And Burglaries~ A Camper and Criminals Cozy Mystery Series

This was a really good read. Lots of good characters, enough of a mystery that I was actually wrong on who the killer was, and a heart warming story line. I can't wait until the next book in the series!

Another win for author Tonya Kappes! Loved this new series. Southern charm, fun characters, a murder, and a main character who is used to living the good life having to live in a run-down trailer park. All of Tonya’s Southern series are alike but different. They all have small town charm, fun characters, and murders to solve. I absolutely love these books and can’t wait to see what’s next in this new series. Hoping Mae continues to solve crimes with her newfound friends and finds a new love interest in Ty, my preference, (or possibly Detective Hank Sharp) all while trying to fix up the campground/trailer park.

I love this new series by Tonya Kappes! It shows friendship and people coming together to get things done. Unbeknownst to her, Mae West’s husband was running a Ponzi scheme and he got arrested and sent to prison. She is left with nothing but a rundown campground and a small RV to live in. I fell in love with the people of the small town of Normal, Kentucky. I can’t wait to read more about it!

A great new series taking place in Normal Kentucky. It takes the word, normal to a whole new level. A socialite who loses it all ends up with a run down camping resort thanks to her ex husband and gets taken under the wings of the local ladies who will help her het it up and running. Once it is will she sell and run, or stay with her new friends and a possible love interest?

Mae West is dealing with the aftermath of her husband's Ponzi scheming ways. Left with nothing but a run-down campground in Normal, Kentucky where nothing is normal, she is intent on rebuilding her life and the camp and contributing to the town. With the help of Dottie and the ladies of the laundromat, Mae attempts to restore some lives harmed by her husband. When her husband escapes prison and turns up dead, she's at the top of the suspect list and has to prove her innocence by finding the killer, but will the killer find her first? This is a hilarious story of strength, determination and new beginnings. It's a great read and worth it to get to know the quirky characters and solve the mystery. Tonya Kappes continues to entertain us. Noticed a few typos though.

I enjoyed this story greatly. However I agree with many others, it needs better editing or some good beta readers! Hard to believe she's written over 40 books if this is an example. I do look forward to the next book in the series.
