More Than Blood (The Arcane Book 1)

This book is one of my favorites, it has romance, passion, intrigue. I love how in this book its not just vampires and werewolves, but also guardians, dragons, people who can do things with their minds. It had my attention on chapter one. I can't wait to get the other two. Very excellent

The author brought a nice and refreshing list of new characters. Okay, so the bad guy was kind of predictable. But the sex scenes were believable and extremely hot. Wish it had been a longer book. The 4 stars was for it being about a love story. And isn't that what we all want in the end.

Do not start this series because it will leave you hanging in the end. There's supposed to be a fourth book written in 2015 "More Than Ashes" but I can't find it anywhere. the store doesn't offer it so I went looking and can't find it. I'm not sure why. The only reasons I can think of that an author would not finish a series is an debilitating illness, accident or death. Obviously I don't know the author Amanda personally but I do hope she's okay. The first three books are great. If you find that 4th book let me know I would love to finish the series.

This is the first of the Arcane Series. It involves vampires and the organizations that help keep the law . They make sure that their is none of their kind does anything to harm humans or humans knowing of their existence.
