Prime character Dakota finds herself experiencing the emotional growth at 26 that most girls experience ten years earlier. Novak gives us a touching story filled with her trials and tribulations. Good read.

Although some parts of the story line were not believable, the characters were engaging and well developed. Also appreciated that it was not as sexually explicit as most "romances"...great without it.

Surprisingly well.... I found the leading lady to be quite naive but it was refreshing. Novak managed to make usually annoying qualities cute. The chemistry between the leads added to a awesome story!

An interesting love story with the expected happy ending. Not sure the title tells much about the story since we are really reading about an injured pro football player and his rehap experience. The twists and turns leading up to the happy ending are what keeps the reader interested. It's a heart warming read.

Dakota has been raised by an alcoholic father whose behavior has become more erratic and abusive. She applies to become a nanny for the infant son of Tyson Garnier the famous wide-back receiver for the Stingrays. Dakota loves being with baby Braden, but its' Tyson who really sets her heart to racing.

Quick read, main characters were likable. Brenda Novak did a great job in telling the backstory of what happened in the lives of the characters to form their different personalities and why they handled their life the way they did. I would recommend this book.

This series was one I extremely enjoyed and wish there could have been more books like it. This one wasn't just about the beautiful people. It was about some the real people who can easily go unnoticed to us in life,
