Another fine piece of work by the writers. It held my attention so much so that I didn't want to put the book down. One let down was the ending. It was over rather quickly, but then again, I suppose it had to end some time. I've already a list a friends who want to borrow it.
I highly recomment this book.

I enjoyed Mount Dragon as much as other Preston & Child books, although Relic is still tops, but the Kindle version of Mount Dragon had numerous typographical errors. It was so much that they really started annoying me. Could have been reviewed better for editing mistakes.

I love everything these writers have done they have not disappointed me yet. my daughter loves to read them . we like to discuss them. the descriptions of the terrain makes you feel like you are their and the science is so real that you do think this is possible.
The Lost Island (Gideon Crew) :: Slappy the Ventriloquist Dummy vs. Aloysius Pendergast :: Gideon's Sword (Gideon Crew series) :: Riptide :: Rudy Guede and the Murder of Meredith Kercher (Kindle Single)

I have been reading several Preston Child books including to 2 new one that just came out. Mount Dragon has too many typos and it really detracts from the story and the pleasure of the read for this reader. I hope in that this can be fixed in any up coming books coming out on the Kindle. Thank you for your attention regarding this matter in advance.

I am only 10% into this book. First and foremost I really like these authors and have read many of their books and very much enjoyed all of them. This book is about a research facility that involves cruel testing on live animals specifically chimpanzees. It is very graphic and was very disturbing to me personally. Probably a great book if you are not sensitive to this particular issue. Realizing this book is fiction I still would not recommend it to anyone to takes issue with animal testing.

Short and sweet - Great book. Interesting start to finish without any slow spots. And the ending was not a letdown as so many books seem to be anymore. I will buy some of their others based on this example.

Too technical for my taste. There were long paragraphs with too much genetic information that I just skimmed over. I guess I should have taken a genetics course before reading this book. My least favorite book by these authors.

This was an exciting adventure story. I am fascinated by this type of plot, amd also I like the Prendecast episodes, although Prendegast was not the main character. I recommenkd all of them and want to read more...

Just started reading the Kindle edition. This book is so poorly edited with spelling errors that it makes it a difficult read. For example Im is converted to pm instead of I'm throughout the book, words run together and extra letters in words. Very disappointing.

I did not finish this, stopping after hearing first part. I absolutely adore these writers' in the books they write about the Pendergast character and don't want to miss a bit. For some reason their other works I have tried are not the same. This is one of them. Might be a good/great story, but I couldn't stay with it. I keep trying, though, thinking there might be another as interesting as Pendergast. Sorry.
