Always fascinated with a good Mars adventure. This has what I like in sci-fi, a reasonable degree of believability combined with an exciting storyline. Also nice to see a strong female protagonist.

I enjoyed the simplicity of it. No endless character development or unnecessary, forceful plot-twists that are, sometimes, a staple of the genre. It is a cohesive and enjoyable book if you're looking for light entertainment.

Excellent concept! My complements to the author on keeping his threads untangled. One criticism: proofread your work. There are several instances that appear to be proofing errors. Otherwise excellent work. Dr. Malbec is a great character that ties the narrative together very well. Nice job!

While there were repetitive spelling mistakes, such as "there" for "their" and so forth, I still found the writing to be enjoyable. The characters were three dimensional, the world well developed and the plot interesting. I would love to see a second book continuing the story. I imagine that the author would present another intriguing story that would make sense and keep my interest.

Initially interesting. Characters were fairly one dimensional and predictable. The plot was fast paced but again fairly predictable. It just needed to be 'fleshed' out a bit more. I found myself skimming the last 1/4 of the book because i knew what was going to happen. The ending left it open for the sequel and I'm still undecided as to if I'll bother....
