I love werewolves! I enjoyed this story where different supernatural beings work together for the good of all. The characters were enjoyable and I like that the weres have one mate. I don't like it that some authors feel the need to make their weres into sluts. This book was fun to read and I look forward to more of her books.

When I first started this book, I was expecting something different. I usually only read Erotic romance books, but was very impressed with this author and her work. I can't wait to start the rest of the series! I fell in love with the characters, and I laughed, and cried right along with them. that, to me, shows good story telling! good job Belinda!

The Mystic Wolves is an awesome beginning to a series. It certainly draws you in. It catches you and leaves you wanting more. The characters are easily relate able and will not disappoint. It will keep you on the edge of each page. I don't like to give too much away about books; the point is to encourage others to read, with that said I highly recommend you reading The Mystic Wolves and give it 5 out of 5 stars.
Frost Burn (The Fire and Ice Series, Book 1) :: Elfin (Elfin Series Book 1) :: Piercing Silence (Grey Wolves Novellas) (Volume 1) :: Sacrifice of Love: Grey Wolves Series, Book 7 :: Den of Sorrows, Book 9 (The Grey Wolves Series)

This story is for imaginative people & i've always been accused of having too much imagination - rubbish i just use mine in a constructive way by reading. This story takes you to marvellous places with characters that you feel you know personally. The conscept of Weres, Vampires & Witches in this book - i can honestly say i didn't want to put the book down & hated when it ended. It was never going to be enough for me as the story was so gripping. I am a Belinda Boring fan - thank you Belinda. From one Aussie to another - please keep writing.

What an interesting gut wrenching mix of vampire and werewolves. This book has a little murder, mystery, romance, and leaves you with a kapow cliff hanger that will guarantee you will come back for more. Loved this book and couldn't put it down. I read it in under an two hours.

It was a good book. The characters were hot, well formed, and I'm totally jealous of the relationships. Well done! But then the end came leaving a "how could it end like that?!" Feeling. There is no question that you have to immediately read the next. Well played, author, well played.

I was a little disappointed. The story was good tho there were quite a few holes in the characters' histories. My big disappointment was that it was a cliff hanger, you need to read the next two books to find out what happens to the two main characters.

Where to begin? What to say? Actually what's there NOT to say? Is more accurate!
This Review is long overdue, so without further delay let's start said Review!

I Loved this book. You get to "see" and "feel" everything that is going on to/with the Characters. The Characters are lovable, fun and mischievous. We have the good, the bad, and the sad. There is also the "what the..." and Cliff-hanger. All components that keep us wanting more, needing to know answers.

There is a number of scenarios that we get taken on, from the beginning right to the end. We experience Hurt, Scared and Angry to name a few.

Not to mention the Characters are CALIENTE! Yes the guys are hot. There is a few lets see here, they range from the Perfect Boyfriend to Mr.Mystery and the Villain. Even with all the different Characters and Scenarios going on, you won't get lost.

I will be purchasing the second installment of this series. As always, of course I would recommend this book.

I bought this book on the store~~~
Mystic Wolves by Belinda Boring

I love love love it!! This is the second book I read of this author and I highly enjoy the authors writing. The characters are very relate-able, fun, and strong. This book is very emotional and delivers a punch!!! It was a fast fun read with lots of hunky men in it!! Who can complain about that??!! I love the female character Darcy and the book is written in her POV. I love how the characters interact and I love the mystery around Darcy when she meets the villain. Dying to know what he meant!!! I can't wait to read the next book in this series. This book pulls you through the emotions that war within Darcy- love, anger, sadness, guilt, laughter/happiness, disappointment, and revenge.

The book begins with Darcy and Jasmine watching their pack brothers play a game of football. I give this a 5 star review. Darcy and Jasmine head on a simple errand that's when Darcy's world gets shattered and the plot thickens. A mystery villain is out to get the Alpha of the Mystic Wolves pack. This is a definite read!! The last paragraph I was like WHAT??? It also left me hanging for the next book.

I normally don't like Vampire stories or Werewolf stories But I have to say this book has converted me and I certainly can't wait to read the next segment of this wonderful story. The lives of all have been beautifully intertwined to reflect leadership, friendship, love and respect between too very volitial groups. Awesome read.

This book was full of surprises, action, drama, and interestingly, no actual sex. The only negative was the ending which made me a little angry. Haven't the alpha and his intended mate been through enough?

Darcy is a young werewolf, future mate of the pack's Alpha Mason. She is new to the pack and already feels at home with all of them. Her best friend is Mason's sister Jasmine and the two girls are the masters of mischievous. They are inseparable. Till the worse happens. Jasmine is murdered and Darcy blames herself for this. Mason even going through his own pain, remains by her side and helps her to cope with her grief. But the violent act against the girls was not an isolated one, there is more to this murder than they have thought, and there is an enemy hunting them.
What I liked: Jasmine was my favorite character and I lamented her short participation on the book. Daniel and the vampire Devlin were strong characters too, and Mason, of course. He is perfect.
What I didn't like: The story is a little slow. It all occurs in two days and leaves too much out. For example, it seems that Darcy is over twenty, but she sure acts like a teenager, while the Alpha seems to be much more mature. But their ages are not revealed. Darcy said more than once that she is used to the violence of the supernatural word, but she sure doesn't act accordingly.
All in all, it is a good book and worth as a pastime.

