Another Sullivan home run. As much as you would think you would get tired of this family. Bella Andre provides a beautiful story that makes you what to read and the close net group.

I really love this story and how it can together. I did get tired of her always willing to be there. Really thought she should she could’ve had another love interest who she saw solely as friend or could have been scouting other locations for her new business venture.

I absolutely loved this book. I have read each and every book by Bella Andre and the Sullivan's have to be my favorite. She has never written a bad book and each one has the ability to make me laugh and cry. Can not wait for her next book, rather it's about the Sullivan's or not. One of the best writers ever and everyone should find the time to lose themselves in her books. Great job once again.

Once again Bella Andre did not disappoint me. I've read every book in the Sullivan series (This is book 17). I have loved them all. Alec is a high powered business man who owned his own aviation company that catered to the rich and famous. Cordelia is a small town girl who loves to garden. Owns her own gardening shop. She loves her customers and her customer love her!! Cordelia and Alec meet by unusual circumstances. Alec's business partner and mentor Gordon passed away unexpectedly and in his will he left half his business to his birth daughter Cordelia. Alec never knew about her nor did she know anything about her birth dad. You can feel the sparks fly the first time Alec and Cordelia met. Cordelia was the only person who was able to knock down the walls around Alec's heart. If you have read previous books you would know that Alec and his dad had a very strained relationship since his mother's suicide. Cordelia helped them mend fences and worked her way into Alec's heart for that HEA.

I love the way Bella mentions all of the other Sullivans in the book. His Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and their partners. As always, looking forward to her next book in the Sullivan series.

Each Sullivan book gets better and better! When a series has so many installments it can oft times become stale. Ms. Andre has been successful in making each story independently enjoyable, while keeping it within the thread of the larger story. Alec was so jaded by his parents tragic story that he never believed he deserved love. While this isn’t a new story line, the addition of Cordelia and her relationship to Alec’s business partner added such action that the story really worked. I can’t wait to read Harry’s story.

Alec Sullivan is mourning the loss of his friend and business partner. Things get complicated when he learns his partner has a daughter no one new about and he’s left her everything. Alec is the eternal playboy. He never hooks up with anyone who doesn’t know the score. When it’s over, they get to pick their parting gift. Alec is scarred from his parents’ relationship. He raised his siblings and still feels responsible for them.

Cordelia Langley is happy with her life. She was adopted and raised by two loving, supportive parents. She owns a garden center, her own home and makes a decent living. She is shocked to discover her biological father was a billionaire who only lived 30 minutes from her. Feeling overwhelmed by her sudden windfall, she can’t wait to sell her half to Alec and get on with her life.

By the time these two figured it out, I had rolled my eyes at them a few times. He whined a bit too much for my tastes. Her attitude towards Alec in the beginning was irritating and I found it hard to like her. Definitely not my favorite of the series. Still, a quick, easy read.

Swoon! Alec Sullivan is totally swoon-worthy and just another in a long line of Sullivan leading men that I love!

Little did Alec know when his business partner, who was closer than a father, passed away unexpectedly, his life would forever change. Turns out that there was a long lost daughter...enter Cordelia Langley.

Cordelia grew up with loving parents, a simple life and everything she thought she wanted. She always knew she was adopted but it never bothered her, since she had everything she needed. Her plants and nursery, her simple life...enter Alec Sullivan....

This is a love story. It is about redemption from the past, letting go of regrets and grabbing on to the future you never knew you wanted. Once again, Bella brings the characters to life with her beautiful words, capturing the same spirit we have come to love from all of the Sullivans. Can’t wait for Harry’s HEA.

This author’s classy book covers won me over years ago, folks. Her writing keeps me coming back for more of this now “17” book series. Well, “20” would be more accurate since there are novellas included as .5 books, as well. Yes, that is not a typo. Though it has branched off into the New York and Seattle Sullivans, my heart will always remain in San Francisco, where this series all got started. Having read a total of “14” so far, and recently acquired two more, I’m closer than ever to closing in on all the sweet, smexy stories of each of these stand-alone but still somewhat connected romantic tales.

