This book was a fun, flirty, sassy ride. Chloe was a complex character - sometimes I wanted to smack her; she was a bit entitled- but you get over it. This was about a girl finding herself in New York and I enjoyed it tremendously.

Torre truly knows how to capture the attention of her readers and hold onto it until the last page. Love, Chloe, is an incredible story of a woman who learns how to prosper.
Thank you for sharing your words with the world, Alessandra.

I love Chloe!
I love Alessandra Torre. Her books are always different but I love her newer comic voice. I really appreciate that she doesn't rely on the standard plot twists of so many other writers. Great read.

What a beautifully honest story! I love Carter and Chloe.... Love that Chloe has to learn who she is and what she deserves as a woman. Carter is sexy, rugged, sophisticated, smart, and loving. Truly a great read.

Love Chole and then add some Carter, perfection. I will reread this one I found myself skimming too much as I anxiously waited for what was happening next. Great chemistry and perfect amount of steam!!

Loved this book! Watching Chloe lose what she thought was everything, pick herself up and get on with every aspect of her life made you want to cheer her on every step of the way. Love certainly did win.

I love everything about this book. Ms Torre can do no wrong in my book. The characters were all wonderfully written and well developed and added so many different facets to the story. Very sweet read!

I absolutely loved the style that the book was written. It was really fun to see Instagram posts in the chapters because it made Chloe seem more real. I love how she evolved from start to finish and I found her to be really funny, insightful, and a real voice especially toward the end. I loved Carter and how he had a complex backround too. Really great, quick read that will make you smile

It was an interesting story and quite long, making it worth its price. However, as with about 90% of the books I read, it could use a good bit more editing for content, believability, and better flow of sentences. There's a good story base here, and after learning that it was originally written as a serial online, chapter by chapter, I'm even more impressed with how cohesive it actually is. Sentence structure, if edited, would make it easier to read and understand without pausing and thinking "Wait, what?" and having to re-read some sentences to discern their actual meaning. All of the sex scenes up to a certain point felt stilted and trite, and even a bit awkward. "Cue obligatory sex scene." I remember the first scene that didn't feel out of place--it felt like it belonged and was more organic--it was good, and it felt as if the author was growing as a writer before my eyes.
My one caution to authors of fiction--even romantic fiction--if you're going to write realistic fiction, then BE realistic. It makes it hard for conscientious readers to buy into a story when things are inconsistently written or if scenes are described only in part. A sex scene needs more details when a woman is described as simply standing with her back against a wall in one sentence, and then suddenly her partner has pushed her panties aside and thrust his (or her) tongue "inside"... My thinking when this happened in this book was "Really?!" Because even if you're a skinny chick with a thigh gap, you're gonna have to at least spread your legs, if not throw one over his (or her) shoulder for him (or her) to get in there like that while you're standing. And if the woman is described in one line as being on her back, her ankles over his shoulders, then in the next sentence you're describing him kissing the back of her neck, the mental images do not line up. It's like fading scenes in a movie without the fading. And describing "smiling around" a pen*s in her mouth? That's pretty much impossible to do when it's supposedly throat deep.
All of those scenarios in writing (which happened in this book, but I've read the same things in other books as well) makes me think the author doesn't have much actual experience with these things. It's like "movie sex" and not realistic at all. If you're describing things which are nearly impossible, or it feels like something is missing in the description, I'm going to get frustrated with it. Don't discount a reader's intelligence or experience. And if you don't know how the sex works, don't write about the sex. Don't write about things you're inexperienced with--GET experience, or get an experienced opinion--or don't write about it. And don't base your sex scenes on movies or pron (sic). That's not realistic most of the time.
You don't write medical stories without research, without reading up on whatever specifics you're considering including, and talking to people in the field. You want to make sure it's accurate. A portion of your audience may not know the difference, but those who DO know will think less of your work for its inaccuracies and lack of believability.
Sigh...
But generally, if you like romance and coming of age novels, this is a pretty decent story. I was able to finish it (which is more than I can say for some books in this genre), and I only once slammed my phone down in frustration at the sex scene writing. I generally found Chloe and the contemporary writing enjoyable--although, the author seemed like a 70-year-old once when Chloe referred to herself as a "sexpot" because that's a term I haven't heard since I was a kid in the 70's!
I'm a total grammar nerd and tend to be critical of any book where structure and believability are concerned, and that is where my general issues with this one are founded. A general, casual reader will probably really enjoy it without such reservations.

A different book from Torre. There were no massive plot twists, and no what the heck just happened moments. But it was a read about a twenty something finding herself and her place in the world. A good read that makes you believe that even the worst of people can change.

I enjoyed reading this book. There were humor and relationship turmoil that I wasn't sure to laugh or cry out of pity. But there are so many things in this book that I can relate too, which is probably why I enjoyed reading it so much. I liked how the author incorporated social media (Instagram with pictures!) because I too am a visual person and Instagram freak!

Ugh. Nothing like her fabulous Hollywood Dirt. This reads like a stream of consciousness rich girl's fall from grace. With plenty of hot guys in the mix. The scenes yo-yo from 'what am I going to do with my life now' to 'Oooh,he's hot' and back again with annoying regularity. I quit after the 4th (or was it 5th) hot guy appeared with no plot in sight.
If you're 16-20, read away. Otherwise, stay away.

Another stunner from Mrs. Torre! I couldn't put it down, as soon as it downloaded I was hooked, and let me say, I missed a LOT of sleep just to see what would happen next in Chloe's adventure! A must read!

I enjoyed this book! It had unexpected twist and turns. It grabbed me from page one and I enjoyed the ride. It was a modern love story and had a fun story line in New York! I look forward to more books by this author.

Funny and light but the inclusion of the photos blue me away! Hope to see more of this technique in future books by all authors it shows what digital media was meant to be! Highly recommended new experience in literature!

I really enjoyed this book by Alessandra Torre. Never disappointed by one of her books. It would be great to have a sequel or add on with one of the other characters where we see more from Carter & Chloe!

I purchased this book on a recommendation from the store. When I first started reading, I wondered why did I buy this? I forced myself to keep reading and got hooked on the story. I love that there are many twists and turns that I could not predict. Kudos to good writing!
