Caroline gets an invitation to attend this exclusive party. She insist that her best friend Ellie go with her. Ellie really didn't want to go but Caroline kept pushing it so Ellie goes with her to the party.

They get flown to the yacht where they notice lots of people mulling around. When they finally get upstairs for the cocktail party they meet
some interesting people. Finally when things calm down the hostess tells the women some will stay and some will leave. She proceeds to telling the women about the auction and gave them the option of leaving or stay and sign the contract. Caroline decides she wasn't going to stay but was surprised that Ellie was going to stay.

The women were told that whatever the bid is that they will receive the amount. But,the catch was that they would have to spend the night with their bidder to do exactly what they want. When Ellie steps on the stage the bidding heats up fast. The two men she met earlier are bidding on her plus an anonymous bidder who is going through a proxy. The final bid was placed at 250,000.00 but Ellie by the anonymous bidder. When she is approached by the hostess she tells Ellie that Mr.Black was her highest bidder.

Mr Black was the man whose yacht they were on for the party/auction. She is taken to a room where she is undressed and given a shear robe. then hostess then shackles her to the bed.

Book 2

Ellie's back in New York and she still hasn't heard from Mr. Black.
Meanwhile Mr. Black is back in town when he meets his friend
who is the most prominent dominatrix. They play sometimes together and she submits to him when they play. He goes to his house with her
but when it gets time to play all he can think about is Ellie.

Mr. Black finally calls Ellie and ask if she would spend a week with him
So she tells him since he paid at the Auction 250,000.00 for the night
she wanted 500,000.00 for the week. But, she would really do it for free but he told her she would have to drop everything she was doing to meet him.

Meanwhile Ellie's boss was getting on her nerves and had the audacity
to tell her that she was not up to snuff. But, since Ellie had money in the bank she quits. In the first book you learn about her friend Tom which she secretly had a long term crush on but he got engaged.
But,since Ellie met Mr. Black she realizes that she is no longer care about him.

When Mr. Black calls her again she is out with her friend at a bar.
He tells her where to meet him she goes there and he takes her into
a private club. When she sees what kind of club it is she freaks out runs out and gets a taxi home.

Mr. Black keeps trying to get Ellie by phone so he could apologize
but she would not pickup the phone. Finally Ellie talks to him
and he "Aiden" told her he wants to date Ellie without being Mr.Black the Dominant.

They meet and talk about their lives Ellie finds out that he had been married before when he was young. She told him that she didn't have much to tell. They get to know each other Ellie seems to be falling hard for Mr. Black.

Aiden takes Ellie on a date and who shows up his ex wife giving him a sad story with a lot of drama. Ellie starts to leave Aiden grabs her and tell her he would get rid of the ex. They go to Aiden's home and Ellie was amazed they go into the bedroom where Aiden put up a hanging sex chair. She knew the last time he did not have it there.

Ellie gets a package from "Aiden" which he invites her to the yacht for another party. But, there is a little tongue in cheek when the invitation shows up in a the store box. This time her friend Christine begs to go even though she knows that the party is also an auction

I fell in love with this story. I expected something much more dark. While it was hot and steamy, I never expected sweet along with it. This was a well executed book. I know some readers were disappointed in the length, mainly because the kindle says it will take many hours, but it's noted at the beginning of the book that the author has added bonus stories. And I actually liked the bonus books as much as this one. It's hard to write a review without spoilers, but I will try. Caroline is a happy go lucky college girl. She has heard about this big super secret party and manages to get an invitation for her and her best friend Ellie. Ellie is reserved and level headed, never making rash decisions. When they realize there's going to be an auction for the ladies to rich guys, Caroline backs out while Ellie decides to take the plunge. Who would've thought? After all, she has college loans to pay off because she refuses to let her rich parents pay them. The bidding for her goes for $250,000! The mysterious bidder happens to be really rich and really hot! There's not much of a description of his face but his body sounds really hot. I feel like the author lets us form our own idea of his face. He is charming, even if he is a little on the arrogant side. I wasn't sure what to expect but he really treats Ellie with respect. I know some reviewers said it leaves you hanging. I didn't feel that way. There is a sweet ending that also leaves some anticipation for the next date, which I'm sure will be part of book two. This is a nice taste of the story and just enough to see if you will like it. It is worth the price. As for what goes on during Mr. Black and Ellie's night, I'll leave that up to you to read and find out.

