Good story line. I was intrigued from the beginning to the end to see if Adam will get his HAE. I loved Adam he was the perfect specimen of man, but I struggled hard to like Diana. I just felt she was far to selfish and it made it hard to connect with her. All in all I liked the story and would definitely recommend it.

Marriage games will have you routing for one side, yelling at the other and slamming your reading device down with the final outcome.

I can't wait for the second book. I've been left with my jaw on the floor...tell me it ain't so!!

This story took me for a wild ride. I couldn't get enough of his need and her desire. The twisted turns will have you quickly reading through the pages in anticipation for the next scene.

This book was incredible! I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it was so darn good. I don't do spoilers, but I will say this is a beautiful story about a relationship and how sometimes we think we know someone but don't... it's about two people who are at a crossroads and decide they will take 30 days to try and figure their relationship out...it's brilliantly written and the characters will break your heart...a must read.

Only if couples that is divorcing will have another chance to rekindle their romance, this book is beyond hot. It is hard to put it down. I cannot wait for the second book, is it January yet? I read this in e-book but want to own a paperback copy as well. What a beautiful cover and so is the story. It is beyond BDSM. It a must read for me and loved every chapters of it and they are very long chapters as well. Five spanking stars for me please.

Wow. I started reading this when it first came out but stopped reading because I couldn't bear the cliffhanger I knew was coming. This story sucks you in. I think so many will be able to relate to the feelings even if not the experiences. I love the change in Diana. I am eager to jump right into the next book to see what she does next.

Holy smokies! First book by lady Reiss and won’t be the last.
The huge love hate relationship I had with this book surprised me. I wanted to hate Adam, but I loved him. I wanted to smack Diana, but by the end I mentally high fived her.
Strong, gorgeous characters with a unique writing style make for an amazing read.

Ive never read anything like this.
Yea, 50 Shades of Grey but this was really intense.
And the hurt that Diana puts her hubby through. I'm still kinda pissed!
One thing for sure. This story was very well written. I loved it!
Almost perfection. Can't wait for book 2.

Angsty angst with a side of steamy angst. I listened to these books on audio. While I generally prefer a slightly happier type of story I did enjoy this. It's something I may have to be in a certain mood for to read or listen to again.
I am a big CD Reiss fan so I will continue to read (or listen to) her work.

This book is written in flashbacks by both main characters, first him, then her. No one can write a conflicted mind like CD REISS and have you understand it. It's an intelligent, well written book with a cliffhanger, but you know that because it's a duet. In my top 5 for this year. I am not in the Lifestyle (BDSM) but this book did give me some understanding of it. Thank you Christine and all involved with its birth.

Way better than I thought. I was actually shocked at the cliffhanger and I cannot wait til the next book. I will definitely be getting the next book because I am dying to know what happens. As for the characters I would have to say that I love them although the wife does get under my skin sometimes and I wish she would just give in to what she wants instead of making her husband try so dang hard. And I have to say that the way he commands her....wow!!!! I say I had to roll my windows down in the car a few times cause of the steaminess.

Very entertaining. I started off not liking Diana much and ended not like Adam much. I really do like these characters and the story they are telling. My only complaint would be not understanding some stuff in the book. Just a few times I felt like I had no idea what the author was talking about. Besides that, the book was great. Looking forward to the next one.

This was a great book. The writing was stellar. I was really drowning in the story of these two. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because of my hatred for the heroine. How do you not have a conversation with your spouse BEFORE you file for divorce. That question plagued me the entire way through this book.

Pretty mellow for CD (coitus wise ;) and very interesting. The dimensions are there and are deep. It never occurred to me that a dom would want to change or try something different. I related to Diana's young urges & later denial... oh and the confusion!!! Definitely that! Another great read from CD. Recommend 100%

Adam and Diana marriage games begin with a note. Will Diana get what she asks for? Adam can't understand where he went wrong.
Thirty days to try to get the life they had back. Will Adam take advise from his friend Charlie to win her back?
Love the Minnesota reference.
Marriage Games is a CD Reiss hit. If you read any of her other series, your a fan for life. Separation Games is on my list to read in Jan 2017.

Adam and Diana work well together. When Diana decides to leave Adam he's on a precipitous. Should he return to his old ways of being a Dom or try to keep Diana by still being vanilla with her? He uses her vulnerability of losing her family business and decides to show her his world. Thirty days, so much can happen... I can't wait to read Separation Games next!!!

Oh how CD Reiss writes! It's eloquent, intelligent and we'll thought out. I felt so bad for Adam, and couldn't stand Diana... but then my heart did a loop. I wanted it to end one way and my heart was torn out and it ended another. Everything about this book had me questioning my own thoughts about Adam, Diana, and the BDSM world. I can not wait for Separation Games!

This is a slow read, parts were well explained others a contradiction in emotion. Remove emotion is a submissive role , and love is an emotion.
When emotion is power you are lost and found, safe as another fear.

Bought this based on an intriguing snippet I saw posted on Facebook, even though I don't usually read this genre. The writing was excellent. The storyline and complex/conflicted hero had me hooked immediately. I gobbled this one up and immediately pre-ordered the next instalment, which I rarely do. CD Reiss is a new-to-me author and I will definitely read more of her work.

Adam is a dominant brooding soul and Diana is the love of his life. Their love story is complex, emotional, sensual, and invigorating. Now that Diana knows who Adam truly is and how much she loves him, I can't wait to see the fight she engages in to keep him. This book is a must read and I am filled with anticipation awaiting book 2, Separation Games!

Marriage Games is an intriguing book with interesting characters. I've read many book's by the author, and she continues to draw me into each story with her writing. This book ran the gamut of emotions for me, and my favor for Diana and Adam switched constantly. I couldn't stop reading.

So much more than its categorical genre usually presents. The characters are flawed, hurting, and yet still have the capacity to change and grow. This is a challenging story with depth as well as titillation. I didn't exactly connect with either Adam or Diana but I'm curious to see where their story goes from here and have the next book queued up for preorder.

I enjoyed reading your book. I totally understand the story line and characters. I was upset over the ending of this book but I will be reading the next one of this series. I don't know if I want them to get a happy ever after ending. They may not be able to.

In spite of the alternating first person POV and past and present settings, it was a page-turner that I couldn't put down. I don't usually like BDSM but this had an emotional side that made it make sense with these characters. I'm not sure what I thought about the husband and wife--both have issues --but I enjoy CD Reiss's books.

I love everything CD Reiss writes and yet up until this book I didn't think she could write characters that I would fall so madly in love with like I did with Jonathan and Monica. Wow, this book blew me away. Can't wait for what's next. Thank you Cd Reiss for always putting out amazing stories. You are exceptional and I so enjoy your work.

Like story pace, hated it is "To be continued" on last page. I dislike not feeling like I finished a book. If I love book one, I will get book two, but not warned of this ending is a negative for me. Make it a set or something.

At first the chapter titles of past, present, and such drove me nuts! But I understand why you did it, to help explain the story and make it as great as you did!

Loved this as much, if not better, then all your previously written books. I can't WAIT until the conclusion comes out in January! WTG CD, awesome job!!! :)

I flew through this book and am impatiently waiting for the next one. I loved the husband's POV the best, but I did enjoy the switch to the wife's POV. I liked knowing what was going on and how they were truly feeling.

Wow!!! This book!! It's so brilliantly written. I'm so invested in these characters and their marriage...most of the story is in the male's pov and you can just feel how much he loves his wife and his desire for her. The story is set in past and present tense and ends in a cliffhanger but by the end you will be so emotionally charged you be ready for round two Game On! Can't wait for part two January is too far away!!