You Do Something to Me certainly fit a similar pattern to some of my favorites. A tough on the outside business tycoon but afraid to love/let anyone in on the inside hero and a caring, patient beautiful heroine who sees right through him and captures his reluctant heart. Sure, you see this theme quite often in this series, but it never gets old with me.

Cordelia is carrying around baggage of her own, folks. But she is grateful for the parents who raised her and the simplistic yet successful life she has made for herself. She struggles at first to come to terms with a big reveal and family fortune she recently inherited. Make no mistake though, it does not change the sweet, loyal, compassionate, down to earth girl she has always been.

Some may feel she was overly so with Alec at times. I have to admit a time or two I “REALLY” wanted her to say “no” to his kisses and send a clear message he needed to work for the privilege of knowing/being intimate with her. Especially since they had only known each other for a very short time before things heated up between them. In fact, I wish she would have held out longer, so he would have spent more time trying to pursue her. She always gave in rather easily to his advances and up-front, constant insistence he never wanted to marry/have a real relationship. She simply accepted him as he was and seemed resigned to losing him one day. There were times when she was the one who made the first move, however.

Alec had a history of having no shortage of money hungry/attention seeking women pounding on his door begging to be his temporary fling. Cordelia was more of a long term relationship girl and wanted some day to be married with children.

The ending was sweet and not overly dramatic, my fellow romance booking loving friends. As a lover of hair pulling emotional angst, I will confess to being partial to a heart pounding “Oh, no! Where did she go? I have to go after her right now!”...”What have I done?”... “Is she going to live, so I can tell her I love her?” type ending. Others may feel the smooth transition into a HEA fit the pace of the overall storyline.

Regardless, I’m happy I now have another Sullivan love story under my belt. You can feel the same, folks. Though a series, you can jump in anywhere. You’ll miss out a little on character development, but each book stays focused on one main couple and family background snippets are usually included so you won’t feel completely left out in the cold.

Title: You Do Something to Me, Series: The New York Sullivans (Book 3)/The Sullivans (Book 17), Author, Bella Andre, Pages: 225, stand-alone but part of a series, afraid to love hero, caring/patient heroine, very length/numerous/steamy scenes, daddy issues, brief cameos of other book characters, HEA, no cheating, no love triangle, no OM/OW drama.

Amazing, wonderful, so full of love. These words don’t describe how beautiful and enchanting You Do Something To Me was. Bella Andre really kicked it up a notch with Alec and Cordelia’s story. I didn’t think my heart could get any fuller watching these two people fall in love.

Alec was the ultimate knight in shining armor throughout this story even though he did try to come off as the bad boy. He didn’t believe in love or happily-ever-after’s, his mom and dad were proof that love could not conquer everything. He grew up taking care of everyone around him, knew that he was a cynic when it came to love, and never let anyone get close enough to see the hurt and scars that he has carried for 30 years. But, a tragedy brings the most amazing woman into his life and now he finds himself second-guessing all the decisions he has made in his personal life.

Cordelia sees right through the image that Alec projects. She sees his inner-light, how much he does care for everyone around him. He’s her saving grace and was there for her at her darkest time. He pulled her through and, in the process, pulled her under as well. She couldn’t help but fall in love with someone so generous and giving but, she’ll never try to change who he is or how he thinks. He’s accepted her for who she and she’ll accept him in any way. Friends, lovers but never partners.

When Alec finally starts to open his eyes, and realizes the opportunities that he’s missing because of his stubbornness, it’s almost too late. When all the Sullivan’s rally round, he can’t help but finally accept that Cordelia really did something to him … showed him how to open his mind, his heart – offer forgiveness and let go of the past.

I cried, I honestly cried happy tears during the epilogue. I was so touched and moved by the words Bella Andre put on paper that I felt like my heart was bursting with happiness. Bella Andre wrecks me every single time and I’m not surprised that she brought me to my knees again. She’s articulate, she’s fluid, she can write a romance like not many authors can. I have praised her writing since the day I picked up her first book and I have a feeling that I won’t stop. Kudos to Bella Andre for bringing another Sullivan a happily-ever-after, for keeping this series alive with fresh, new stories and for just being the amazing author that she is.

