The Shopping Swap

This book has given me dark circles under my eyes... I enjoyed the characters so much it was one more page all night until I finished....truth be told nice sweet romance not a explicit one. I am 58 I know things I don't need a picture painted.

This is a light-hearted read that I really enjoyed. It is in the same vein of a Sophie Kinsella or Madeline Wickham. It is enjoyable, and a quick read. I wish it were longer, although I can easily see how a sequel could come about. From the beginning the story draws you in thanks to a cute scene with "Alice." I'll definitely look for more books by Erin Brady, and maybe even a sequel to this one? This is a perfect weekend read when you want a good chick-lit book.

I had been having one of those overcast, feeling low kind of days. I hadn't read a book on my kindle in almost two months (unheard of for me), but it seemed that every time I went to my Kindle Books App all I could find were the typical formula romances, books that are series types and knock off types of 50 shades or vampire stories. I really like to read good creative and entertaining stories. This book nailed it and I would recommend it to anyone who could see herself as this main character. A nice gal trying to help others, be a good person and have a little fun!!! Once I started I didn't stop until I finished. Definitely going to look for more books by this author.
