EDIT: I had some questions about certain things in the book, so I emailed the author via the website. No reply. Book is great like I said prior, but keeping your readers / fans by helping them with questions I'd a normal part of book selling.

This book is very helpful for all those willing to reserve the dis-ease in your body and seek to enhance their understanding of a plant based diet. It is easy to read and written with simple intelligence. Good to have in your family library and also as a reference for your wholistic health practice. I highly recommend for all.

This book not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them! One of my biggest takeaways apart from the tastey recipes. Would be the misconception of needing animal proteins to build muscle. Many thanks to the Aurther Aqiyl Aniys for putting the this information in one clear and concise book.
