Bear Haven Boxed Set

I loved reading each and every one of these stories and no one can go wrong in getting this set.
1. Mountain Bear: Shane is the oldest McAllister, a confirmed bachelor, like his two brothers, & is faced with a forced marriage because of their father's will stipulation that each brother must marry or lose their beloved ranch. No problem since his wild and reckless youngest brother Maverick took over Shane's dating site profile resulting in Ruby coming out to MT to meet Shane. Thus starts the tale of the wooing and winning., One element of this shifter story is the one canny ability these guys have that hasn't been presented in any other shifter story I've read before. And I've read many. You'll just have to read this to find out what that is. This is my first time reading Ms. Bolryder but it won't be my last. Looking forward to what's next in this series.
2. Rancher Bear: This story is full of surprises. Jesse is the quiet, responsible brother of the three McAllister bear shifter brothers until it comes to Ruby's friend Bonnie. He senses something special in her. Bonnie keeps her past close to her chest; only telling everyone that she has broken off relations with her finance Seth. Of course, brother Maverick has his hand in things with his finagling and plotting. You'll just have to read this one to find out how successful he's at his machinations and what happens as these two fated mates get their HEA.
3. Wild Bear: Hold onto your hats cuz here comes Maverick. Mav has been one with his bear since his mom abandoned him in the forest. He's buried his human side since then. Now comes Harmony and his human side is awakening because of her. What a beautiful love story No one will want to miss this last one of this series. Now we need a story about that blond haired hunk Wyatt.
4. Mountain Lion: Wyatt can't understand how each of the McAllister men had laid claim to a mate when his feline breed never settled to be tied down to one female. He was an only child and seemed to be destined to remain so. All that changed with the appearance of what he assumed was a female referred to him by the McAllister clan looking for any kind of job. Well, he soon learned that first impressions can be deceiving. Valerie had escaped from her clan of mountain lions after being sold to Lyle. She and everyone in her family believed her human since she had never turned and was therefore worthless. Wyatt's protectiveness blossoms when he sees her battered face. They both decide to the "friends" as both are afraid of commitment. Wyatt thought he would be too possessive as a mate and Val felt she couldn't commit herself to anyone since that person could turn into a possessive monster who wouldn't allow her the freedom she wanted so badly. Wyatt shows her the kindness she really needs. The more time they spend together the more they realize that they do need each other. Lyle does finally show up but is in for a surprise. With the help of weretiger Jace who was an enforcer for the Dragons (an interesting character) the fight is on. This a good addition to the Bear Haven series. At the end one might speculate on if the is another story for Jace or not. Only time and Ms. Bolryder will tell.

Mountain Bear
Poor Green eyed hunk Shane. Not a lot of females in Montana so he puts an ad on the internet. Scared because to keep his family ranch he has to be mated in a few months or the ranch will be put up for auction according to the will. Ruby is from New York just being demoted at her job and ending a bad relationship gets drunk with her two best friends and drink wine getting tipsy they see the ad on the internet and right off the back ruby is falling. Her friends try to talk her out of it but in the end all three head to Montana. What could go wrong. You need to read couldn't stop till I fascinated and now scratching to read the next installment. Terry Bolryder hasn't let me down yet. Must read.

Rancher Bear
Bonnie has a secret she's been hiding from her friends. She was engaged to a man whom she loves but feels like he doesn't love her back. When they fought she let heading to Montana to see her friend Ruby get married. She wants Seth to show her he cares by coming after her. Jesse knows Bonnies secret but hasn't said anything when he first saw her he knew she was his mate but she was promised to someone else. This is a great read. You need to read mountain bear first before reading this book. I couldn't put down I stayed up all night wanting more. Now I have to sit patiently until Mavericks book comes out. Thank you so much Terry Bolryder for writing yet another great story line...

Wild Bear
Maverick is used to being in bear form more than being in human form. He doesn't understand humans feelings because of his mother who couldn't stand being in human form . You need to read the other 2 books in this series to truly understand why. When harmony comes to visit the ranch a second time. Maverick wants to prove to her that she is her mate. Harmony doesn't understand this mate thing and is falling in love with Maverick but, is maverick to wild to tame or does he have the same feelings. You need to read these books great story line.

Mountain Lion
So excited to come home from being in a hospital for 4months. To find your lost kindle and see all the new books from Terry. I have been waiting patiently for Wyatt's story to come out. Loved it. Wyatt has been working on an upgrade ranch. As the owner workers come and go and when one unexpected fella or may I say something else comes in looking for work sends Wyatt to see things outside of just the ranch. Must read will love as well.

