This book is quite steamy, yet enjoyable story. Can you imagine having your life completely implodes and then to get away you take a dream vacation and then get lost and end up in a ditch? Not the way you want to start getting your life together. However, you end up on the doorstep of one of the most handsome man you have ever seen and promptly fall into unconsciousness. Then you wake up naked and in his bed, what is going on?
This introduction of Zoey to Declan is unconventional, but sparks fly and chemistry sizzles from the moment she wakes up. Declan introduces her to discipline and to whole new sexual experience. They connect, but Declan is protecting his heart and Zoey won't share her past, until it all implodes. Will either get their happy ever after?
This love story is unconventional, but it is hot, sensual and enjoyable to read. I enjoyed this book.

Have mercy!! This book was truly noticing and amazing! Very eye opening to the Dom/Sub world! I love how she is doubting herself and her future only to wonder right into her future without even realizing it! Such a sexy and sassy story! His disobedience yet appetite for more was intoxicating! This is the first book in the Dungeon Fantasy Club series and I found it to be a very good read. While I have read some of these types of books in the past, what drew me to this one was the twist. One wrong turn and Zoey and Declan's lives were changed by a chance encounter. The book was well written with plenty of steamy, hot scenes, but it also has wonderful characters and a good plot. Just when you thought this couple was getting their happily ever after, there was a twist that made Declan rethink that engage the reader keeping them reading until the conclusion of the book. I will definitely be interested in reading future installments in this series.

I felt Declan’s controlling dom persona did not allow him to express his emotions easily until the end of the story. I adored Jared’s charming and playful personality. I hope to read his story. An entertaining story of an American girl in trouble who discovers love and a good kinky adventure in the Highlands of Scotland with a Dom and his dungeon. ?

'Her Highland Master' by Anya Summers is book one in the "The Dungeon Fantasy Club" series. This is a easy read and about 135 pages. So this can easly be read in one sitting I think. This was a really hot story that had some trust issue after Declan McDougal sub had up and left him for another Dom and then they both got killed in a car accident. Declan decided to ask/have Zoey be his sub since she has accidentally landed on his door step and won't be able to leave do to the weather.
Great starter book for this series!

However, all goes well when Declan sees the error of his ways and seeks a loving reunion with Zoey before she returns to the States in misery.

"One simple wrong turn..."!! I really like Anya Summers stories and this one was no exception! I liked the story-line, characters and definite heat! I loved Zoey and Declan's story!!! There is definite chemistry between these two!! I love the short, sweet and to the point epilogue!!!! It was a perfect!

I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. Anya Summers writing sucked me into this story. I enjoyed “Her Highland Master” and I found myself saying “one more chapter” until I reached the end. It’s enjoyable, entertaining and I’d recommend reading it.

Right from the start this book grabbed me. I found it fast paced without being rushed & the characters were 'complete'. I understand it's the first in a series but it doesn't leave you hanging at the end. If I had to find a criticism it's that I felt the conclusion wrapped up too quickly & too easily. Maybe I'm just not as nice as Zoey!!

Who doesn't have a fantasy of meeting a hot good looking who wants you? Then add in lots of BDSM scenes with a novice sub and an alpha male dominant and you have a modern day man of the manor story even better than those old bodice rippers of old! This little book is a nice read for an afternoon at the beach or in a nice air conditioned room because believe me this will steam up your Kindle screen! I read and reviewed this for NetGalley.

A wrong turn ends with insta-lust, insta-sub and a menage. Lots of hot bedroom and dungeon scenes. Declan was a very yummy Dom with an accent, and so was his butler. The story seemed secondary to the sex. But it was a good start to a series.

I really loved Declan the man could be so sweet, "lass," he murmured so gently, and then his lips claimed hers for a sweet kiss as he pulled her into his strong arms. He broke the kiss first. "We have the room for the night. I need my little sub." I really loved this book.

Awesome! I really liked this story! Loved all the characters and the sex scenes were muy caliente (i.e. Super steamy)! It was very well-written, as well, which is unusual for books in this genre. Can't wait to read more by Ms. Summers!

Scenes that make your reading screen steam. Super steamy first book for this series, I already reread it. Great storyline and characters...there are background characters that you meet and hope they will have their own book too. Definitely a quicker read that is very well written.
