This book was hard to rate. Although not a bad story, it could have been told just as well with half the the words. But because it was sooooooo.long, I was struggling and bored for more than half the book. Of the 3 main characters, Dylan, Jack , and Cate, Dylan was the only one I liked or found relatable, so again, it was hard to relate when you don't like all the mains. I've never read another book by Chloe Lynn Ellis, and if her other books are this challenging of a read, I doubt I will.

I really enjoyed this book! The characters had good chemistry with each other and that chemistry translated to some really hot scenes! The storyline I found interesting and the author did a good job developing the characters and story so it held my interest throughout the book. I really liked that Cate came into her own through the book and eventually stood up for herself against her dictator of a mother. I would read this book again and would read other books by this author.

I received an ARC in exchange for this review, but my opinions are my own.

Mine is the story of three childhood friends/enemies, who were brought together by one man who saw the best in each. After he dies, they have jointly inherited his Boston townhouse. I have to give it three stars because although there was somewhat of a story line besides the sex, it dragged on in the beginning. I couldn't quite get invested in the story. Jack was too judgmental and his antagonistic relationship with Cait got to be annoying. If finally evened out at the half way point with a good ending.

This is a voluntary review of an ARC.

Cate, Jack, and Dylan were childhood friends of a sort. Cate would visit her grandfather for the summer and Dylan and Jack would be there. Her grandfather took both boys under his wing and helped them get to where they are today. When Sully, Cate's grandfather, dies, Cate, Dylan and Jack are brought back together at his house as co owners. Can they make it work with all three of them or will the house and their friendship fade into the past? This was wonderfully sexy story with fun characters.

While i usually dont give 4 star ratings this one is definately worthy. This is a great story with amazing character development and a well executed amd thought out story line. You're able to fully emerge yourself in all of the emotions experienced by all three of these characters. And this book has them all, happiness, sadness, eroticism, love, hurt, empowerment, slefdoubt and so much more. Its an amazingly potent and steamy story of realization, self discovery and the meaning of home.

Loved this book! Talk about a sensual, romantic love story! If you love ménage books, then this one is for you! A devastating event leaves to the reunion of three childhood friends. Although gone, but not forgotten, a loving hand reaches out from the great beyond, to push them into solving their past issues. As they try and navigate their intense feelings for each other, they begin to realize that there is a possibility of happy ever after. The chemistry between these characters is sinfully sexy. Can't wait for more books from Chloe Lynn Ellis!

Beautiful story about 3 individuals who complete each other. Jack and Cate both had less than ideal childhoods but they were friends with Dylan who was the glue that held the group together. They come back together years later as adults and realize that their friendship has the potential to be so much more if they are willing to take the leap. I was invested in this story from the very beginning. The characters are beautifully flawed but are perfect for each other. I have left an honest review on an advanced reader copy of this book.

I adored this book, the characters are so sweet and enjoyable. The writing is great, the story is sweet. Everything was well rounded and fast paced, I read it in less than a day and it wasn't short either. So nice!!! I loved each character progression and their stories and how they all entwined together, how they each learned about themselves and helped eachother throughout the whole process, it will definitely be kept on my kindle for another read at a future date. As with most MMF romances, the heated scenes are the highlight of this story, yielding plenty of repeated, all-way menage sizzle. The characters were all nicely fleshed out, filled with strengths and insecurities interwoven into different backstories with a common point of reference. The relationship and plot were less convincing and developed, but fans of sometimes scorching three-way, all-way encounters among compelling if not perfect participants should find this to be a nicely simmering diversion.

I received this book back in September to read as a reviewer - time got away from me but I finally had a chance to read and HELLO! I couldn’t put the book down!
MINE is such an impactful title - each character uses it at least once claiming the need to call one or the other as their own. The book has its own little twists and turns as the relationships of Cate, Jack and Dylan develope but the steam it creates makes the book all that more of a need to read!!

I loved this book. Cate finally has the chance to do what she wants thanks to her grandfather. Little did she know that Hack and Dylan were also what she wants. These three find love together despite how they come to live in the same townhouse. I loved that Cate finally told her mother off as it was long in coming. She found her loves and she grabbed on with both hands. I voluntarily reviewed an ADVANCED READER COPY of this book. I really enjotedvthe book. I look forward to reading many more from this author.

It must be amazing to find a person such as Sully that changes so many lives simply because he believes in them. The loss felt when that person is gone is often irreplaceable.

Dylan, Jack and Cate are so very lucky to have known him but even more so for having each other.

I loved the dynamics of these three so different people and the way they finally come together is simply perfect.

