I am never disappointed with a Cat Who book! Always a great, interesting story and all the climax' in this hold my attention. Every time I sat down to read I didn't want to put it down. Great book for my kindle fire, I intended to get more Cat Who to read on my kindle.

I enjoy detective/mystery novels. This series is entertaining, and grabs the reader from the start. This story keeps you interested in the antics of the cats, while you are following the crime solving techniques used by Q.

Love these cats, I can now see similar characteristics in my own cats and have wondered about our 'psychic' connection. Jim Q's love of his cats and the way he treats them has made me appreciate the love my cats have for me.

I have read every one of Lilllian Braun's books. She is such an entertaining writer bringing you right into her wonderful world of cats and their adventures. Her main character coming into untold wealth spreads it around to all sorts of benevolent activities and his relationship with his two siamese is just charming. I always feel uplifted after reading these books and hope she keeps writing.

This is book #16 in Lillian Jackson Braun's series, "The Cat Who...". When an island is developed for tourism, Jim Qwilleran goes to stay with his friends, the Bamba's at their inn. Of course, accidents start occurring and then a boat explodes and Qwill is on the case once again, with the help of his cat detective, Koko. There is no shortage of suspects because the native islanders are not happy with the over-development of their island. Koko's pretty handy with the dominoes that are popular on the island, and uses them to relay clues to Qwill. Very good light mystery reading.
