for all your needs. This one should be in everybody's library.

Author uses good reasoning to persuade the reader to his point of view. His suggestions are practical and basic. It is kind of a book that reinforces what I thought I needed to do. He could go into more detail.

Nobody wants to have to think about this stuff. . .however, in our previously ordinary and peaceful town, things have become increasingly violent. (Attacks at skate rinks, the public library, SWAT teams having to go after home invasion suspects, elderly ladies robbed on their way to church, an older man killed in the hardware store's parking lot. . .this stuff was unthinkable a few years ago, and it's likely to become worse.) So many people live in denial about it, but we need to educate ourselves and take precautions. Jim Cobb is readable and has realistic ideas.

I recently purchased this great book and it has become an invaluable asset to my library. I have gained some really great ideas for beefing up my homes security. I am glad that this book was here for me gain all of this new found knowledge.

Enjoyed this book, my entire family read it because I felt it was a great summary of everything a person should be doing. It was practical. Nothing to ar out there , just things a common person can put into practice.

Gave to husband for Christmas, he is delighted! We both love the fact that the author refers to scripture & loves his dog! The most valuable prep a prepper can have is information, and this information is concise, practical, and relative. You'd do well to invest a little of that soon-to-be useless green paper on this highly valuable paper!

The book was well done and gave enough details to be useful. But again this is not meant for a seasoned prepper since most of the information has been out there for some time. this book just combined the information into a dercent reference source.

A well written book full of excellent information. Author presents topics in an interesting and informative manner and I look forward to reading his other books.