Mountain Bear

Shane, Jessie and Maverick McAllister are bear shifters living the perfect life in the wilds of Montana. They have a very successful ranch and a bunch of land they can roam in bear form, there is nothing they would add to make life better. When Shane finds their fathers will buried in the mounds of paperwork he left behind, they discover that they have to find mates in three months or the land goes up for auction. Feeling guilty about not finding the will earlier, Shane offers to take the plunge first to find a mate and hopes his online dating profile will attract some prospects. Ruby is a New York City girl who is looking for adventure. She just broke up with her cheating boyfriend and took a demotion at work for being late because of said boyfriend. She is attracted and oddly drawn  to Shane's profile picture and decides she flying to Montana to meet him. Accompanied by her two best friends, they fly across the country hoping for adventure and to meet some sexy mountain men. I really enjoyed how the three brothers are sexy alpha males but they still are adorably clueless when it comes to women. Shane is super romantic and determined to win his mate land or no land. I can't wait to be able to read the next story to see what shenanigans the brothers get up to in their misguided attempts to woo a female. 

Rancher Bear

Jesse is the middle brother of three, always calm, cool and patient, until he meets his mate, then everything is upended in his peaceful life. The three brothers are bear shifters living on the family ranch in Montana. Jesse owns several restaurants that use the beef that the ranch raises while his older brother Shane deals with the running of the ranch and Maverick, the youngest, guides hiking and riding tours on their land. When the brothers discover that they each have three months to find mates or loose the land they love, Maverick hatches a crazy plan to find mates. With Shane newly mated, it's Jesse's turn and he already knows who his mate is; one of Ruby's best friends. Bonnie is incredibly attracted to Jesse but is engaged to another man, sort of. Bonnie and Seth have known each other their whole lives and have had an on again off again relationship for what seems like forever. Bonnie leaves Seth and goes to Montana to visit her friend while she thinks about her life, but can't help but think about Jesse instead. He makes her feel things she's never felt with Seth and she has no idea what to do about it. Jesse only has a short time frame before Bonnie goes back to New York, and Seth, to convince her to stay with him, that he loves her more then Seth ever could and that they are fated mates. Mavericks story is next and I can't wait to read what shenanigans he gets up to trying to convince his mate to accept him!

Wild Bear

Love this book, love this series!!!!! Maverick is the youngest McAllister brother and the most wild. Abandoned by his bear mother in the woods, Maverick spent the first several years of his life alone in bear form. After his brothers and father find him and bring him home, he grows up more bear then man. He leads the wildlife and horse back riding tours on their family ranch, but chafes in his human skin. He has already met his mate and is eagerly waiting for her return to visit her two friends, who have mated Maverick's two older brothers. Harmony has been attracted to Maverick from the start, but tells herself that having a life with him would be impossible. He is a savage, uncivilized mountain man and she is a sophisticated New York City girl, no matter how bad she wants to be with him, she just doesn't see how it'll work out. I loved Maverick and Harmony's story!!! Maverick is a very simple, straightforward guy and doesn't understand some of the finer details of wooing a woman, which tends to be pretty entertaining. This series is fantastic and I hope Wyatt's story is next!!!

Mountain Lion

I love this series more and more with each new book!!! Wyatt is a mountain lion shifter running an upscale dude ranch on his family land in Montana. Wyatt has a weird reaction during an interview with a gruff scruffy male but sends him away since he doesn't fit the ranch in appearance, Wyatt follows the male to the bar in town since his instincts won't let him do anything else. After rescuing the male from the locals at the bar, he discovers the he is actually a she, on the run and covered in bruises from abuse. Valerie ran away from the man her father sold her to for breeding since she is part cat shifter. She trusts no one, especially men, but desperately needs a job and has always loved horses. She goes home with Wyatt and excepts his job offer even though she thinks it was offered in pity, because she could still be in danger and just wants to be safe for the first time in her life. Wyatt befriends her and fights a constant battle against desire and possessive protectedness towards Valerie. He will do anything to keep her safe and to convince her that not all men are scum, that some are worth trusting and loving. The whole series is just fantastic!!! I can't wait to see what's next...maybe a certain tiger?

Hercules and Hera story was epic. Loved how things turned out in the end. Although Hera had a sneaky way of going about things, trying to weasel her way back into Hercules life, but in a good way. They say you never forget your first love and she sure did love Hercules. Going as far as lying to her family, although she knew they would have not so nice things to say. But on the other hand daddy dearest up and invited suitors for her, not knowing that Hera (Valarie) as she is known by her family had her own agenda. Now from the beginning I never trusted Bentley, Adam not so much and look how that turned out. As for Dean I had a suspension about him too. Not thinking he was a Private Investigator, but just a feeling that he was someone who knew something about Hercules...weird I know, but things moved in the right direction for Hercules and Hera, with Hercules finally told Hera able his past because he thought he was a monster and had dark past he didn't want anyone to know about, but a wise word from a friend put him in the right direction and he came clean to Hera, and that's all she wrote...loved it and now they both are on cloud nine...
Another great read Terry, as always you had me holding on the edge of my seat to see what the outcome of Hercules and Hera story would entail....love it.

Mountain Bear

Three bear brothers live where there are hardly any women. They find out they need mates in order to keep their ranch. What will they do?

In this book we meet the brothers. They are a little rough around the edges, and have dangerous enemies. Ruby and her friends find one of the brothers on a dating site, and decide to travel across the country to meet him. All does not go according to plan.