Alec Sullivan is the oldest of William Sullivan's 4 children. When Alec's mom committed suicide when he was only 5, his dad went into a debilitating grief, causing Alec to take care of his younger siblings. Even as an adult he still feels it is his responsibility to look after the well being of his siblings, even if they want him to butt out. Through the first two books featuring Alec's brother Drake and his sister Suzanne, we know his siblings have begun bridging the emotional rift between the kids and their father...all except Alec.

We see Alec's protective nature come out again in his story when he meets Cordelia Langley, the unknown daughter and heir of his business partner, Gordon, who passes away suddenly. Gordon was like a father to Alec when his own was too emotionally distant. Because he has the heart of a Sullivan, Alec naturally felt compelled to protect Gordon's daughter from the publicity and notoriety that came with her surprised inheritance.

I really loved Cordelia as our heroine because she was able to overcome her resentment toward her birth father who never sought contact with her, while recognizing the grief Alec was suffering over his loss. As his "friend", Cordelia is able to break through Alec's emotional barriers and show him that she can be there to help support him, like he's been there all his life for his siblings.

With the story told from a dual perspective, we can "hear" how strong Cordelia is in her commitment to be there for her friend, even if he can never love her the way she's falling for him. From Alec, we "hear" his internal struggle about his fear of hurting Cordelia since he believes he can't be the man she deserves.

I understand how Bella Andre fell in love with Alec while writing his story because his and Cordelia's romance unravelled so naturally and beautifully! I didn't want the story to end!

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

This is another beautifully written and amazing love story featuring one of my favorite book families, The Sullivan’s. It is sometimes raw and emotional while other times it is hot, flirty and oh so sexy.
Alec Sullivan has lived his life with a closed off heart. He has never wanted to open himself up to love after losing his mother to suicide as a young boy and his father to the grief brought on by his wife’s death. After taking care of his siblings growing up, he now lives for his extremely successful aviation business and no strings pleasure with willing women who aren’t looking for strings either.
That is until his business partner Gordon dies and the very sweet , lovely Cordelia Langley pays him a visit.
Turns out Gordon had some secrets, Cordelia being one very big secret. He left her everything in his will but she has no desire to be in the aviation business. She and Alex become friends first and it isn’t long before she manages to burrow her way into his heart. Yes that same heart that has been closed off for all these years. It takes some time for him to catch up but when he does it’s a beautiful thing. So many incredible moments in this book.
As always, Bella gives us such wonderful, likable and relatable characters. Alec and Cordelia are the perfect complement to each other. I know I say this a lot about these Sullivan men, but Alec has definitely earned a spot at the top of my favorites list!

I've received this from the publisher exchange for an honest review. I have yet to read a Bella Andre novel where I don't fall in love with the characters and story. Each of her books brings me such happiness and You Do Something To Me is no different from the other books I've read by her. In You Do Something To Me. We are introduced to the oldest of the New York Sullivan clan Alec Sullivan. He has been in charge of taking of the family since he was five years old. After losing his mother to suicide and his father to the grief of losing his wife. For the reason alone Alec has decided not to become a helpless victim to love. But when his long time business partner and father figure Gordon has an unexpected heart attack. He comes face to face with Gordon's secret daughter Cordelia. They quickly become friends. And start bonding over the loss of Gordon. Slowly they each open up to one another. Will Alec over come his resistance to love? You should pick this up to find out.

I loved watching Alec and Cordelia's interactions in this story. I adore the Sullivan family so much. And always happy to read another story about them. I needed a pick me up and You Do Something To Me was that.

I cannot wait for more from this family and Bella Andre. If you haven't picked up one of her novels yet you seriously need to ASAP!!!!

5/5 stars

Happy Reading, Ashley

You Do Something to Me is Book 3 of the New York Sullivans and Bella has written another awesome book about life, heartbreak, finding yourself, laughter, tears, and most of all love.

Alec Sullivan is co-owner of a billion dollar aviation company with Gordon Whitley who was Alec’s boss right out of business school and later they became business partners. Until one evening Gordon has a fatal heart attack and the only word he uttered is Cordelia…a secret Gordon has been keeping for years.