Ellie is a college graduate who is struggling to pay off her school loans. She has dreams but is scared to take too many chances. She has always been the good cautious girl. That ia until her friend talked her into going to this legendary party on a yacht. Ellie didn't want to go but her friend pressured her into is. Aboard the yacht are lots of gorgeous people, some of them are very rich. After a cocktail party, Ellie and her friend are given a strange opportunity. The next part of the party is an auction and if they stay, they will be auctioned off to the wealthy gentlemen for the night. His money will give him a night where he will do anything he wants to her and she would keep the money. Ellie's friend decides that it is too much for her and leaves but Ellie stays hoping to get money to help pay her school debt.
At the auction, Ellie is bid on by several men but the winning bid came from Mr. Black who bid a quarter of a million dollars. Ellie is thrilled and nervous. She will be able to pay off her debt and have a lot of money left over but this night is so different than anything she has ever done before. Mr. Black expects her to follow his every order but Ellie has problems doing that. Mr. Black introduces her to a different type of love making and she discovers that it makes her hot.
This is a good but with some hot scenes. I voluntarily received a copy of this story and this is my honest review.

Ellie is coerced into joining her friend Caroline onto a yacht for an exclusive party. Upon arrival, she is given a dress to wear and proceeds to mingle. Not as comfortable with her surroundings as her friend, she is surprised when Caroline layer declines to continue the festivities (a.k.a. the auction) and goes home. Ellie, with student loans on her mind, decides to stay and see what might happen. Besides, while nerve-wracking it's strangely exciting to be 'won' by someone for the night; even more so when it turns out the mysterious host Mr. Black is the highest bid.

Go girl! I love that being herself made her so much more appealing than putting on an act. Can't wait to read more about these two.

Ellue, Ellie , Ellie. The author makes her out to be a very shy ??young woman. Then she flips and does what she wants without asking when she is with Mr. Black. This was not authentic for the character. Ellie flip flops between being shy?? and bold.??
Mr Black???✋ starts out being very Alpha, then that facade starts to slip away. He told Ellie?? to call him SIR, then he let her slide out of that pretty quickly. He said he was going to punish✋✋ her, then instead, he makes her feel good. In short, the author kind of lost her way along the way!
I liked the build up to the auction, and the build up to Ellie's time with Mr. Black. But I was let down some by the tameness of their promised encounter.
It short, Mr Black???✋ was all talk and not much naaasssty?? bad boy action!
This book is a short introduction into the world of the Billionaire Boy's Club. It's essentially a cliffhanger.....

Good News: this is a short read Bad News: there's a clliffie!!!

More Good News: I don't mind, in fact I am thrilled there is more to come in this very engaging story.

This is a story about a woman who has high ideals and aspirations but is in a rut. She refuses help and "settles" for what is known and comfortable. Luckily she has a daring roomie who makes sure she gets out of the rut. They take a chance and step outside their comfort zones to attend a very exclusive party...and the next thing you know is all bets are off, or should I say on!!!

You think you know what is going on and where the story is headed but the author has other ideas...so much better. Take a chance and enjoy the results. RIght now I am on my way to grab Book 2 in this series.

I received an Advanced Copy for my honest opinion. WOW!!!!! THIS BOOK HELD MY ATTENTION TO THE VERY LAST PAGE. IT WAS THAT GOOD. Aiden "AKA. M.R Black" is for better or worse terms a hit it and quit it man. Aiden hostess an exclusive party to a very select few. Enter Ellie. Ellie's friend receives an invitation to go to said party and convinces Ellie to go with her, mind you neither knows what this party is about. When they arrive it quickly becomes apparent, it is an auction! Of what you may say? One night with you, anything goes and the winning bid for you "What" you get to keep the money. M.R Black bids on Ellie he is drawn to her and drops an extravagant amount of money to have her. What happens when passion overrides thought? AN EARTH SHATTERING ORGASM! And feelings, that maybe one night is not enough. Charlotte Byrd left us with a HEA but guessing to see how their story will enfold in book 3. Can not wait to find out.

Ellie didn't relaize that when she said to joining her best friend on a "yacht" party that her life was about to change and possibly in a good way.

When she arrives it's not what she expected and decides to stay and give it a try, because who wouldn't want to pass up,on paying off a huge debt. Hoping that the two people she knows would bet on her things would be ok, but it doesn't happens that way and she goes to the highest bidder.

Aiden knew from the moment he saw Ellie that he had to have her in every way, not thinking that she would change his life for the better.

