Faith Hunter has done it again! Her continued saga of The Jane Yellowrock series is fantastic! It has exciting paranormal characters with alot of action & without any extreme sex scenes. I'm a big fan of her stoies.

I love the new characters that are introduced in this stage of Jane's life. SPOILER ALERT! The betrayal she experiences near the beginning with Leo leaves me a kind of bittersweet feeling because the method of getting the bond done is questionable but brings Jane and Leo closer YES!!!!!! I really hope they get together in the next book. My one is complaint is due to the different elements that are brought in the ending comes way too fast. I wished I had a few extra chapters at least. Lastly the Bruiser fling is never gonna happen.

This series keeps getting stronger and stronger! Jane's character continues to develop as she looks to the past to try to determine her future. The men in her life continue to intrigue her, confuse her and frustrate her! The supporting characters continue to evolve in their relationships with Jane and each other...and there is a traitor. New foes appear, an illness is spreading among the vamps, new allies are found and there is still the mysterious pocket watch to consider. What is Jane in the middle of now?
This is one of the strongest of the series! Great plot and subplots. Well written and well done!
I can't wait for the next book!

This is really an interesting chapter in Jane's adventures. One that takes you where you just never thought to see Jane go. I was totally engrossed in this book. So many changes that Jane is dealing with after the last book. Losing her closest friends, and lover she almost seems directionless.

Jane is as kick ass as ever and faces down a vampire in a one-on-one duel that was amazing! Loved what Beast was able to accomplish. Not thrilled with the ending but realize it is a setup for the next book and it has made me very impatient for it! It will be long wait.

The latest installment in the continuing saga of vampire hunter Jane Yellowrock is a top notch read. This latest book brings Jane actual answers to the why of her Skinwalker aloneness. Though there is zero resolution to the matter of the affairs of her heart. Non stop action and fast paced writing make this a quick read. Run don't walk to your bookstore and buy this book.

Vampires and werewolves ect. Is not what I usually read but I really loved these books. It's a great story line with strong, well defined characters. Jane is a very strong female.... tough yet soft hearted. I also really like her take on the vampires and their life style, how they do things and vampire politics. There is much detail here that I never really gave much thought too. Instead of being dark and gory as you might expect a book about a rogue vampire killer to be it's funny. Jane's internal dialog and her snide sense of humor had me laughing. I would recommend these to anyone from 16 to 90.

Loved it! Fast paced, great new characters and Beast! The great thing is the series is mutating and growing...the books are not just Jane in another situation with the same skills, the same reactions and the same supporting characters as many series tend to be. Bestbestbest book of the series so far and highly recommended!

I just absolutely love this series. My only complaint is that the books don't come out soon enough to fill my addiction to them, but I know writing is hard work and would rather wait a little longer for the quality of writing and story as is evidenced in this series. I feel like I have forgotten too much since I read the previous books that I just might have to go back and re-read them to make sure I'm not missing anything. I thrive on the complexity of this book which is the same throughtout the series. The exploration of Jane's memories is beautifully and elegantly rendered. I thoroughly relish the vampire, skinwalker, and love stories all artfully covered in this book; each of these story aspects are good enough to stand on their own, but the interweaving of them just makes for a fantastic book.

All I can say is that Jane has too many men/choices in her life -- you go girl!

Better than ever. Beast is evolving, as is Jane, as are all the vamps, as is Ricky Bo.... This book moved well, kept driving forward, involved everyone, and let us know that Jane is not human at all....but 'way different and in a much more involved relationship with Beast than we ever knew. Very satisfying.

I loved this latest book in the Jane Yellowrock 'verse. Both Jane and Beast are outstanding characters, with Beast having a very unique, believable personality. This book grabs you from the start and doesn't let you go until you finish it. The ending totally blew me away. Read it and find out for yourself. I know I'll be reading it again!

Unlike some writers of genre fiction Faith Hunter hasn't allowed the series to wallow in the romances of the previous books. Jane Yellowrock must face a new threat both to the MOC and separately to her. A nice adventure with a little romance thrown in.

Bought it, read it, really liked it - actually it was a story that once I started it, I couldn't put it down. I really like the way the characters have developed. I'm not big on vampire/werewolf stories, but I make an exception for this series!
