This book, Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life, is truly inspiring. Jeremy's hard work and determination resulted in a powerful and outspoken book. Jeremy and his friend Lizzy, are on a quest to find the keys to his father's box. Mr. Fink died when Jeremy was a little boy but he wanted his lawyer to give this box to Jeremy on his thirteenth birthday. Unfortunately he lost the keys. This beautiful box was handcrafted by Mr. Fink so Jeremy does not want to break it open. Jeremy travels around the city searching for they keys. This book is very intriguing and is a real page turner. This fictional book really shows people that anything can happen at anytime unexpectedly. I would highly recommend this book to all of my friends.

It's a mystery with humor and practical kid stuff happens. The writer did a great job describing the characters and their personalities.
Excellent book I would reccomend to all middle school aged kids to read.

This book was fantastic! i LOVED EVERY LITTLE BIT OF IT. it was a book for laughs thinking, and just plain old entertainment. Perfect for all ages, boy or girl, and all you teachers out there: here's an idea. Try this book for a read aloud your students want to read. Trust me, I'm a student myself.

My 12-year old son came downstairs the other night and said that he couldn't sleep because he just read this amazing book and it made him think about things he'd never thought of and it was really funny. My 13-year old daughter read it the next day, stopping only for lunch and dinner, and now they're fighting over who gets to re-read it next. I never thought I'd see the day when my kids argued over who gets to read a book. A huge thank you to the author for this!!

Honestly, when starting this book I had hoped for an interesting read, but instead I struggled to finish. It was really hard to actually go through the entire book because the writer did not make me want to continue. But because I refuse to ever not finish a book, I got through it. Of course, the ending had a lot to say and there were a lot of great points the author made. It's the way that she included them in the text that made it hard to follow. Okay plot, but not a reread.
