Brad Thor weaves a great book based on real world threats to our country. Read his book and read current news and compare. It scares me to death that we are so much relying on technology.. Will you be able to access prescriptions, you money in the bank? Read this book.

The main character, Scot Harvath, is believable as a highly skilled Black Ops agent who risks his life on almost an hourly basis to protect the United States and its allies from potentially catastrophic terrorist activities. The potential threats by terrorists that Scot and his associates combat require Scot to use the most current technology in weapons and surveillance. This book is a fast-paced and informative read.

OMGosh! This book was EPIC! Everything Brad describes in the story here I've been thinking for years! The perfect terrorist plan...he makes it terrifying. He doesn't hold anything back either which makes it even better. The one chapter where the young female reporter interviews the (George Soros) guy...wow! Thank you for not holding back anything in that chapter. America needs someone to speak the truth like Brad has and he's got the gonads to do it. Libtards and progressives need to wake up and listen! This book is happening now and America needs to wake up. Harvath in this book is relentless and takes it too the progressives in top gear the whole way through. Brad brings back The Troll too which is great! I have my copy of Black List and can't wait to see how Brad weaves Full Black's story into it.

Thor continues to improve. This book builds nicely on his previous Harvath adventures. I also liked his including a very good polemical discussion between the arch villain and a reporter. And as always, the bad guys pay for their sins.

I cranked through the entire series in 2010 and was looking forward to this release. Like Bourne, Mitch Rapp, Deep Black and the Covert One series, Scot Harvath get's it done. I like the pace of these books, the action, the suspense and thrills. Is the book perfect? No, there were minor details that I scratched my head on, and thought the plot could have tied up better, but that's not the purpose of the book. The text engaged me, it's a page turner, and I enjoy the Scot Harvath character, his crusade, the team, and I look rooting for him to win.

Scot Harvath, Navy SEAL, turned Secret Service Agent, turned secret squirrel, turned private sector secret squirrle with a govt contract, is back, and continues to kick ass and take names. I can officially say I have now read all the books in order, from Lions of Lucerne to the most recent Act of War. These books are real page turners. If you like action adventure thrillers, look no further than Brad Thor. There are plenty of interesting plot twists, and never really any boring parts to speak of. The action is fast enough to not want to put the book down, yet believable enough that it makes you think, "this could really happen." Brad Thor does his research, and it really shows in his writing. My only complaint is that there is a lot of repetitiveness in explaining some background stuff in relation to who Scot Harvath and where/how he came to be where he is at in the current book. The one benifit to this is you don't necessaruly have to read them in order, although they will make a lot more sense if you do.
In closing start by picking up Lions of Lucerne and continue on, Full Black is the third to last book in the Scot Harvath series, and there are 12 books so far. I'm looking forward to the next installment "Code of Conduct" can't wait!

Thor continues to entertain me and I have hopes that his work will continue to maintain this intensity. Each successive book picks up where the other ended so you feel like the story is uninterrupted.

This book not only gives the reader a vicarious look at the exciting world of special forces, but the author offers some very valuable insights into what is actually happening in the political and social world we ourselves live in. Interesting to see how his political views compare with my own.

I believe many of the things he writes about could/are actually happening. The equipment, intrigues, plots, etc. He is in the league of intensity with James Patterson. I accidentally discovered him when someone left one of his paperback books behind and I picked it up. This is my third Brad Thor book and I have another waiting for me on my Kindle.

For the most part his books are good. However he repeats himself way too much in all of his books. And his minute descriptions of things gets annoying but overall it's a good book, one of his better books.

Brad Thor's latest installment in the Scot Harvath series deliveres everything his fans have come to expect and more. Lots of loose ends in the web of intrigue are tied together as new webs are spun. Of course Thor pulls you into exciting and exotic locations as you follow Harvath through his quest for answers to a complicated and devious plot to bring terror and carnage to American soil. Somehow, the terrorists are staying a step ahead of Harvath's team and they are paying a heavy price for it. The only solution is for Scot to go full black.
At the same time, an attempt is made on the life of a well known Hollywood producer by an elite foreign hit squad. Luckily, having the right friend in the right place at the right time foils the attempt. But why would anyone go to such measures to quiet such a famous person? Until the answers can be found, the only solution is for the producer and his savior to also go full black.
As the description says, this is the darkest and most intriguing installent yet and it does not disappoint. It is full of action, suspense, and little known facts that make you feel like you are privy to a hoard of top secret documents. All this is woven into an adventure ride that leaves you wondering when the ride stops and tomorrows headlines will begin.

Brad Thor writes compelling and exciting novels. He builds current events and people into his characters, i.e. Standing=George Soros. Well researched as to people and places. If he was not in " black ops " himself, he has contributors who have.

Another great story that I found difficult to put down. Brad has a way with real world events that captivate the reader...fantastic read! Already looking forward to the next novel. Would love to see Harvath and Rapp team up in a book, but I guess that would take efforts from Thor and Flynn.

Having read all the books by Thor on Scott Harvath just makes you appreciate the character that Scott is.
From the beginning he has been an American hero that gave it all, rewarded at times, hunted during others Scott Harvath returns with a vengeance and he is going to take matters into his own hands, all else be dammed; Scott knows that something really bad is up and will not rest until he figures it out and prevents another attempt to bring down democracy and freedom in the world
Great book Brad, looking forward to your next
PS Thanks for your work in helping US take down the bad guys.

Taut, fast-paced thriller. Intriguing concepts of corporate greed run amok with government entanglements, military corruption and hi-tech sabotage. Interrogation scenes are not for the faint of heart. Great book. I will definitely continue reading more novels from Brad Thor.

I really like the Harvath character and his personal journey. His new buddy the "Troll" is also a fun character. I like their teamwork. This was a good page turner with a big surprise ending, that really caught me off guard. Good work Brad Thor!

Brad Thor is amazing. He just keeps churning out suspensful page turning novels about the escapades of Scott Harvath, a real American aniti-political hero. You will stand up and cheer after the last page.

Brad Thor hits the mark with Scott Horvath as the hero and his more than capable backup teams. Many Clancy-like techno glimpses into what our modern day warriors have in their arsenals. The capabilities and planning utilized by our enemies come into sharp and frightening focus. One of those books you just can't put down. Highly recomended!

This book is very frustrating. Great action and plot, but you need to get around the right wing rants (which I was willing to do) but there were so many of them it spoiled the read. Skip to "Black List", a much better book.