Cordelia Langley has little nursery and is happy with her life until she is notified that she has inherited part of a billion dollar business and gets the shock of her life that it’s from her birth father who she has never met.

When these two meet for the first time Alec is all business and already has a buyout package ready but when he sees her everything changes…the instant attraction, spending time with Cordelia and helping her forgive her birth father for giving her up, also helps Alec to find it in his heart to begin forgiving his father too.

There are so many feels that it keeps you turning the pages to find out what happens next in bringing Alec and Cordelia to finding their HEA! !

I loved reading this story, its so beautiful and emotional.
Alex's business partner dies, leaving him devastated.
Add to that he leaves his half of the business, to the daughter Alex knew nothing about, she is also beautiful and sets his heart racing..
Cordelia was shocked to hear her birth father left his half of the business to her, but she doesn't want anything to do it and just wants to sell it to his business partner..
But she doesn't count on Alex Sullivan being such a hot, compassionate guy.
He's there for her and understands her... Alex doesn't have a relationship with his own father, his mother died when he was young and he blames his father for her death and then checking out after she died, leaving Alex to bring up his siblings.
Cornell's birth father was the closest thing to a father he had.
Alex and Cordelia grow closer, but he keeps pulling away, not wanting to hurt her, like his father hurt his mother..
But eventually he has to own up to his feelings for her, before he loses her.
I loved their story, the way Alex loves Cordelia, its clear in the way he treats her, even if he can't see it or tell her..

ARC - I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest!
This was a very emotional book.
On the surface, Alec looked like he had it all, but he carried scars on the inside.
Since his mother's death, his father completely checked out of his children's life.
Since a young age, Alec has to take care of his siblings.
All the responsibility for the family felt on his shoulders.
He still had not forgiven his father for that.
Cordelia had loving parents, but she still feel hurt by her biological father's indifference.
When her biological father dies, he leaves his fortune to Cordelia.
She wants nothing to do w/ anything from him.
She wouldn't even know what to do w/ this fortune.
When Alec + Cordelia meet, they are dealing w/ their own demons.
As they get to know each other, they form a relationship.
Each other is afraid to let the other know how they really feel.
It takes a near tragedy for them to put all their cards on the table.
Very emotional book!

This is the 17th book in the Sullivan Family
but don't let that put you off reading this one
because each book is its own story of members of the family.
This one is about Alec who has been taking care of his brothers
and sister since he was very young after his mother past away
and his father did not cope with it.
Ok that is a noth off the younger years of Alec life.
Alec partner Gordon had a heart attack and didn't make it
This is when Alec found out Gordon had a daughter that he gave up
when she was a baby. Gordon left his half of the business to here and that
is how Alec and Cordelia came together. Will they get along will Alec be able
to put his child hood feeling to rest.
Let Bella take you on one fantastic journey as you get to know the answers to the
questions off Alec and Cordelia.
After you have finished this book don't be surprised if you want to read all the books so far
Of this family.

Alec’s business partner and friend dies and leaves his share of the business to a daughter no one knew about. So Alec is prepared to buy her out. He has no idea who she is but he knows he doesn’t want her to have half his business. Cordelia was adopted at a young age and never knew who her Father was so she is stunned when she finds out he was a billionaire and now she is also. But she wants nothing to do with him or his money so she is willing to sell her half and after taking care of her parents she is going to donate the rest to charity. She lives a simple life and is happy. When Alec meets Cordelia he is drawn to her. So he decides to wait a while before making her an offer. He doesn’t believe in love but he does enjoy spending time with her. Will she be the one to break down his walls? And will be the one to help her forgive the Father she never knew? Bella keeps hitting it out of the park with the Sullivans and this one is no different.

