As usual, Louise Hay breaks down loving your body- and yourself- in these beautiful, simple steps.
It enlightened me to think about the gifts I have in the present that I merely overlook.
I definitely recommend...

Wonderful, and we need to remember that we create our health and our bodies, once we've aquired one. I feel that it Needs more specific work. It's too general. If a part of you hurts, love it. You can't get better advice than that. A-Z gets repetetive. But generally good.

Great structure for developing affirmations that address the whole self, piece by piece. Somehow each affirmation she introduces is perfectly suited to the needs of its corresponding part of the body. So grateful for this resource!

It it time people began to love themselves, instead of looking for love outside of themselves. This book of affirmations helps you to appreciate every part of your body, respect it and treat it like a temple..... we deserve to pamper ourselves in the most loving way possible :)

This set of affirmations definitely goes from head to toes. It's a little rediculous to appreciate your eyebrows (not sure if that's actually in there) but does offer good ones to get you to appreciate yourself more.

I have owned "Love Your Body" audio cassette before and I used it so much I wore it out. I have searched all day on the Internet to find her original audio version, which was published in 1988/1989. I believe her newer audio version of "Love Your Body" uses subliminal messages. I prefer this version because Louise Hay speaks each affirmation to you. I use to listen to it while I was rollerblading. I couldn't believe how good I felt about my body and it made me want to exercise even more. The more I exercised the better I felt and looked. I rate this a 5+ and would recommend it to anyone.

We have held "Love Your current Body" audio cassette prior to in addition to I used it so much I applied it available. We have researched for hours on end on the internet to get the woman initial audio model, which has been published with 1988/1989. I think the woman more modern audio model associated with "Love Your current Body" Love Your Body (Love Your Body and Your Self) uses subliminal emails. I favor that model because Louise Hay echoes just about every affirmations to you. I prefer to be handled by it whilst I was rollerblading.

This book takes self-appreciation to a level of its own. Louise Hay offers a very unique tactic for appreciating your body. She looks beyond the normal features that people generally tend to complain about and reminds readers to affirm the beauty of all areas of the body, including fingernails, gums, scalp, the spleen, and yes, even the kidneys.

This book is geared towards giving readers a body that works as a "harmonious whole." I can't say that I myself have become a harmonious whole as a result of reading the book. I certainly have had a few laughs, though.

I belived that this book was written in collaboration with James A. Michener. Michener writes all of his works with great detail and research of facts and information. This book has none of the Michener style and substance. Instead it lacked quality, depth and information. Every part of the body ends with "I love and appreciate my beautiful [teeth, gums, neck,spine...]" This was my first ever purchase online, and I feel that I was misled as to any Michner involvement in this book (not even an introduction which would have indicated his feeling of quality).