I like the storyline and characters in the book. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Wild Bear

I read the previous books in this series, and I like them all. This book is my favorite. Maverick is more comfortable as a bear than human. Harmony is more comfortable in the city. Maverick realized in book 1 that Harmony was his mate. Unfortunately Maverick did not know how to be less "bear", which was hard for Harmony to deal with. Harmony, not knowing Maverick is a bear and was abandoned as a child, could not understand why Maverick was such a "caveman".

This book pulled on my heartstrings. Maverick tries to be more human for his mate, and the journey is so sweet and funny. I hope there are more books to come in this series.

I received this ARC for my honest review

... Though I pulled several all-nighters, because I couldn't put them down. I see reviews from other books/novellas, wherein people "pitch a fit" over horrible grammar, and misspellings to the point the story was unreadable. I considered the fact that sometimes, given a forum, some individuals must have criticism; but when giving them a shot, they were as unreadable as cautioned.

Not so with this series. As I do not have an English degree, there may have been some sub-optimal sentence structure, but not that I noticed. In fact, in the series, I only noticed a couple instances of referring to the wrong character's names. With as many as 8 main protagonists, plus adjacent characters, easy enough to do.

The stories themselves, are fast-paced, following a pair of people (a shifter, and his beautiful, bbw "fated mate"; enough action to keep things fun and fast-paced, without neglecting the featured couple, with their unique flaws, and assets. The romance is elegantly written (without reducing itself to base verbiage), and hot enough to leave you deliciously tensed during the scene.

I look forward to all other works in the artist's repertoire. Thank you, Miss Bolryder, for some much needed hours of thoroughly enjoyable distraction. Kudos to you!

I absolutely crave reading anything by Terry. I had never read nor had I even been interested in paranormal/shifter romance. I became a kindle unlimited subscriber and just luckily happened across a book written by Terry, read the info and thought it sounded interesting. I became hooked. Do yourself a favor and try any of her books. Especially if you read to escape like I do. Perfect way to get lost for the weekend!

I enjoyed all four stories in this boxed set. The characters could have been fleshed out a bit more, but they were all pretty easy to like. The plot, action scenes, and smex were fine too. My lower rating is due to the lack of hard editing. Awkward phrasing (and there were a lot) such as "he tricked both her friends into bad situations on accident" and "It was so different from what she'd had the rest of her life" made it hard for me to stay focused on the story. There were also spelling errors, dropped words, and typos. I still recommend it, though, and the editing seemed much better in the last story.

Kindle unlimited purchase

Montana is a long way from New York. Ruby knows she has nothing holding her there, so why not see if her life is in Montana on a ranch. So she and her friends leave and have the time of their lives.
I enjoyed this collection of books. You have 3 brothers, each brother more different than the other. I think I liked Maverick's story the best. He was very loveable.

I loved this series. I liked the characters and the story line. I think the author did a great job of keeping me entertained which is one of the things I look for in a book. I have read series based on receiving the first book free and this series did not disappoint. I like how all the characters eventually ended up tied together as a group. It was funny and sad at the same time. I really felt their pain and bewilderment. I would read other books by this author.

If you love to read about stubborn ALPHAS, SASSY FEARLESS ladies that are not concerned about doing what she has to do and then go home and possibly make nice with the grumpy ALPHA, then this box set is for you. The chemistry is so undeniable between the couples, you can practically envision yourself in their place feeling all the emotions that are being read on the pages. A great read and an even better price for all the intensity that you get to experience.

I really enjoy her writing. This set with the bears and the mountain lion was very well written, but the proof reader slipped a few times. I still enjoy the dragons more. Possibly because they were my introduction to Terry Bolryder's worlds ☺

Three lonely bears, three BBW sophisticated women who want love. Great set-up! Especially when one of the bears, Maverick my favorite, helps it along with a crazy doctored profile for Shane, his brother, on a dating site that brings those women out to the ranch in Montana from New York. Look out for Maverick he instigates how his brothers get the woman meant for him. He's a hoot.

No cliff hangers. I loved how each book had there own set of trials and triumphs. That famuly pulled together and friends stood by one another. The author did a great job of putting all of this together. Mature readers.

Loved it!! I really loved this series, although I found myself wanting to strangle every one of the women. Hardheaded, stubborn, unreasonable,......... It took exceptional men to eventually make these relationships work. But still, very enjoyable reading!! My first time reading this author, but I will definitely read the rest of her works!!!!!

I really enjoyed this series i think Maverick has got to be my favorite i laughed so hard at the dating profile. I was able to read all 4 books in this box set awesome series with true mates, which i love about shifter novels, i hate reading shifter novels without true mates I recommend reading this series

I really loved these guys they are sweet and fun. I kinda hoped for a little more maybe a holiday one with the babies and including the bears new cousin and their trend Wyatt. This is a great family and so romantic!

Never ever let your wild brother get ahold of your e-dating site account... You never know what might happen.
These were really good stories that were fun to read. I love Terry anyways so it was a hit for me.

Loved each of the stories of the McAllister brothers and their neighbor Wyatt. I love that the characters cross over to the other stories. I would like to see more of these same characters in future stories.
