This is a very useful book highlighting how our brains works in business and social interactions. Being aware of this brain-based interaction can only help us perform more effectively. The tricky part is maintaining the self awareness to practice this method.

Oren ROCKS! Pure and simple. Like POP he says it like it is
and really, really, really has the definitive system for presenting
and closing. However, I wish he'd only stick to this focus and
not go-off--as he does in his video interview series--on other
subjects. He's an expert in Pitching. He's good. But, only
an expert in Pitch.

Very easy to read organized book. You will enjoy the stories and real life deal experiences that he tells. Understanding the way
people think and knowing how to maximize the objective is the key in dealing with people.

Excellently written. I went through it the first time and took notes. Then read it a second time straight through. And now going through it again for a third time revising my notes. A completely different way to look at, and think about your pitches. It doesn't matter what you are trying to sell. This book takes selling to the core of the human thought process and breaks it down step by step for you.
Anyone in sales, anyone with a product they want to sell, or anyone just looking to make a better first impression and influence people should read this book.

Oren's approach to persuasion is very interesting and I believe to be very effective based on human psychology and social perspective. I can agree with an approach that Oren has put together and the book gives great insight. will definitely listen to it over and over to get an understanding of that strategy

A business book that I actually bothered to finish. That's because it's not just a business book, it's a life skills book. Definitely not for everyone but I'm glad that I'm one of the ones that read it.

This book is ABSOLUTELY game changing! Even if you are not pitching million dollar ideas to big companies this book will teach how the human mind works so you can break and bend almost anyone to your will. Everyone likes to have their way and this book teaches you how to get your way while remaining undetected by the mind's security system. If you do not read, take notes, then apply the techniques in this book I feel sorry for you.

WOW, A Whole New Way of Thinking. Just implementing a small portion of what Oren suggests will cause you to really get out of your comfort zone. The results will come in time but it also gives you a feeling of "Taking Back Your Dignity"
Great Read!

I literally read this book cover to cover. Very powerful. I'll be re-reading it again because so much was shared. The most important thing I've gotten from this book so far is the attention span of the people you're pitching. Make it clear and make it short...cut out the BS.

The truth about different methods is that different people test & stuck with what worked for them & haven't adapted.
Learn from people who had the most success
It's best to follow the method that's edvidence based more on physical science & not personal opinion. So far the laws of physics haven't changed. While trends & methods do all the time.

This book achieved what it inspires its readers to do in pitches: it held my attention, stimulated me with novel and well-crafted ideas and got me to buy into the story it told. What's more, here I am now using my precious time to recommend it to others. The concepts in this book are applicable to all professions and I've already experienced a greater level of personal fulfillment and professional success through application of its principles. Very glad to have found Pitch Anything.

Oren takes the pitch out of the pitch, the sleaze out of the sales, and the coercion out of your method. Approaching salesmanship from a psychological perspective, addressing the evolution of our brains, Oren's framework is a powerful tool for success

Very good to read. The concepts are explained from social to biological level, creating a rich, believable and super interesting method. It all makes sense if you've had some experience pitching and puts names and relatable concepts in usual business/presenting situations.

Pitch Anything is a great book for gaining a good insight into how people respond to our "pitch". I think for I knew there was a science or logic to how the public reacts to what we are offering. But, just had not yet studied this area. I thought this book outlined well some key areas we need to focus on. The whole concept of frame control, felt new to me. But it is something that really, happens in our everyday lives. From the book you realize how important it is in business. And the author give some good insight on how to better use it.

One of the best books in persuasion. Highly recommended to those students
in marketing or advertising and for entrepreneurs as well. Also recommended
to those involved in sales, advertising, marketing, training and speech writing.

Our group uses neuro-psychology (how the brain works) in all our internet-enabled sales and marketing processes. This book completley changed our approach to our new online sales acceleration blog. This is persuasive science at a very high level, When you control the "frame" you control the conversation. To control the frame you need to take the high ground. EVERY sales and marketing executive needs to read this book... three times.

They say everybody has a "take" or "view" of things in life, Oren Klaff has his unique view on how business relationships are, and using his view has been a great help to me. In fact, I would've never thought why some people become overlords to others, well Klaff nows and shows us why.

Take you time reading this book. Takes notes. Read it again.
Although in a sense it is formulaic, it is much more sublime than a simple outline or process. Rather than purporting to uncover some "hidden" mystery or subliminal technique, it exposes the psychological patterns that all of us follow in the decision making process. After reading this book you will have realized many "aha" moments.

Great story telling and the author provides an in-depth analysis of his own frame-control experiences and thus adds much authority to his theories. Excellent insights into how we communicate and humbling to realize how it's so difficult to think in other people's shoes.

This book was amazing! It completely changed the way that I view a "sales" interaction - especially when I am on the selling side. I used some of his techniques to land a contract with a major educational institution in my area. I actually couldn't believe when I was doing it how easy it was, and how well it was working.
I will definitely read it again, to reinforce the techniques in my brain. Anyone who has any kind of role where they must convince another person, (whether in a sales interaction or not), should - no MUST - read this book.
I have seen the author speak in person, and if you have a chance to see him, it is well worth it.

He offers entertaining writing, some good ideas and some that are more than a little questionable. He speaks of the brain and research but never references the research so you will need to take his word on it that the research was conducted and it supports his claims.
He does advertise his book correctly. It is about pitching and not selling. This is the sort of condensed sale that a pharmaceutical rep uses when doling out free samples of their drugs to a doctor who they are attempting to sell. They have a short period of time to get their message across so they make their pitch. His pitch is a little longer in time, but his approach is not suited for salespeople who have to make a complex sale.
I suppose my expectations were raised by the title, "Pitch ANYTHING." Had I thought about it I would have realized that not everything can be pitched with success.

I saw Oren speak and was intrigued by the psychological disposition of human beings and developing an uncommon method of persuasion. I can see how frames dictate the course if social interactions and see similarities with Oren's methodologies and those used by pick up artists in the book the Game. Very powerful and helpful
thinking. Thank you Oren.

Fricken Awesome. I was the Sales Manager for the largest new home builder in the world and their top salesperson. I can't tell you how much I love this book! Stop kissing ass and take control of your selling! I highly recommend this book to anyone that has to sell for a living - THAT MEANS YOU! And right after finishing the book, I sent my Notes to two of my closes friends so they could implement them in their own businesses. Make no mistake, this book should be the Bible of Selling!!!

About halfway done reading. The stuff is interesting, establishing frames during pitches, lasting long enough in a pitch but not too long as to where your audience loses you. Taking notes as I read in an effort to construct my own pitch.

An excellent addition and update to selling based on the most current thinking in neuro-science. I was listening to the book on Audible.com right before entering a critical meeting and was able to effectively apply the lessons immediately. For a business book, that's almost unheard of. Thanks Oren!

Great read with a new way to approach "the pitch"!
Changes the standard dry sales pitch into more of a social game loaded with fun where you become the prize.
Recommend for any sales person that has at least a couple years under their belt so they can recognize the gold nuggets of fresh and primal technique that are doled out in every chapter.

The methods imparted by Oren Klaff in this informative and inspirational book have already changed how I view social interactions where business is concerned. I can't wait to implement these concepts to navigate the new world of framing, using hot cognitive science and avoiding beta traps
