Every book I read is awesome! The author is great at keeping up the suspense. Wish would continue movies and advertise better this time. Everyone I advise to read these books loves them also. Keep up the great work!

Action-packed adventure with the surprising Mog character. The gift in this book is such a sudden twist, you'll be tearing through the book untill the very end. This was easily the best short-story book I have ever read so far. I am absolutely dying to find out what happens next....

I have to say, this novella quite blows away the others, as well as the full novels. A story from a Mogs point of view makes for an absolutely stunning story. While short, you will find it far more vivid and brilliant than any other I am number four book yet. This book definitely deserved five stars.

It really clicked in with the regular series to show you a point of view from a mog. I also really like how it mentioned Sam"s dad and how he was the only survivor of the greeters whoops, spoiler alert. Not a waste
of time and totally worth it.

What a great lead in to book 4. I have pretty much given up trying to have a life outside of these books. It should have been a little bit longer but I've said that about all of them. Can't wait for the next one.

I would have liked this book to be longer. Yet even though it is short it is great. There was amazing character development in Adam and how he interacted with One. I can't wait till the next book and hope to see Adam in it.

I enjoy all the books in the series, but I like this one the best. Completely unexpected to have a Mog fall in love with a memory. It raises more questions I would like to see answered. I really want to see more of Adam's story. Does he develop more legacies, since the one he was given had just started? Does he find the Garde without them killing him? Does he meet up with Sam and Malcolm again? I think, on his own, he did more damage than any one Garde. Destroying an entire complex has got to put him at the top of the Mog hate list. He certainly distracted them from the rest of the Garde at the other end of the base.

It doesn't` get to the subject of Sam for a while gives an interesting development for migrations traitor, Ivan. We also find out what happened to Sam's dad. If you've gotten attached to Ivan this is a must read.

I saw the movie and thought what a great story line, this has to have been from a book. I downloaded the series from the store and became engrossed. This came out today and I've read it in a couple of hours and can't wait until the next one! Hope you enjoy them as I have.

This book was a lot longer than the other lost files books, 14 chapters. It finally tells the story of Sam's dad and whether or not he is alive. I won't give away too much.

This book also mentions Adamus, the Mog turned good guy. I'm happy with the way it turned out.

I'm really looking forward to the next book and hope
Adam is given more time to shine.

I am getting tired of the series jumping around, never can figure out if I have read the book or not. Sometimes it seems as though things are coming together then it gets lost.
The individual books are good, but they don't get close in a way that makes me want to go on to the next one,

I really think that Pittacus Lore did a very nice job on this, and I really loved how he developed this character, from being a destined mogadorian ruler of Washington D.C. to basically a garde member that will reign for One, for love, and for the world he has come to know and love. He is a heroic character that knows that sacrifice is what is needed to attain a goal, and he did. He sacrificed himself because he knew what was needed to save the people he loves and the people he knows are doing the right thing. Most importantly, though, he is trying to live up to One's reputation. He won't let her memories die with her body. He is a hero.

Let me start by saying that I love this series and all things Lorien so I do look forward to reading these shorter works that fill in some of the gaps between and before the full length novels in the series. However, I feel a little bamboozled. For being such a short work, I feel that these are priced rather high especially since at this price i could read full length novels and about 10% of the content is a preview to the LAST full length novel. At least give us fans (because that's who's buying these shorter works) a preview of the upcoming novel! Also, the title made me think that this would be more about "searching for Sam" but instead it's a continuation of Adam the turned Mog's story. Although I enjoyed learning more about what happens to Adam, One and finally learning what happened to Sam's dad; I was really hopping for more. So if you, like me, love all things Lorien, your going to want to read this but...It will leave you hungry for more and maybe just a little irritated with this bite sized teaser. Just write the next novel already! Please!

Okay,so I enjoyed this book because the story is told in a different characters point of view and also the book starts where the previous book ended. And I thought there wasnt going to be a second one and therefore Adams story would end. I also thought that he died. But thankfully it continues in this book, and it doesnt disappoint. The first book ended with Adam left in the water to die in Kenya Africa. by hes family. Where he also failed to save number 3.
But as you read on, you learn how he survived and how he plans on helping one and he wants to go back home and gain hes familys trust. from there work on the inside to help the garde. Through out this story you really on his side and hope he gets things right and manage to find information so he can make a difference. He stumbles on where to find malcolm goode, and together they escape and the searche for Sam begins. Whats so exciting is that all these events lead to New Maxico where the rest of the garde are..
but this book also ends in suspense. and now I reaally cant wait for the next one, unless the next one and the fifth book of I am number4 are the same..
but 4 stars for this book because its a well written side story and gives so much more information on the events and Malcolm and Sam Goode. Hope the last books are even better..
If youve read the lost legacies then definately buy this one, it doesnt dissappoint..

Wow. Wow. This was so good and fascinating!! An inside look into the Mogadorian lives on Earth. I didn't even read the synopsis before I started this novella so I just figured it was JUST the search for Sam. It was so much more than that!! It was amazeballs! I skipped book #3 because it wasn't available from the e-library. I'm still waiting for it!

Although the beginning was a little slow, the pace picked up and the story built to an exciting and satisfying climax. I read the story out of sequence from others in the series, but was still able to enjoy the interplay between the characters and the conflict with the villainous aliens.

This book was great though at first I thought the title was a bit odd and maybe could have been better. As for this mini book, I believe it was one of the best if not the best. I can't wait for the next one!

This book is short, but it carries on from the Fallen Legacies. This book gives you a preview of what we can expect next. Read The Power of Nine first to understand the sequence of events. Can't wait for the next story!

This id part of a "side b" history, involving the Mogadorians point of view, it complements the original track and opens the history.
You read it very easily,so be careful not to hurry, because it won't last long.

I really enjoyed this book. If you have read the original "I Am Number Four" or liked the movie, you might want to read this and the other books by Pittacus Lore too. It fills in information about the series.