Truly most women's dream come true

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. The story of best friends that had grown apart due to distance and time with difficult circumstances while they were growing up. They were all brought together by their grief/loss for SULLY (Cate's grandfather & mentor / benefactor for Jack & Dylan. The story was well written & it can get you heated up from the steamy, erotic scenes. I liked the way the ending of the story is realistic regarding their situation & it was not glossed over. Really loved it!

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader copy of this book. I was undecided about what to actually write about this one. I liked the vulnerability of the characters, thought the story was good but was entirely too long before it got to the point that it was trying to make. The situation the three of them were in were interesting, don't really like bisexual stories though, just not my thing, if it is menage prefer the men showing all the attention to the woman, however, I am sure others will enjoy this book.

SCORCHING HOT!!! This book had me from beginning to end. The characters were fun with quirks and heart. The story was consistent and engaging. They each developed and grew in a realistic way and each had their struggles to deal with it kept me interested in how they would change during the storyline. Of course the sex scenes were so steamy hot. Each different and compelling, building slowly and drawing you in. There is content and a real HEA after some investment of time and emotion.

Pretty good romance with a threesome. I thought they played off each other well, and each character seemed to care for one another. It's not solely a sexual fetish book, so if you don't like couples that are threesomes perhaps not for you. I found the sexy scenes to be great and the characters to be pretty deep. I did think some of the drama was a little over the top. But as for others you may like your books more drama filled.

I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily reviewing it.

I have to say, that menage romance has never been my favorite. Probably because all those involved were so quick to jump right in, that any sense of a relationship or attachment, wasn't quite believable. With " Mine, " I felt the hesitation, reluctance, trepidation and fear, making all that followed, much more convincing. I suppose that, "Mine," may be the standard by which I judge all other menage romances, that I read. I received this book as an ARC and I volunteered this review.

I enjoyed this book very much. Some books about ménage romance are awkward or just don’t feel right. But this author paints a detailed picture of past history, emotions of the main characters, that makes you anticipate their tangled relationship and the happy ending for all of them. And the intimate scenes are just so hot and touching.. I already got another book by this author and keep an eye out for her other books))

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of Mine first time read by this author I think she did a great job telling is the background stories of each if these characters Cate MacMilan grew up with a tyrant cruel abusive mother Julianna was always running ate down one way or another telling her she was fat, never going to get a good man looking the way she does always criticizing her work well she gad enough and went to Boston to get away heading to her grandfather's place he gad just passed away. Jack was raised in a family from the wrong side of the tracts he hot caught by Sully for pickpocketing he took him in got him through school and Jack became a high-octane lawyer making good money he only heard from his mother when she phoned and he heard his dad in the background asking for money. Dylan Smith I loved his character he was the most even keeled, kind, caring person and Sully got him into culinary school his mother use to cook for Sully. Cate, Jack and Dylan came together after along time because of Sully's funeral Cate and Dylan were BF but when Jack walked in on Cate having a bath well that's when the sparks started to fly they both thought the other didn't like them so confrontational all the time Jack had a real chip on his shoulder. This is a must read story so much drama, humor, arguing, emotions were high, at times you felt like you were right there with them when things were all going haywire so many ups and downs it Dylan that was the calm before the storm between Cate and Jack so many misunderstandings. You have to read to see how this all turns out there are some pretty hot steamy sex scenes as a me'nage will they all be able to come together and get there HEA I highly recommend to read.

This story was amazing. Cate, Dylan and Jack hung out together as teenagers but had lost touch over the years. When the three of them come together as adults, their chemistry is off the charts. Awesome characters, great storyline, lots of feelings. Highly recommended!

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I found this to be slightly long but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The emotion and chemistry between Jack, Cate and Dylan is so intense. Finding each other again after Cate's grandfather dies, brings out the person each of them are meant to be.

Wonderful characters and an interesting storyline, wonderful to see characters overcoming the challenges of having an alternative relationship.

Recommend this book..

I was given this ARC, for an honest review. This is a MMF story. It is emotional, steamy, misunderstandings, friendships and love. Cate is from money, Dylan is a chef, and jack came from the poor side of town. These three are tied to Sully who was Cates uncle who passed. These three have known each other since childhood and have different views on each other and misconceptions, but this all comes to an explosive head. It's an easy read that keeps you page turning.

