarian and also tries to avoid some milk products and these recipes fit both needs. She was reading some of the recipes to us and they sounded really good. These aren't fancy overburdensome recipes and can be used everyday which is what she was looking for. Pictures were lovely and booked is nicely laid out.
Arrived quickly.

As always Angela Liddon nails some fantastic plant based recipes that are fun, delicious and not horribly time consuming. With so many cookbooks, you only find a half dozen recipes worth keeping out of hundreds in the book- not so here! Every dish in her book is outstanding and worth your time in the kitchen! I highly highly recommend both her cookbooks for both vegan's and just those wishing to get a little more creative with their cooking. She is a master of her craft and you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful photos, great layout! I ordered 8 cookbooks for keto and this one takes the cake. It's a large sized book full of amazing photos (important to me because I eat with my eyes) and nutrition info for every recipe. This book uses lots of "keto pantry" items like whey protein powder which I'll need to stock up on but that does not intimidate me at all. Can't wait to dig in and try the recipes!

There are a total of fifteen entres in this cookbook. The rest is smoothies, cookies and salads. You have to like coconut milk and all the fat that comes with it if you are going to use this cookbooks' recipes.

Oh She Glows recipes are quite simply my favorite. I don't usually buy cookbooks anymore (why have them taking up space when everything is online?); but I use the recipes in here so frequently it's worth having it on my shelf. Every recipe inside is worth making.

I already knew I loved Angela's recipes, but wow. I have loved every single recipe I have made out of this. If you even had the slightest thought of grabbing it then do. I am a vegan that is allergic to wheat and soy and can either eat all of the recipes or make slight adjustments to be able to eat them, she even lists those in the book. I also recommend her site and her first cookbook. I think she really topped all of it with this cookbook though.
