I just cannot get enough of these books!! They really hit that tortured bad boy nail right on the head. A great mix of sex and emotion to keep the stories moving along at a great pace. Autobuy series for me :)

ylan, an interesting and nice read.
From the start up to the last, I was hooked.
The story and the characters are great.
One thing that I like about this book is that I can easily feel the emotions of the characters and I was easily get attached to them.
The characters, Dylan and Tessa are great.
Dylan, an amazing brother but because of the responsibility that was thrown to him, he became somewhat detached to other people (especially Tessa).
Tessa, even though she has an amazing life, she’s a down-to-earth person and has a kind heart.
The story, it’s great.
I love how it made me interested and attached to it.
The drama/issue is amazing.
With the responsibilities that is thrown into Dylan’s way, he broke up with Tessa.
With Tessa’s problem with her parents, especially her dad, and with Dylan’s avoidance to her, she’s like thinking that she’s not perfect and good enough to be proud of and loved.
As the story goes, the two will learn to love and have a second chance but will their love be enough to have a happy ending?
The way the story ended is good.
Loved it!

This installment is Dylan and Tessa’s story. Dylan has been staying away and ignoring Tessa since they dated a few short months when they were 14. She has been in love with him even longer than that. Tessa has had some terrible things happen to her and her parents control almost every aspect of her life. Dylan also has problems with his parents and feels like he is drowning in responsibilities. He has some serious misconceptions about Tessa’s life, because she is rich and he is poor. I wanted to shake some sense into him a couple of times. When he comes to her rescue and then pulls away once again will she finally be able to let him go or will they find their way back to each other? I love this book and all of the books in this series.

This sounds bad, but I hate Tessa's parents. They are overbearing a**holes. Or her Dad is; her mom is a doormat. Dylan stole my heart from the very beginning. How can you not love someone who dedicates his life to looking after his brothers? His dedication to Miles and Teo warms your heart and breaks it as well after you read the conditions they are in and their surroundings. Tess and Dylan had a strong relationship that festered due to unforeseen circumstances---their feelings have never wavered though. Can both of them move on from the past and keep the present from destroying their future?
Dylan stole my heart. His story is heart wrenching and utterly heartbreaking but his strength makes it better. Yet another book that was knocked out of the park by Jo!

Confession of the day, I judge books by their cover. Guilty as charged, and by instincts, looking at that cover I knew I was in for a great read. And how right was I. Dylan has it bad and it seems to get worse. He cant catch a break no matter which way the wind blows. What he wants most, he thinks he doesn't deserve. I love a strong and passionate book hero, and Dyl was my book hero. Tessa, once weak and easy to control, finds her backbone and blooms into the woman Dylan needs. She has her own problems but finds it in her heart to put the man she so desperately cares for first. Relationships and friendships are tested and the characters from the previous book are still around as well. If you have read some of this series, even just one book, then take it from me Dylan won't disappoint.

This is actually my favorite book from the series. The way Dylan takes care of his brothers just made this so much more beautiful, and beautifully broken. I don't know how often I had to pause while reading this book just because I wished I could meet the author and shake her until she took the emotions away. It was too much for my poor little heart sometimes.
Tessa as female main was incredible. Someone as supportive and strong and amazing as her ... damn, I wanna be a little more like her. I ordered this book as paperback right after finishing the ebook. I just HAD to have it. Do not miss out on this series. Just don't.

After reading the first three books in this series, I was looking forward to learning more about Dylan. This book disappointed me though, as the focus seemed to be more about Tessa. Yes, all the books include the feisty women and the strength they bring for themselves as much as the man. I wanted more background on Dylan and more about his inner strength of coping for the present. It just wasn't here. The sex scenes are good but didn't blaze off the page. It was more about the romance. Hoping Rafe's story rocks and redeems the Inked Brotherhood series.

