What an amazing breath of work. I have been furiously reading this book and devouring every ball move Miller has given. The difference it makes in my body when I work out and sleep is huge. A must study for not only people with chronic pain, but folks who believe that they can take some aspects of their health into their own hands ---and it works!!

I appreciate the step by step photos that take me through each sequence/routine so that I can be confident I am rolling out the "right" spots. I took this on a plane for a trip across country and devoured it! It actually started a conversation with my seat mate and we ended up trying a sequence b/c I had a pair of the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls on hand. Thank you!

Great hands on tool to help you understand your body's blind spots and also discover why some parts of your body are hurting. This book is a very easy read and has a great pictures that guides you on how to perform your self discovery of your inner GPS!!! How awesome is that! There are many personal self healing stories that will inspire you or someone you know.

Christmas has come early in my house - I finally received my copy of The Roll Model by Jill Miller. First off, I LOVE that it is a paperback book with a cover flap that doubles as a bookmark... then to the heart of the book... and it is clearly written with heart, soul and intellect. The stories of success and self-care are so inspiring. The instructions and photos are clear and easily readable. EVERYONE can benefit from the work Jill has put forth.

I'd been suffering from tension headaches that started during my last semester of my doctoral program that just wouldn't let up. After just a few sessions with the YTU balls I found the muscle spasms start to subside and the pain became more manageable. Highly recommend this for the tension but also as a complement to yoga practice!

Quite good examples of using the balls for myofascial and trigger points therapy. Till now i didn't try the oryginal YTU balls because they are not easy to get in europe and a little too expensive. But the book i rate ok

Jill Miller has taken decades of experience working with athletes, yogis and office-workers and distilled it into this hefty book about how to get out of pain and feel better in your body. Each technique is accompanied by a generous series of photographs and anatomical illustrations. If someone can't get to Yoga Tune Up® classes, which are also highly recommended and which got rid of my sciatica, this book is the next best thing and a great at home reference.

I learned about Yoga Tune-up in my yoga classes. This book, written by Jill Miller, the founder of Yoga Tune-Up, is very detailed and therefore enabling the reader to use the various-sized Yoga Tune-Up balls to ease tension, relax sore tired tight muscles, and undo tight fascia throughout the body. It's a wonderful guide. One can order the Yoga Tune-Up balls at the website as well as get useful for general information. The book is well worth the investment.

Jill has done an outstanding job making the inner workings of the human body more accessible to the public. The book is written in an easy to understand manner with lots of great pictures and illustrations to guide the reader towards taking charge of their own health. It is the right and responsibility of every human to have a basic understanding of how the body works and how you can take a crack at relieving common orthopedic pain and dysfunction without having to see a medical doctor, physical therapist or chiropractor first. The testimonials are inspirational and while not everyone will respond the same, it gives you some insight into how amazing the human body is if it is given the proper environment to heal. Keep up the great work!