I would have liked to have started with them before they found their mate but i love this series. I think I will buy all them and read them tonight! Mason is an absolute sweetheart and Darcy is sweet and spunky!

Nothing like multiple ordeals, a planned happily ever after, and a shock to end a guaranteed perfect, forever yours ending moment of moments to be disintegrated in seconds. Great cliff hanger. Thank you. Next?

Good read though it seemed a little rushed at the end.
I feel the book may be directed to a younger audience as I found the character behaviour a little juvenile and they sounded like my daughter friends when they get together with the annoying teenagers, giggling and squealing all the time. The football game at the start was a little too long, and there was no real build up to the gunman appearance, I thought I may have missed a book to fill in the details.
I still had a laugh and have downloaded the second book so see if the characters have grown. It was an easy afternoon read.

Overall, I liked this book and enjoyed reading it. It was a little too much of a romance novel for me, and I felt the focus really needed to be shifted off of the romance. However, the romance is kind of hot, but it leads you on and leaves you wanting more... there were several times where I thought to myself "will they just do it already?!" and toward the middle of the book, it got annoying. There was a lack of world building and background explaining that worked for some elements but not for others. The big "problem" of the story was a little disappointing, I felt like it fell flat after all the build-up.

And my biggest complaint is: THE STUPID CLIFFHANGER ENDING! Could you try any harder to ensure that people read your next book?! If the story is good and the characters are likeable your readers will buy the next book, you do not need to leave them hanging with a lack of closure! This is honestly one of my biggest pet peeves; a book should be able to stand on its own!

I really enjoyed this book. While somewhat predictable the characters were engaging and Darcy was a delight. Overall, the writing was well done, the characters well drawn, and the story was very engaging- a likeable read, and I would read this author again

Great start for this series. Loved Darcy. She's feisty and demanding, and just what Mason needs by his side. I think Devlin is someone I'd like to chat with for a while; sounds very interesting. Can't wait to get started on book two.

This series should be classified as young adult. The storyline is basically a young girl's love fantasy. It it's tame enough for pre-teens and I would definitely recommend the series for adolescent girls who like the genre.

This story was gripping from the first sentence the author pulls you in and does not let you put the book down without making you feel like you will miss something important if you don't keep reading. She makes you believe if you look out your window their will be werewolves and vampires. Can't wait for the next book.

The first two chapters had promise, however once the third chapter started I felt as if I had missed something. The story jumped from one scene to the next with no lead into it. From there on, I started to lose interest. The story had great potential but it just never reached it. I really wanted to like this book but it just wasn't for me. It was an o.k. read. It's definitely not the worst I've read but it's not anywhere close to being a favorite either.

Pros: beautiful cover, good story line (if it had been written better)
Cons: multiple editing errors (misspelled words, missing words, switching between past and present tense in the same sentence, bad sentence structure)

Dont get me wrong, I am in no way slamming this book. I'm just giving my opinion. I didnt enjoy this book as much as I wanted to, but I do think that there are others who will like it. Good Luck to the author! And please get an editor.

Good read to pass the time on trips. Characters were fleshed out and individual. There are others in a series that are good as well. Must read this one first to get the link on how things are within the families represented.

Each chapter was filled with laughter, strength, trust, patients, and love. I enjoyed the banter amongst the peak. Devlin is becoming a favorite. Believing Darcy will hold her own. I was shock to see Avery. I'll leave that alone. Shhhh! I really enjoyed the author's writing. I love the suspense.

I was just getting to know the characters when the story took off on a whirlwind. It was kind of hard to catch up, but the ending was worth it! As soon as I finished The Mystic Wolves, I immediately downloaded Forget Me Not (#2, The Mystic Wolves).

Well, first off I would love to summarize this story. Well, Darcy was mated to an alpha of the Mystic Wolves Pack, Mason. His sister dies and it is very tragic because many of the loved ones are dying all around. This crazed vampire is hungry for power and is killing Mason' s friends because of an alliance that will let the vampire gain control if it is cancelled. The vamp uses Darcy as bait for mason to give in to cancelling the alliance. It is a very romantic story with twisted points! I recommend this book to you! °^°

This book was full of love, adventure, and excitement. I was totally bummed and surprised by the ending until I realized there was a sequel, which I immediately purchased. I can't wait to see what happens and how it ends. Intrigue awaits! Bring it on!

Loved how the charactors intermingle with "other" mystical forces of nature. Enjoyed the emotional journey of the main charactors and how they overcame the challeges presented. The last chapter leaves you wanting more!

Love the characters and the basis of the story. However the grammar needs to be fixed in this book. There are a lot of extra phrases within sentences that are not necessary making the book hard to read in some places.