I love family sagas with a close knit family like the Sullivan's! Ms. Andre writes a beautiful story of love, family, strength, and being there for each other. This is my first Sullivan book to review. I have read the first six books already and have loved each and every one. Alec broke my heart believing that he did not deserve love and that he would let Cordelia down if he committed to her. Cordelia is so strong in character and love not only for her parents but for Alec, too. Both, Alec and Cordelia make it a point to be there for each other in their times of need. Slowly and methodically Cordelia changes Alec's mind and heart about love. It takes a major shift for Alec to finally let both his father and Cordelia completely into his heart and life. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review of "You Do Something To Me" by Bella Andre. If you love big families with strong characters and as always a HEA then this book is for you. Hot Alpha Male doesn't hurt either.

Love, love, love Alec and Cordelia!

Both Alec and Cordelia have the shock of their lives when Alec's business partner dies and that leads to their meeting. And the help they both provide in getting through their grief.

Alec is a high-powered aviation executive and Cordelia owns and runs her own nursery. On paper, Alec and Cordelia do not seem to be two people that would work together or even worse is it that Cordelia is someone that Alec would have to take care of, just like he did when he was a child and had to take care of his siblings when his father was full of grief for his mother. In this case though, while Cordelia actually needs Alec, Alec also allows himself to need Cordelia and the relationship they build is beautiful.

You will enjoy the appearance from many of the Sullivans and learn more about the New York Sullivans. Another must read - I couldn't put it down and can't wait to get more snippets from Alec in the future.

FINALLY…a billionaire who isn’t an entitled snob. Someone who has issues with trust, but can still do the right thing. Although he doesn’t let many people in, he does have family that always has his back, and he has theirs.

FINALLY…a woman who doesn’t prevaricate. Who loves with her whole heart whether it is returned or not. No games, no pretense. Even though she’s had the rug pulled out from under her, she stays true to herself.

What a refreshing take on the billionaire trope! Alec and Cordelia have both lost someone. Alec, has lost his best friend, father figure, and mentor. Cordelia has lost her birth father, without ever meeting him. In their loss, they ultimately find what’s real and true, and find love where they didn’t think it would be.

A wonderful new story about the New York Sullivans by one of my favorite authors, Bella Andre. The Sullivans just keep getting better and better. Love their stories!!

Five warm and fuzzy stars. Bella Andre and her Sullivans have become my go-to reads when I need comforting from all the chaos of life's realities. I'm often reassured that love, friendship, and family are still some of the most important things in the world. That's why I read romance. That's why I love You Do Something To Me.

It's obvious that Bella loved writing Alec Sullivan. He's strong yet vulnerable, resolute but also unsure, tough and a softie at the same time. He's what you want your romantic hero to be - honest about his intentions and takes great care of the heroine. Cordelia is a worthy match for Alec. She has her strengths and brings out the best in him. She helps the real him to come out. She can stand on her own but is happiest when she's with him.

I really enjoyed this sweet and sexy friends-to-lovers romance. Anytime a book makes me smile and tear up, it's sure to get high marks.

Alec Sullivan doesn’t like surprises and he is in for a big one when his business partner dies and leaves everything to his daughter. The daughter he had given up for adoption and never maintained contact with.
Cordelia is very happy with her life and never thought she would inherit a fortune from her birth father, whom she had never met.
They both think that once he buys her out, they will part ways. But they are not prepared for the instant connection, attraction and need to be there for the other, they feel when they first met.
You do something to me is about Alec doesn’t believe in love and Cordelia has fairy tale written all over her, and their journey of self discovery, forgiveness, romance, love and heartache. It was a beautiful read and hard to put down. I can’t wait for the next book by Bella Andre.

The New York Sullivans’ are back and I have fallen deeper in love with them. The Sullivans' have deep sense of family, love, bonding, friendship, life. Alex and Cordelia's journey toward each other was more than either was thinking they were missing from their lives. This time around love comes from a tragic loss. In the midst of it all they find something they never would have searched for. Getting to spend time with the Sullivans was the perfect mix of past, present, and future. This was just the dose of love that was needed to cap my week. Bella delivers another fantastic family romance that gives you more.

Narration from Eva Kaminsky has made me feel like I was coming home. She has that voice the smooths the road and makes it all worth the wait for the next installment. Eva is that staple with the Sullivan clan that lets me know all is well. She makes the characters come to life and gives a deeper connection to the entire world built around the whole family. I love her smooth flow of diction and pacing. I found the audio to be a perfect complement to Bella Andre’s work.

