John Grisham's The Client is an excellent read. The plot development keeps the reader involved. The characters are belieavable--in fact, so lifelike that they become "friends." The eleven year old boy is so real as a child that age. The dialogue, descriptions, etc. are all top notch.

The book definitely kept me on edge throughout and was hard to put down! It was note predictable at all and you never really knew where the author was going to go next. The ending was bitter sweet and not as dynamic as I had expected.

I love how Grisham develops the characters enough that you understand & care about them. This wasn't my most favorite Grisham novel....the ending was predictable. I hoped for one of his twists at the finale, but I wasn't totally disappointed either.

I am tired of Grisham's liberal bias. Conservatives are always idiots, greedy and think only of their selfish goals. Liberals are always the good guys willing to give up everything for the poor and down trodden. Give me a break.
