What a revolution for me. I know everyone is different and respond to nutrition and foods differently but this has changed my life. I am down (and have easily sustained the loss) 30 pounds, my body looks maybe better than it did in collage 25 years ago, no afternoon crash naps needed, feel amazing all day long. Whatever my body type is it responds very well to this "wild diet" and the activities recommended by Mr. James. Additionally my son is off his ADHD medication and is rocking school now without the behavior issues and drug altered personality. Remarkable.

Abel James is amazing! I have been listening to his podcast "Fat Burning Man" for years and was very excited to get his book. It is filled with tons of useful information and written in a way that is interesting and captivating without just being a "cook book." I have recommended his diet to everyone I know looking to get healthy and stay that way without having to sacrifice food. I honestly can say that I feel much more satisfied with this type of eating/training and intermittent fasting than I ever have before. Great work Abel, thank you!

Nicely put together. I really like that you can do most of the recipes in stages so you can prepare a lot of things and then cook at will. So far, everything I have tired is excellent. My family loved the Spicy Beef Chili with the sweet potato mash. I think it is a valuable resource for those wanting to have a lifestyle that promotes eating tasty and whole foods and good exercise advice.

Informative but nothing you can't find for free on Google or Internet searches. I was excited thinking it was something new but it's not. It's information that's been around for a long time and most is common sense. I didn't find it to be extraordinary or make me want to follow it eifher, it was just bland and felt like a book pushed to get out and make money with no real worth.

I began a paleo lifestyle by accident. Due to symptoms ranging from head to toe I decide to go gluten free. I discovered butter coffee and learned that fat is my friend. I got this book after seeing Kurt transform week after week on "My Diet is Better than Your Diet." I believe in the lifestyle and Abel's simple am down to earth approach and explanations make this way of if as no-brainer. If you want to iv healthy and happy, this book is a great way to get started!

Interesting concept. I am not seeking weight loss. I consider myself fit and healthy. However always great to learn something new. I have a lot of food allergies issues and always eat whole food based so this book is a great additional knowledge for me to have. Only thing I am unable to do .. dairy and butter. I simply replace it with Coconut cream or coconut oil.