Loved reading the story about Dylan and Tess. All the trials and troubles they had to over come and that love and friendship can help everyone overcome their past and can help them stronger a strong future and belief in love and family can make a future stronger. It only takes the right person to help you fight for what you want

Wow, another installment to the Inked Brotherhood, and I wasn't disappointed! I didn't really get a feel for Dylan in the earlier books, and didn't get as attached to him in the beginning, but damn, by the end I was in love! Tess on the other hand, played a good part in the earlier books and I loved her, and felt her pain before I ever opened Dylan. The storyline was excellent, unlike any I've read before, the characters strong and well written. Overall I loved it!! Can't wait to read the next!!

I couldn’t wait to read Dylan and Tessa’s story because I fell in love with them ever since reading Asher, and this book did not disappoint. Dylan was absolutely brilliant, heart rendering and full of raw emotions which caught my breath, and left my heart aching from all the constraints faced by Dylan and Tessa. Dylan’s standoffish feelings towards Tessa had always been a mystery throughout the Brotherhood series, and the reasons behind his behaviour and the true depth of his feelings towards Tessa became clear. Every page of Dylan’s story will pull at your emotions and make you fall in love with his younger brothers Miles and Teo. Dylan’s sacrifices are huge and without question in order to provide for his family and to survive another day, his responsibility to his younger sibling’s weigh heavy with fear, and poverty plagues his mind leading him to exhaustion and finding himself unable to hold on to his own dreams. Whilst Dylan keeps his problems from being discovered Tessa couldn’t be more forced to accept the truth to take control of her life, forget Dylan and just be herself. I loved Tessa’s character for her strength, her heart and love towards Miles and Teo, her friendship with Audrey and fighting for what she wanted. When Tessa is thrown into Dylan’s world they ignite the pages with sexual tension and deliver scorching off the table scenes! This book will make you feel an even deeper bond towards the Inked Brotherhood as Asher, Zane, Tyler Rafe, Audrey, Erin and Dakota step in and continue to show the real meaning of family. Jo Raven’s work shines in her talent to write real stories on struggles, hardship, abandonment, rejection and love that makes it easy for the reader to step into the characters shoes and feel their pain as your own. I can’t wait now for Rafe and Megan’s story whilst still swooning over the lil dudes Miles and Teo!

Of all the inked brotherhood stories, this one just...got to me. Dylan is having to raise his brothers on his own after his dad disappears. He's in love with Tessa, but knows he can't be with her because where she is good and light, his life is simply bad and dark.
Their story started in one of the novellas that Jo Raven released. This continues their lives and shows how sometimes what you want the most in the world is actually something you can have.
The entire series is worth reading.

The characters in this series are colorful, loyal and protective. This series is very intense and emotional. Great writing by this author. Story about Dylan's life, struggles and pain are unbelievably tense. The words captivate a reader's attention which make it difficult for a reader to take a break from reading. Story is so intense one just had to finish the book in one sitting.

Looking after his younger brothers, housekeeping, cooking and working to support the three of them is what Dylan's life is like now. His Mom abandoned them, next his dad so now he is the caregiver. He gave up Tess because he was afraid to love and be abandoned again. But things are changing and it will get worse before it gets better. Good book.

Dylan is trying his best to raise his brothers, go to school and work to pay for rent and food. But he is burning himself out trying to do it all alone. His father is absent and the brotherhood would help if only he had enough courage to ask for it. Tessa has always loved Dylan and will do anything for him but is tired of waiting for him. Will Dylan finally realize Tessa could be everything to him and help with his brothers or will he let her slip through his fingers. I really enjoy this series and this book just adds to the great series.

Loved this book! This book was raw, emotional and just the perfect story for everyone who is also interested in the Gentry Boys Series. If you'd like to read this book, I would definitely start with the other 3 books first. It's not necessary to read them in order, but they are all great so this would be a great start to read the whole series. If I would have to chose the best book out of the 4 I read, I would say that this one is the best. So go ahead and buy it.
