ALL BOOKS WRITTEN BY DAVID ROSENFELT ARE PAGE TURNERS. LOVE THE ANDY CARPENTER BOOKS. THE CHARACTERS ARE SO REAL AND CARRY OVER INTO EACH BOOK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND ALL THE OTHER ANDY CARPENTER BOOKS. THEY ARE THE BEST ESCAPE YOU WILL FIND FROM STRESS AND THE WORLD AROUND YOU.

I have read all the Andy Carpenter series and the characters seam almost real. How David Rosenfelt can take a subject as serious as a homeland security breech and find something to make you laugh is beyond me. AND he does it in every book. Love this series and highly rcomend these books.

I am an unabashed fan of Golden Retrievers and David Rosenfelt books, so what's not to like. This is another in his Andy Carpenter series which features a cast of great characters, including Tara his Golden Retriever. Its a combination of murder mystery and courtroom drama told in a very light fashion. Fun to read.

I love all the Andy Carpenter novels and look forward to learning more about the ongoing characters with each addition to the list. As always, Rosenfelt's humor is rampant in this novel and makes the grittier parts of the story easier to read. It's a good summer read, combining humor and suspense, along with characters I love to know.
