Finally received this cookbook after pre-ordering a few months ago. As a working mom of two, who loves to cook, but doesn't always have the time, this is my new go-to cookbook. Easy, healthy and delicious recipes. Kudos to Kristin for delivering on a cookbook that's real and makes me want to make all of the recipes in one weekend. I'll anxiously await her next cookbook!

I debated over buying this book for a couple months and decided to just do it, and I’m so glad I did. The recipes are simple, easy, and delicious. I have recommended this book to literally everyone since I bought it.

This is the first Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free cookbook I decided to buy on this new journey. While it does seems to offer some alternatives to my monthly rotation it is not a cookbook that I can cook from daily. Several recipes seem more involved than what I have time for after working all day. I also wish there were more food photos in this book, there are a lot of recipes that sound good but the "cook"book seems to be more of a photo album of the author than really book about the food that is being presented. There are more photos of her than there are of the food, that really annoys me! I would not recommend if you are really looking for a book Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free cookbook.

Very likable recipes; I went into this not expecting to enjoy it...had thumbed through and all I saw were pictures of Kristin in photo shoots that had nothing to do with cooking and thought I had totally wasted my money. However, I could see myself making 80% of these recipes which is a rarity in the cookbook world! At least for me :) Organic, Paleo-esque recipes using related ingredients. Give it a try, I do not think you will be disappointed!

Good cookbook with lots of interesting recipes. So far I only tried one though - but I can imagine the recipes will be tasty. I do agree with other reviewers that I would have loved more pictures of the actual food.
Edit: I made three recipes yesterday for my meal prep for the week. I made the zesty quinoa salad (VERY tasty), BLT salad--very good. I added some Dijon and grain mustard to the mayo for extra flavor (my husband and brother-in-law liked it a lot), Cauliflower garden salad..I cheated a bit with this one and bought a package of frozen grilled veggies from Trader Joes - it came out good! I also made a coconut milk latte a couple weeks ago, it was good but a bit too rich for my taste with the full fat coconut milk so not sure I'll make it again.

The recipes look good but I like picking a recipe based on how it looks, not reading the whole thing. Disappointed in the lack of recipe pictures and do not love how many pictures there are of the author (not cooking or with food).

I’ve been patiently waiting for the release of this book! I have followed her on Instagram and she frequently posts videos of recipes from this book. They all look so yummy, can’t wait to try them all!

Lots of approachable recipes. Fairly simple and short ingredients lists that I don't need to test out. I just skimmed through the whole book and can't wait to try them. There are a number of recipes (and I love how sections are split up). I am gluten-free for health reasons, so I was naturally drawn to this (and also have to admit that I loved her instastories..). I don't think I would need another gluten-free cookbook after this. As many other reviewers mentioned, the only drawback is not having enough food pictures.

I've been waiting patiently for the release and it finally arrived yesterday. All the recipes are 100% doable and not frivolous or pretentious (as some other celebrity-type chef cookbooks can be) at all! I've already made the Salmon Soba Noodle Bowl and it did not disappoint. Not only are the recipes amazing, but the layout and design/photography is beautiful. I love that it's also a soft cover book which makes it easier to use in the kitchen.

Just got this yesterday and already tried my first recepie tonight. It was the shrimp scallop linguine with vegetables. OH MY GOODNESS this just hit every single craving I had today. It was earthy and filling to the core.

Great recipes! Have been looking forward to her second book, she has some really healthy and delicious dishes. Have already made two of her recipes and they were delish and our son loved them too! Got to meet her at her book signing and she was so nice! Highly recommend this for yourself and also a gift for anyone who enjoys cooking!

This cookbook is maybe a little unrealistic for most people. Especially some of the ingredients! But, as a Kristin Cavallari fan I did enjoy flipping through the pages. The book itself is a lot thicker than I expected and it’s a nice solid book. Some of the recipes look delicious and sound doable, however a handful are totally out there. This does open my eyes to eating cleaner and eat whole, natural foods and products, but I don’t see reaching for it every week.

I received my cookbook in the mail yesterday and I can't wait to try out these recipes! A few friends of mine are either lactose intolerant or have celiac disease and whenever I'm entertaining guests I always try to make sure I have food they can eat and enjoy as well. This collection of recipes is going to help incredibly and I'm excited to incorporate this way of eating into my lifestyle as well.

I really like having an arsenal of recipes that use no refined sugar, and I like to stay away from gluten, but the amount of modeling photos of Kristin is a little bit absurd considering there wasn't enough room for photos of all the recipes. My husband (having no idea who she is) was so confused when he flipped through the book and kept asking why I bought a cookbook with modeling photos in it. I like her instagram posts of food, though, and look forward to trying some of these out.

Just received this cook book & am pleasantly surprised. It's a nice size / good quality cook book. There aren't pictures of every single dish but there are plenty of pictures in general. I love how she writes a story behind each recipe too. I would definitely recommend this book to people who are open to cook with *not your average ingredients, or who are looking to make a lifestyle change.

Cookbook or Glamour photoshoot? - There are so many reasons I have given this book a single star - here are just a few:
1. No nutritional information
2. Lack of detailed information on ingredients i.e. Oatmeal Zucchini Muffin Cups - (making your own Almond milk - what a waste of almonds.....separates almost immediately after blending) - recipe calls for 1 large zucchini - 6 inches, 8, 10 - what? Grated - yes, liquid pressed out? Bananas - how large? I think you get the drift - should be measured by weight or cups....and yes, the liquid should be pressed out of the zucchini - these muffins are 'gloppy'. The recipe states that they will 'stay fresh for 1 week in a tightly sealed container' At 3 days they are starting to mold.
3. If you are watching your carbs - this is not the cookbook for you.
4. Definitely not for the cook that doesn't have access to ground duck, quail, cornish hens, bison, sunchokes, etc......would have been nice to suggest a substitute.
5. Expanding on my photoshoot comment.....have never seen a cookbook with so much cleavage. Personally I like to see the author/cook in an apron or chef's jacket in a photo showing the food or food prep, not sitting on a swing with one boob nearly falling out or standing in a driveway in her daisy dukes.......tacky to say the least.
