Good read, intriguing story line that holds your interest. Nice romance book without all the hype about "alpha", "dominant" or "processive" male lead. Story moved along with only a couple of times appearing to drag. Overall - not bad. Will read the next one in the series...

What's better than a wonderful romance with all kinds of twists and turns? There wonderful romances!!! This was such a great book for our cross country trip. It filled a long day of driving with rich, likable characters whose lives are far from mundane. I hope you enjoy these stories as much as I have. Thanks, Lauren

I liked this romance. Great character development. I know there were underlying themes of abuse and trust issues but I read it for the uplifting message of love and didn't dwell on the heavier issues.

Trust and Caring
A great mix for a happily ever after. Family dynamics, cute kids and bits of emotional panic keep the interest alive. I thoroughly enjoyed Trusting Jake and can't wait to read the next book in the series!

Loved this book. Jenna was trying to start over with her two kids after her deadbeat husband died and she was screwed over by her boss. She moves to a new town as a single mother. She was on her way to a job interview when her car decided it couldn't go any farther. Jake was on his way to a meeting when he saw a woman in the side of the road. He was instantly attracted to her beauty and the feisty personality her saw as she was about to throw her cellphone. He couldn't stop himself from pulling over to help. When he discovered she was wearing a wedding ring, he was disappointed. He couldn't want a married woman. He helped her home and offered her a job. Over time he fell in love, not only with her but with her children too. He hated himself for loving a married woman but he couldn't stop himself either. When the truth comes out about her past, jen knows her lies will stop Jake from wanting her the way she wants him. The truth only makes Jake want her more. He wants to prove to her that he loves her and understands why she lied. I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
