I like the concept that the elderly are so invisible that they (we) can get away with almost anything. However, the writing was heavy-handed and humorless. A very slow read with a less than satisfying outcome.

THE PLOTS WERE FUN AND BASED ON SENIIOR PHYSICAL CHALLENGES TO ACCOMMODATE THE PLANS FOR STEALING ETC. THIS BOOK WILL APPEAL MOSTLY TO A SENIOR GROUP...I WOULD READ ANOTHER ONE OF THE AUTHORS BOOKS....

Undeveloped and uninteresting or sympathetic characters. The only reason that I finished reading the book was because it was selected for our reading group. I was greatly relieved when my tortuous reading experience was over.
The Curious Charms of Arthur Pepper :: The Deal of a Lifetime :: The Hooker and the Hermit (Rubgy Book 1) :: SPEED (A 44 Chapters Novel Book 2) :: Malcolm X: A Life of Reinvention

I enjoyed this book more than anyone of the thousands I have ever read..How I admired the characters!!! They were so real I can picture each one!! What a lighthearted joy I would to see a sequel. This author thinks like I do,thanks for writing this.

I really thought the topic was fun; little old ladies pulling off a heist. After too many lucky breaks, bumbling police and unbelievable plot twists this story became a chore to finish. To top it off, the little old lady is only 70.
