I just love those books! I could read them forever. Not to mention I hate going to work and doing anything else but reading. First author I am not sorry to give my money to. Lindsay, keep up and write a lot more of this amazing stuff.

I like most of Lindsay Buroker's books. First and foremost she has likable main characters and this book is no exception. The biggest problem is that it reads like a Barbara Cartland romance novel. With the end of the series announcement, is probably just an attempt to bring closure to a couple of minor characters.

Summary: 5 stars. Great writing in this fast-paced story of adventure and dragons.
Under the Ice Blades is a fast-paced read, but it’s not just mindless action. The book has just the right mix of descriptions, action, and character development. The developing romance between Angulus and Kaika is portrayed very well, and it was fun getting in both their heads to experience their conflicted thoughts about each other.
It’s a shorter book than the others in the series, but the plot has some nice twists. The writing is really good. I wish that all authors wrote this well.
This book is obviously the starting point to more adventures with dragons.
As with all of Lindsay Buroker’s books, you really need to read the epilogue. :-)

Anyone reading this series really needs to read this novella, It adds much perspective to what is going on between #5 and #6, and will answer some questions that the reader will have when starting #6.
