This series is amazing and keeps providing more reasons to keep reading. I am in love with this series. The copy-editors really missed the mark on this volume. Several times I had to stop my progression through the story to figure out what was meant to be conveyed.

All of these books are amazing i rarely reread any book much less the whole set but as soon as i was done i went straight back and read them all again. I would say if you love video games this book is perfect

Seriously though, this was a great addition to the series. It answered questions the community had, and advanced the story in a logical, yet creative way. I while recommend this book, and especially the series it is a part of.

Peace, love, and the perfect margarita!

The series is great, and this is probably the best from the series.

That being said:

1) Some text was a bit too light colored to be read easily and there where a few typo's. nothing bad enough to ruin anything.
2) the story is named "swarm" and the swarm is only mentioned twice...and that's it.

Really fun village building segment that was needed for awhile now. Makes our lovable MC able to go on adventures and what not. A little awkward the MC turns out to be bisexual but was weaved into the story good enough.

Get ready for continuous pop culture references. Almost relentless in their number. And lots of exclamation points! I mean, at times he competes with an overwrought middle school girl's diary when it comes to the exclamation points, which was distracting as hell when I first started reading this. But here's the thing - this series is so much fun. Really fun, in fact! (See, even the exclamation points are rubbing off on me!) Seriously though, it's so nice to come across a book like this that doesn't take itself too seriously while simultaneously putting so much thought into the characters, world building and leveling systems. There's a sincerity coming through the protagonist that makes his evolving outlook as he balances his desires and growing responsibilities both believable and appreciable. I do find myself staying up later than I probably should when reading these - honestly, this is some of the best escapism to be had (and the 2016 has played out so far, boy is it nice getting away from the news). Give it a chance; I've stopped rolling my eyes at all the exclamation points and take them for the enthusiasm they so bluntly express, and allow myself to slip into a lively, breakneck world where it's totally okay to have a certain builder elf based on one of the best sitcom characters ever created hanging around.

Really like the concept of the series and how the characters are developed so far. Looking forward to reading the next couple of books to see how the story plays out and hope it continues to be just as good.

Great! Keep writing Aleron. I love this genre and The Land series is one of the only ones that really challenges the reader with complex themes and great character development. Not to mention Kong seems to be the only author of LitRPG that views wemon as more than just sexual objects
