An Interactive Workbook for Individual or Small-Group Study

We absolutely love this workbook. It has been very challenging (in a good way) and has brought lots of deep discussion within our small group. We do this study along with the DVD's, and it's been great. The way that Francis Chan writes/speaks is very conversational. It doesn't seem like he's trying to make anyone feel bad about where they are in life, but he brings a lot to the table when it comes to things to think about. Highly recommend this study for anyone in their journey.

Francis Chan is a wonderful writer. He has a heart for God and 'Crazy Love' really helps you visualize our Creator in all His power and majesty. The God of everything, from the vast universe to the smallest particle, loves me.....very thought provoking, humbling and fills you with gratitude! Second time through and appreciating it even more.

This workbook may help you identify were you may need to make changes, but it does not help define the steps needed to make the change to maintain a healthy spiritual growth pattern. There are too many theories that promote unwise and unhealthy dynamics in the Christian religion. One Life Live and the books that they promote have spiritual healthy dynamics. Learning to live by the Holy Spirit is a very sensitive matter not to be jump into without knowing the characteristics of God and the principles he has mandated in the Bible. God looks at the heart and motives of others before engaging in relationship.

Great book for Christians who feel like they are living in circles. This book will truly challenge the way we live for Christ. Since I have read this book, I can tell that I am moving forward in ministry, being more loving and faithful, trusting God more and more. This is an amazing book for bible study group.
This book will help you see areas in your life where you have become lukewarm and you have not even noticed, yet.
Francis Chan does a great job helping you getting closer to God, no matter how far in the walk you are in.

Crazy Love is an amazing book to increase your faith, and your love for God. Francis Chan does a wonderful job challenging you and holding you accountable for the real reasons you are here on the earth. To love God with all your heart and to lead others to Christ. He def. does not sugar coat Christianity but he communicates the joy that you can have if you live fully for Christ

I was so looking forward to truly getting more of an understanding of God's love for us - that love we can only somewhat understand (as human's don't offer it), but after multiple chapters, I really just feel more "scolded" than enlightened. Heck.....feeling scolded and guilty doesn't require a book purchase! I'll keep reading but am disappointed as I wanted to use the book and companion study guide for a beginning Bible study.

I've not given up on it completely, just hoping for more understanding by now - not to feel worse than usual (even though it's not about human feelings but the sacrifice Jesus made for us).

The workbook is a wonderful and organized way to journal what you've read in the book. The questions help you dig deeper into the meaning of each chapter and help you really dig deep inside and have better times with God through study, prayer and praise. I highly recommend you get it to go along with the book.

This book is amazing. Every one should read this. Chan really gets inside of you and pulls out what's been buried by our flesh. The chapters one by one open your eyes to who God really is.
Also would recommend "crazy love," the book by Chan. A must read!!!