This story lures you in right from the beginning and keeps you sucked in until the end and I cannot wait to continue this journey.

Loved it and looking forward to reading the next book when it comes out.

But this party isn't what they were thinking it would be. Both girls are offered a chance to stay for the after party and possibly make some money. Can either girl do this? Well, pick this one up for a good read and find out all the juicy details. Be warned this is a series book. It does leave you with a cliff hanger. Book two is out now and book three is suppose to be coming out soon also. This series is a winner..

Her winning bidder, Mr. Black, is somewhat of a mystery, but the connection is hot, and the sex hotter!! No spoilers, but it is certainly something you would dream about!!

Charlotte Byrd has given us characters we want to know more about. They are real, caring flawed & perfect at the same time. Mr. Black encourages Ellie to persue her dream, and Ellie gets him to open his heart. Charlotte Byrd has hit the mark with Auctioned to Him. You definitely want to read this book!!

Ellie comes into contact with Mr Black he makes Ellie feel & act in a whole new way. Can Mr Black feel something as well?
We have to wait for part 2 to find out.

I always have a hard time reviewing/rating stories that are followed by many more short stories. What exactly am I supposed to review?!?
I did remember liking "Auctioned to Him" enough that I immediately wanted to read the second book in the series. Plus it ended with a cliffhanger!
After much coersion Ellie accompanies her friend to an exclusive and mysterious party aboard a yacht. After spending some time aboard they find out that if they so desire they stay on the yacht and they will be auctioned off to the highest bidder for a night with no rules. Ellie decides to stay, her friend does not. Won't be hard to pay off her student loans as Mr. Black, the party host and yacht owner places a high bid of $250k! Great sex scenes however Ellie and Mr. Black are a bit all over the place with their emotions.

"Auctioned to Him" is just what it says, Ellie goes with her best friend to a luxury ship in the ocean to be auctioned to the highest bidder for the night. Needing the money, Ellie stays and is auctioned off while her best friend decides she cannot go through with it. Meet Mr. Black. The book is short, the pace is quick, with Ellie and Mr. Black getting a HFN ending. The blurb tells you what you are getting from the beginning, but the story was a bit of a disappointment for me. Reading the next book, I hope to see tiny details and more of a connection between Ellie and Mr. Black. I would like to thank the author for gifting me "Auctioned to Him". My opinion is my own. This is mine 3.25 stars.

When I read “No Cliffhanger" I assume the story concludes at the end of the book. Not in this case which doesn't make me happy. I would give it less stars just because of that however, it is a really good, well written, interesting story. Thank goodness I am using KU or I would be totally offended/pissed off. On to book 2. :(

This was steamy with Aiden Black giving a special invite party on his yacht for the rich and powerful single females and males who are looking for fun and adventure. Ellie comes to this invite as a plus one of her friend Caroline who is a very promiscuous party girl from a very well off family. Ellie is trying to make ends meet with some help from her stepfather . Aiden notices Ellie when she arrives on the helicopter and he could immediately see that she was a fish out of the water and this peak his interest. Let the auction begin and the winner gets all of his sexual fantasies provided of course after paying the female for her time.

Very well written short story with a HFN ending. Elle is an interesting h who takes a chance on being auctioned to pay off college loans. In an odd turn of events, she catches the eye of Mr Black(Aiden) who is the sponsor of the whole event.

Too short of a story to say what really attracts him to her or how their relationship will perpetuate since it is told with Elle's POV only. Interested to see what transpires.

Like the other reviewers, I want more! "Auctioned to Him" ends at about 10% of this book, which was really disappointing. I got hooked into the story and enjoyed everything about it, then found that the bottom dropped out when it ended suddenly. Author, please continue! I'd like to read more about all the other billionaires, both those who run the auctions as well as those who bid. I highly recommend this story, despite its short length.

Wow, this book was intense!! When Ellie is practically forced to join a secret party with her friend she got more than she bargained for!! They were in for a surprise of their life, being auctioned to the highest bidder! Ellie being the one always to play it safe wants to stay, but her friends leaves and that's where the real fun begins!! This book was absolutely amazing!! The chemistry between the characters were phenomenal!! And I can't wait to read book 2!! Charlotte Byrd your sensational!!!

