Devotions for the Beach and Days You Wish You Were There

I have really enjoyed this book. Love the beach, ocean and nature and think it is great how the writer relates these things to Bible verses and daily experiences. Keep it on my nightstand and I look forward to ending my day with "Devotions on the Beach".

This book always made me realize how blessed I am. It also helped on days when life wasn't so easy. Each reading
touched a part of my life and a struggle either me or someone agin my family was being exposed to.

I originally picked up this book for the title and the cover, but I love each devotion. All the devotions have an analogy to the beach. Love how she weaves the beach into Biblical truths. Not only did I buy this book for myself, but for several of my friends. Great gift for any beach lover.

After our morning and then evening walks on the beach; I would look at the selections that pertained to things that we'd seen or experienced on the beach....the jellyfish; the seagulls; footprints in the sand; crab hunting after dark..The artwork in the book is beautiful and the devotions are 2 pages long.
Now I can look at the book and recall the good memories that we made...Next year on our 1st wedding anniversary, we'll return to the beach and this book will be going with us.
So glad that I found this book on the store and that it arrived in time to go with us to the beach.

Book arrived very quickly---in perfect condition--Bible based daily devotions that lead you to thoughts of the seashore even if you are not there. Hope to leave as a gift at condo we rent on our next visit so it can be an encouraging Word for other guests and the owner too.

The description noted that the book was signed. The seller should have been more clear about "WHO" signed the book. I assumed that it was signed by the author... when I received it, it was signed by the previous owner.

Overall, the book should be great. The content and messages matter most. :)

I really enjoyed this book. I live near the beach and walk it whenever possible. I wish there were 365 days of devotions. Going to start it over again. Great book of seeing God’s Word in one of my favorite places.

This is an awesome devotional book. I have the privilege of living fairly close to the beach and this books makes me wish I was there every day. It is reminds me of God's wonderful creation on the days I can't be at the beach. I am able to make connections to the things I enjoy about the beach and also learn things about the beach I never knew. I can't wait to share this book with my friends and family. What a wonderful way to get closer to God each morning by spending quiet time with Him and reminiscing about the beach!
