101 Very Short Stories by 101 Authors - Stories on the Go

Rather disappointing. Too much of the same kind of thing: paranormal, horror, thriller. Too many authors trying to surprise readers with a (sometimes predicable) twist ending. It's the kind of stuff we wrote in creative writing class. Maybe it's the short length that makes the stories so hollow and unrewarding? Sorry, but I'm glad I didn't pay for this one.

464 pages - 101 Authors - Absolutely WELL worth your time. Every story is short - I believe this may now be referred to as flash fiction. Every story is under a thousand words - giving the reader a change to complete a whole story in minutes of time. PERFECT for a book junkie like me.

I've owned this book for quite some while and am just now reviewing it. Mainly because I opened it back up again, for about the dozenth time. They never grow old, the stories in here. All told - I wouldn't put down a single one of them.

I review books that I have read - ALWAYS I have read them. I either own the books outright or ave been given an ARC or BETTA copy. This one - we own - it is in our Family Library. It doesn't show up as a verified purchase only because I am not reviewing it under the main the store acoount but using my own account instead.