I loved, loved this book so much. What started out as Ellie helping her friend by attending a party on a luxurious Yacht, turned out to be so much more. The characters were captivating and engaged me from the first page. Although this was a relatively short story it was so good. Mr. Black was so sexy and brought out things in Ellie that she could not believe. The ending leaves you wanting more and I can’t wait to read the bonus book. Great job and I am now a big fan of Charlotte Byrd. Keep writing and I’ll keep reading.

Normally I hate cliffhangers but I was thrilled to see that this story wasn't over. I especially like how the author titled each chapter. I really like Ellie, she's not a pushover and when she stopped the scene on the boat I was pleased that Mr. Black took it in his stride. There's so much potential to these characters that I'm hoping this author doesn't bog this story down in sex and really explores Aiden and Ellie. Five stars is a no brainer . I would also like to mention that I had a hard time getting into this book, but once I did the pages just flew past me.

After cocktail hour things change and the auction is revealed. Ellie decides to go for it and her roommate backs out. She is won by a Mr. Black and so the story begins of their encounter. An excellent read; can't wait for the next installment.

I have read quite a few auctioned romances but this one left me feeling blah.
The sex was tepid, usually some really good sex scenes can save a book for me, but this was lacking.
The premise was good and there was a little angst during the auction, but all the rest left me feeling like there should have been
more, something.....

I enjoyed this book immensely. My only regret is that I wanted more. More of the story of Mr. Black and Ellie, and more stories about "The Billionaires Club"

Aiden aka Mr Black is the rich Batchelor who’s yacht the auction is on. She bids on and wins Ellie for the night, but with a night Aiden becomes obsessed with Ellie.

Great storyline. Well written. Read it in one sitting. Kept my interest, did not want to put it down. Ellie is auctioned off to Mr Black to use however he chooses in sex for one night. He is very mysterious and confident in who he is as a man. She is terrified but does it anyway for Love he money which she needs because of her student loan debt. I loved Mr. Black. He and Ellie had great chemistry. Can't wait til part 2 comes out. Keep them coming Charlotte.

But as it got going and the characters of Mr. Black and Ellie met it got interesting and I enjoyed the interaction between them. This is my first book from this author but I have already started reading book 2 of the series and will review when I have finished.

This author gets better every time I read her series of books. I just love her style of writing. She made Aiden and Ellie's journey come alive. A very believable story too. The charismatic Aiden with his perfect Ellie. He wanted another week with her and who new her alpha billionaire loved to paint. I just loved this book. Please, pretty please write more amazing books Charlotte.

This is my first book by this author and I loved it. Great start to the book and stayed great throughout. I thought it had good and believable interactions and chemistry between the 2 characters. I liked her writing style- reminds me of E.L. James. Definitely reading book 2.

The author, Charlotte Byrd, takes us on a roller coaster ride of emotions as well as a ride of sensual and sexual enjoyment and abandon. this was my first tie reading this authurs work , and what a scorcher it is , the chemistry between the characters Ellie and Mr Black (Aiden) is good ,
it s steamy in places .I would recommend this book to other readers , cannot wait for book 3 , but hope it is a bit longer so we learn more about the couple.

I had trouble getting into Ellie character as she felt very immature to me but my guess is that was what the author had intended. Storyline was good if not original but enjoyed it. Tempo of writing was good, not a fan of cliffhangers but will also try #2 to see how story progress.

I really enjoyed Ellie and Mr. Black's story. What starts off as one thing, ends up as so much more for both of them.
Their characters are likeable and well written, the story line was developed and the chemistry between these two is undeniable.

God what a sexy book!!! The sexuality just gets more intense as the book goes along. It is definitely not a vulgar book. She takes a chance and he is there to listen and free her. I highly recommend this story.

This was my first book by Charlotte Byrd, but will not be the last. It is hot, well written and has believable characters. I liked that what startend after the auction as a master - servant - thing became something like friendship and maybe more.

This was so much better than I expected. Several unique scenes. The author managed to make Mr Black more than a rich playboy. Which could not have been easy given the storyline. I was impressed with the fact that an overused storyline was taken and made new. Yes, beyond hot sex but so much more.

I just finished reading this book. Love it!! It's about a girl who decides to auction herself off for one night and ends up making an impression on the man. She learns and gets a new concept about taking risks to succeed in life. The instant attraction towards each other is a plus.

Interesting concept for a great romance story. I loved the dynamic of shy, introverted girl with sexy, hot, successful billionaire who mentors her to try and get out of her fear of taking chances. Of course the excellent patient sex helps greatly. Would love to read a sequel.
