Always enjoy Quinn's books. Love the characters and story.
The only part of didn't enjoy was the amount of banter between the girls. A bit is enjoyable but it just felt way too much. I kept skipping paragraphs to get back to the story.
Overall a great book and well worth reading.

This was a good book but unlike other Loftis books this book is not as well researched and plotted out as her first 5 books . Though still an amazing book I hope her next book will have excitement and the raw passion that she had when writing her first books.

I love Quinn Loftis books, expically how she leaves us hanging on the edge of our seats with the cliffhangers at the end. I just wish the books came with the option of audible. I have trouble with my eye sight when it comes to reading, the words seem to blur together so having the option to listen to the books would be amazing.
Book 2 in the Grey Wolves Series (Volume 2) - Blood Rites :: Call Me Crazy :: Hidden Moon (The Keeper Saga Book 1) :: Just One Drop: Grey Wolves Series, Book 3 :: Dream of Me

Just finished this book. I am impressed! Quinn did a very impressive job with this installation of the GW series. I couldn't put it down! I am excited, because it means there will be another. Yeah! I love this series, I have even shared it with my daughter!

Wow! I have been following Quinn's Grey Wolf series over the past few years. Re-reading the series up to this latest book, readers, such as myself, can clearly see the progression of the characters' lives. In this book, we see that as time has passed, out characters have matured, and are now dealing with more mature things. Darker things. I have to say, reading about what happened to the new characters, 3 year old Titus and 19 year old Zara (possibly 18), followed by Sally and Costin' s ordeal, I utterly can't stop crying. However, there is so much more than that. I can't say it, otherwise I would spoil it. Just know that with dark, there is also light. I would like to know more about Drake and Bethany, in the next book. I found it funny that both new female characters were like, or enlightened and drawn to, Jennifer. Her character has not slowed down a bit.

Looking forward to the continuation of this story.

Quinn Loftis' books are unbelievably intense and, I have to say it, personal. Personal in that Quinn's story lines grab you by the throat, pull you in and don't let go: you are left gasping for air. From the first book, through this book; from the series on the Gypsy Healers and the Elves; she ties them together with story lines as different as they are connected.
This book, the Burning Claw, was just such a one: personal, intensely painful, and, with all of Quinn's books concerning the wolves, in particular, full of love. Love of their mates, of their families, of their friends. It's one of the things that I love about Quinn's books: her ability to show you the worst that can happen in an otherwise happy, joyful life and then show you the love that binds and heals all things.
Be prepared for tears with this one, but the tears are well worth it.
