I love all these books.... I moved from Louisiana to RI and now I can't find them ! go figure. I just might have to order copies, as I had ordered some for some family members, but when they saw mine, they thought I took theirs! :-D

Great book, packed with recipes and tips on how to BBQ, how to select the meats and tons of tips to make cooking easier and tastier. Highly recommended reading for anyone who wants to BBQ< smoke or indirect grill like a pro!

I have been barbecuing for well over forty years . I really had no great expectations for this book but thought it might have some good ideas and techniques . I was very pleasantly surprised at what a quality book this turned out to be .This is an unbelievable collection of foods from around the world . Every recipe I've tried has been incredible . Fool-proof techniques throughout . There are no disappointments here . There are also sauces , desserts and even beverages included . This book has become a reference source for me , it's that good .

It's been about twenty years since I've discovered a cookbook that has opened so many doors, that has been so much fun, that has changed the way I eat and the way I think about food and feeding my family. I've been a casual griller for years, but nothing more sophisticated than a well-prepared steak or piece of chicken. The Barbeque Bible will take you up several notches. I made Jamaican jerk-style babyback ribs this weekend, smoked over allspice wood chips, and it was hands down one of the best thing I've ever eaten. What a thrill. The techniques, the recipes, the basics are all here and they all work. For those interested in the serious pursuit of cooking things over fire, this book will open doors to a multitude of styles, techniques and cuisines. I look forward to grilling and barbequing with the Barbeque Bible for years to come.

My husband and I watch planet bbq or bbq university all of the time and have been wanting some of the books but just didn't want to spend the money, but here we were able to get the book and it was practically new. Love it.

First, a confession. I haven't yet cooked anything from this. We just got a propane grill. I cooked a bit on a charcoal grill a long time ago, and also on campfires. With the new grill I wanted to get familiar with how to use it, and to get some awesome recipes such as ribs, tri-tip, and amazing rubs. It's been fun going thru it and I am not sure which delectable treat will get tried first! Pictures are best viewed after a meal, otherwise you will be very hungry. Recipes adapted from global cuisines, and at first glance the ingredients were things readily obtainable in your local supermarket.

Very good book, with lots of recipes and pro tips. It also covers all the basics, so if you are a newbie like me, you'll also learn the proper way to set the fire, cooking time for all ingredients, types of steak, types of grills... whatever you may think of.
Greatly increased my skills
