I aboslutely love this book, it provides a lot of information on Star Wars characters and Lore and is a must for any die hard or casual fan of the series. Beautiful imagery and in depth profiles and timelines this book is every bit worth the price.

This book is terrible. Just terrible and a disappointment. I looked forward to this book because was presented as the book that was going to show us the new canon of Star Wars. Show us what survived from the Expanded Universe beyond the six movies. Glad to see the Clone Wars was made canon but beyond that, this book was a difficult read. Sometimes I think it was written by a three year old for other three year olds. Also a book to show someone how to not edit a book correctly and really confuse the reader. The items are present in no specifc order. It jumps back and forth between eras and locations and seems things we put on some pages to fill gaps or save them from adding more pages to the book so it could be presented properly. Some major characters or fan favorites are by lines where as the first season of Rebels is given more coverage than six seasons of the Clone Wars. I've enjoyed many of DK's Star Wars books over the years. Very entertaining and full of useful information. This book isn't par with anything I've read from them before. I can't suggest it for more than a collectors item or a book for young readers.

I have great memories of seeing Star Wars with my father and brother at the age of 5 way back in 1977. It was such a great time being a kid back then and a golden era of movie magic.
This book definitely met my expectations. Whether you're a casual or diehard Star Wars fan I would pick up this book. It has everything from the original trilogy right up to the first part of season 1 of Rebels.
Now my children are diehard fans as well and this book is keeping us all entertained until The Force Awakens thrills us all in December.
