It was time to see someone effect Simon,. Dannika Dark knows her characters, they are well-developed and pull you into their lives. These characters feel like family I am very drawn to read these books from beginning to end. So worth your time!
Fire and Ice Trilogy Book 2) - Raised in Fire (DDVN World :: The Mageri Series Boxed Set (Books 1-3) :: Three Hours (Seven Series Book 5) :: Twist (Mageri Series Book 2) :: Blackout: Crossbreed Series, Book 5

Another excellent addition to the Mageri series. Simon has always been on of my favorite characters and Dark did not disappoint in his (first? Hopefully more!) book. Some of the best one-liners and zingers, as fans would expect and some insight as to Simon's backstory and why he keeps himself apart from the people who love him so much. Plenty of flaws to make him lovable, and many traits that make him a strong, solid protagonist. Great job, although I recommend readers read the Mageri series first, or many of the references will be lost and spoilers uncovered.

Finally we get a look at Simon. The mageri world is fullbof surprises and fun. I was sad when silver's story was over because you get attached to the characters. They are so real. They have their faults and their pasts. And that makes them people you can relate to. You struggle when they do, feel joy and fear and anger with them. Dannika Dark is an amazing writter

this was the perfect addition to the best series iv'e read in ages. Simon is such a fastinating character who needed to find someone as interesting and challenging as he is. I loved the fact that Ella became such an independent and accomplished woman while learning to adjust to life after becoming deaf. Their respect for each other along with the humor is a great badis for a deeper relationship. Loved this book!!

We learn more about Simon's background and his substance as a character. I found it exciting to see important issues like physical disability, abuse, and mental health addressed with honesty, respect, AND in the context of entertainment.I look forward to experiencing more in the world of the Mageri.

Another great book from Dannika. I've read all of her books, which I love. Simon's story was another great read. I really like that there's a love story there without it becoming overly sappy or having Simon's character doing a 180 degree spin. Really anxious for more books from Dannika.

Oh she does it again! Love these books. The Mageri series by far a huge favorite of mine. Just in the first few pages she had me laughing and crying. Don't start here start with Sterling the first book of the Mageri series, you'll get way more out of this book if you do. Love, love this book. Can't wait for more. I could read about these characters forever!

The Mageri series by Danica Dark is among my favorite books. And Simon has been that sexy, smart mouthed character that the reader loves but he is also the comedian that no one takes seriously. Risk is Simon's story. And Ella's story. It's a story about isolation and connection. About brokenness and healing. I loved this story! One of Dannika Dark's finest!

I loved everything about this book, but then again I love everything Dannika writes. I recommend this book to anyone with good taste. Just make sure to read all of the Mageri books first. I can only pray this isn't the last I read of Simon and Ella.

Good story line but expect more physical connection between characters. NOTE to Kindle: Can't believe I'm forced to write a review of a minimum amount if words just to get back to my library. Pretty much hijacking my library and forcing your will on me. Knock it off!

This has been an amazing series. I love that these books go on and on and talk about other people in the same series. I can't get enough of these and I hope that there are going to be more keep them coming and keep us happy.

Another great story by Dannika! Simons book is my favorite because he's a complex character with a great sense of humor. It has a little bit of everything from action, heartaches, bad guys, and love! I laughed, cried, and couldn't seem to put this book down!
