Review:I simply find it amazing that such a poor book (booklet) would get such a number of higher star rating! Friends or fans of the author? Or simply that many ignorant people?
Not only is there nothing new here, but much of it has been disproved or shown to have minimal improvement value! And how about addressing the fact that people shouldn't assume a higher BP level or that they will get high BP one day? Many people have low BP in general (like my adult niece) or due to changes later in lif... Read more

Review:It is difficult to write a poor review about a book which hits home to so many. These Christian women mean well and the topic needs to be addressed in today's "busy and fulfilled" culture. YET, the writing is poor quality. Where was the editor? Just because you love Jesus, and have a message to share, should not be an invitation to ramble on and on. Truly, the idea of "showing up, offering compassion without advise or sage words" is a noble thought. BUT, as believers we should demand quali... Read more
Review:He may be a fine writer , but the way he described going Into open heart surgery did not ring true. I lived thru a life or death surgery, and believe me, there was no dreaming under anesthesia. Further, the Ellegy about our lost common ancestors was heartfelt, but seemed meaningless in light of the "self" that takes over in a situation like this. He makes his survival a homage to our dead relatives, instead of to his doctors. Please dr. Wiesel, give science it's due. Read more
Review:"Infection:A Pandemic Survival Novel" was a fantastic book to read !! The characters are truly believable "real" people, with thoughts and emotions that fit within the extraordinary story line. I enjoyed it tremendously, and am seriously looking forward to the next book in this series, "Isolation," due out in 2017. Read more

The program is based on studies conducted by some of the most respected medical research institutions in the country, including Johns Hopkins University and Duke University Medical Center. The DASH diet effectively lowers sodium, making hearts healthier and lowering high blood pressure, but also takes into consideration the amount of sodium the diet... Read more