Begin your journey to love, life, family, friendship . . . and more . . .

YOU DO SOMETHING TO ME (The Sullivans #17)
AUTHOR: BELLA ANDRE

*****FIVE STARS PLUS*****

This is one series that gets better with each new book. I adore the Sullivan family! They are caring, supportive, successful and family “always comes first”, no matter what. Bella hooked me long ago when she started this series with the San Francisco Sullivan family. The series continued with the Seattle Sullivan’s and now the New York Sullivan’s. Each family is as devoted as the other and I am so thankful that Bella has expanded this unforgettable series. Trust me and start at the beginning and don’t miss a single second of the Sullivan adventures and love stories.
Alec: Another super sexy Sullivan. Successful, gorgeous, caring and owns a highly prosperous private aviation business that he loves. He is perfectly content with his life and is not looking for any romantic involvement with any strings attached.
Cordelia: Down to earth, charming, fun, sassy and very passionate about her gardening store. She never dreamed how her life would suddenly change when she found out she inherited a fortune from her father or that she would find herself in business with HOT, HOT, HOT Alec Sullivan.
The passion that ignites between Cordelia and Alex is sizzling hot. The attraction just cannot be denied. Neither one wants to complicate the situation by getting involved, but some things can’t be controlled.
Bella Andre continues to excite us with the Sullivan families. I can’t wait to get my hands on their next big adventure and love story. Bella, please don’t run out of Sullivan’s to write about.

Another great Sullivan love story! I have followed them all and reading about the love this family has for each other and the love the fall into never gets old. Alec and Cordelia are a perfect example. They meet under the most stressful of circumstances. Alec could have been a total jerk and taken advantage of her, but instead he felt like he needed to protect her. Any story that has turmoil in the parental relationship will get tears from me every time!
The way these 2 were there for each other, even under the guise of basically being friends with benefits was absolutely the sweetest thing that I have read in a long time. This is another great story that is full of sadness, a little angst and a whole lot of love!!!

Knocked this one out of the park! Once again Bella Andre has a winner!

This book is sweet, and so full I've love and emotion. Even when Alec is being frustrating about his rift with his father, you can't be really mad at him because his pain is so obvious.

The way he and Cordelia supported each other, the way she stood by Alec with such love and patience was heartwarming.

This writer has such a rare talent for being able to evoke such strong emotions from her readers. She does it consistently. I have read a number of books that could be labeled good, but it is rare to read a book that lingers long after you read the last word.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this Advanced Reader Copy.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book, You Do Something To Me by Bella Andre.

Getting a Bella Andre ARC is like Christmas, payday, your birthday and your anniversary all rolled into one. Yeah, that great!!!

You Do Something To Me is definitely one of Bella’s best ever written books. Alec just lost his business partner and if that isn’t bad enough, he is thrown for a major loop when he learns that Gordon had a daughter no one knew about and he left everything to her. Cordelia is shocked to learn that her birth father, that she knew nothing about, left her everything in his will. They each have a lot they are dealing with but just maybe they can get through it together.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Another fantastic Sullivan book, only problem was it was over too quick! This NY Sullivan book is about Alec and Cordelia. They meet over sad circumstances but you immediately fall for both of them. Bella has such a way of making you feel from the first paragraph. You are rooting for them together as well as for situations in their lives. Can't wait for the next one. Grab a copy, you won't be sorry!

I love the Sullivan's and Bella never disappoints. Alec is definitely my favorite NY Sullivan, if not my favorite Sullivan. After losing his mother as a child, Alec has shut himself off from love. Enter Cordelia and everything changes for Alec. It was fun watching him let his guard down with her, watching them fall in love even though they both swore they were just friends. Another great Sullivan love story. I look forward to the next.

Another win for Bella Andre, and another win for the Sullivans. I loved this story from the very beginning and was smitten and rooting for the main characters Alec and Cordelia from their very first (unconventional) meeting. It was all I'm looking for in a good romance book and everything that I'm used to from Bella's other Sullivan books as well. Well done.