Jack, Cate and Dylan are so cute together. I really liked the dynamic that flowed between them once they let their guards down and embraced what could be. I hated Jack at times, but I was really able to understand where he was coming from. Not a lot of drama. Dylan and Cate were really laid back and toon it all in stride. It was a really cute steamy read and I would totally read more from this author. 4 Stars #2OCCJD

Jack/ Cate & Dylan's menage relationship turned out to be a rocky on at first but it proved to be what they all needed and it was Cate's grandfather and the guys mentor that brought them together. This book is so good and heartwarming. It has everything you could want in a romance, plus it has the most exquisite lovemaking scenes I think I've ever read! At least in the top five!

*voluntarily reviewing ARC* This trio had an interesting dynamic. A death brings them back together and they finally start to see how good they are for each other. Dylan and his big heart and need to feed. Cate's overcoming her horrible mother and finding her voice. Good ole Jack Kelly (I loved Newsies!) and his desire to make it big and prove himself. Sully loved them all and knew what he was doing leaving the brownstone to them. Pretty good story.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This is my first time reading this author, this is an absolutely fabulous book. I couldn't put it down, echo needs sleep anyways! The depth of the characters and the way they all move together was one of the main things that made this such a great and emotional read, of course the steamy scenes didn't hurt either. I have already purchased this book and see myself re reading this many times over.

Frenemies to lovers. I loved the relationships in (steamy hot) and out the bedroom, the way the author let us get inside the characters' heads and the multiple POVs. This is a real love story with no bad-asses or billionaires: just real people with their strengths and their flaws. And of course, they have to overcome some misunderstandings in order to achieve happiness,
I also appreciated the vivid description of the surroundings : I never went to Houston but now I can pretty well imagine

Three people who's lives are impacted by Sully actions while growing up. He willed them the townhouse he lived in. Jack wants to sell it because the memories of losing Sully are too hurtful, Cate and Dylan want to keep it. I loved how each chapter was written so you get each point of view how they each struggle to come together to form their triad and reach their HEA. There is romance and angst. I volunteer to read this ARC.

Jack, Dylan and Cate were close friends as kids. They were nurtured by Cate's grandfather. When he passes, the trio return to the old home for the reading of the will. If a reader enjoys the fantasy of two men and one lady working out their differences, dealing with old demons and opening their hearts to new ideas, then this book will entertain completely. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Four stars.

Cate, jack and Dylan were friends when they were young. Life took them in different directions. When sully passes away (cates grandfather and like a father figure/close friend to Jack and Dylan) and leaves his house to the three of them to figure out who gets the house they are reunited. Lots of steamy, sweet, funny scenes. I received this arc in exchange for an honest review

This was a fun, sizzling hot read! i love the premise, the characters were well thought out, and the plot kept me turning pages. Cate and her men definitely had me gasping and chuckling. I think the authors did a great job depicting this situation, especially for those of us who will likely never experience something like that.

This story follows Cate, Dylan and Jack who loose touch with each other until Cate's Grandfather's death brings them back into contact again.
Sully left his house to the 3 of them. Dylan is a chef, Cate works for her wealthy mother and Jack is a lawyer,
This story had me interested until the last page and I cannot wait to start reading Chloe's other book "His".

I really struggled with rating this book. Ellis is talented and the book is well-written as far as flow. She's also quite descriptive, especially when it comes to Boston and its many attributes. The story revolves around Jack, Dylan, and Cate, and of the three, Dylan was the most likable. Jack was a jerk through most of the story and Cate was okay, but I found little to set her apart from any female lead in any romance. However, the characters weren't my real problem with this one. The book is lengthy - over 100k word count lengthy. That, in itself, wouldn't bother me as long as there is something to keep the story moving along. Sadly, that wasn't the case. Much like Cate, I didn't find anything to set this story apart from any other menage romance. The characters bicker over the same issue and then things get steamy, over and over. I have no problem with steamy times, but sex just for the sake of another sex scene isn't beneficial to the story. The story began to drag on and in my opinion, it could've easily been cut in half and it would've been a much more entertaining read. As it stands, I began to lose interest at about the 50% mark with the same issues being discussed in triplicate with the first person multi POV, and while the characters do get their happily ever after, I felt little connection to any of them.

ARC review. Well written ménage romance. I especially liked it as the characters and storyline were exceptionally well developed for a ménage romance. Nice balance between story and hot sex as many times I finish reading and feel that the book was a lot of hot sexcapades but couldn't really say what the story entailed. Great read!

The characters were well defined and there was growth for all of them and minimal use of the “I can’t tell them how I feel” trope. I especially enjoyed that the men had their own romance and relationship and it wasn’t a reverse harem where the men are afterthoughts.

Very good I’ll read more of the authors (there are two) books.