Once again Bella Andre has given us another Sullivan hit. Alec and Cordelia both need to come to terms with the death of Gordon, a father figure and a birth father that was a mystery. I think they both helped each other over come their issues with their birth fathers and to realize that they found true love in the process. I love that all of the Sullivan's are so down to earth (literally this time). I cannot wait to read the next Sullivan adventure!

"You Do Something To Me" (The New York Sullivans Book 3/The Sullivans Book 17) by Bella Andre is a fantastic read. I loved Alec and Cordelia's story. This is a wonderful addition to The Sullivans Series. I just can't pick a favorite Sullivan. I love them all. I can't wait to see what happens next with this wonderful family. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, family, entertaining characters, and series.

Wow, Another Sullivan ticks all the right boxes. I'm not sure how Bella Andre manages to continually create such heartwarmingly beautiful stories. I'm hoping their Garden Centre/Restaurant will appear in future books as it sounds perfect. Alec and Cordelia won my heart and I confess, I cried when Alec was with his Dad in the hospital. A fantastic way to escape the housework for a few hours of bliss.

Alec and Cordelia's story began with loss but ended with such a strong love. I love that Alec had such a strong conscience and it wouldn't allow him to be anything less than honorable where Cordelia was concerned. They had chemistry, heat, and a complication in the form of family. We got to see other Sullivans in this book and catch up a bit with their lives. Bella Andre has done a great job keeping the stories of this family fresh and different enough to keep readers coming back. I look forward to the next book and highly recommend not only this book, but the entire series.

I received this ARC for an honest review. Alec has become my second favorite Sullivan. He is strong, thoughtful, and yes stubborn. Cordelia is his match. She refuses to be intimidated by anyone. I love how Bella wrote these characters. Even though this is her 17th Sullivan book, she still giving us a fresh story line. This book is a roller coaster ride of emotions. Please give it a try.

Another fabulous story by Bella Andre! The Sullivan series is a must read series! Alec Sullivan has been surviving since he was 5 years old. He felt abandon and didn't believe in Love. Cordelia Langley was raised by two loving parents and so very happy. Alec and Cordelia meet due to a very tragic event. Can Cordelia break through Alec's walls? Can Alec learn to love again! This is a must read! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. This is my honest opinion!

I just love Bella Andre's books. You Do Something To Me is a little steadier than her other books but just as sweet. Alec and Cordelia has an off the charts chemistry together. There are a lot of sweet and tender moments along with a few angsty moments.

Alec and Cordelia are not looking for love - but it finds them in an unfortunate loss of Alec's friend/mentor and Cordelia's birthfather, Gordon. Agreeing to be friends only, Alec and Cordelia's bond with each other grows as they weather the challenges that Gordon's death has brought about. Alec and Cordelia find that they are each happier when they are together. Bella Andre's writing is so vivid that I can see and smell the flowers in Cordelia's garden. A sweet story about love and forgiveness.

"You Do Something to Me" is written by Bella Andre, and it is the 3rd book in the New York Sullivans. It can be read as a stand-alone book. It features Alec Sullivan and Cordelia Langley.

Alec owns a successful private aviation business, but when his business partner, Gordon, dies, his life takes an unexpected turn. He thought Gordon would leave him his half of the company, but Gordon has it given to his long-lost daughter, Cordelia.

Cordelia doesn't expect any of this nor does she wants to have anything to do with the business. She honestly just wants to give it to Alec. And while Alec can offer her a deal, he doesn't. He wants to hold off for a little bit because there's just something about Cordelia that he's attracted to.

Alec and Cordelia have a beautiful relationship. They might have only known each other a short time, but when you know, you just know. Alec was Cordelia's rock when she went to Gordon's funeral. And she supported him as well.

Much like Bella's other books in this series, "You Do Something to Me" was a beautiful story! It will tug at your heartstrings!

This is another book in the New York Sullivan series. This is a beautiful and emotional story full of love, romance and like all other Sullivan books family. Alec and Cordelia were amazingly well developed characters that you couldn’t help but fall in with. I very much recommend this book!
