I bought this for my 83-year old grandfather. He absolutely loves it and has been using it to deepen his relationship with God. This book is very inspirational and uplifting. It's as though God is speaking directly to your heart with new instruction every time you read a devotion.

wonderful "Just Because I Care" gifts.
Along with my Bible, it is an excellent
quiet time companion.

Sarah Young writes beautiful devotional materials. This one was prepared to be used during the Lenten Season. As is typical with Sarah's work, it is an invaluable and very well written book. I highly recommend it.

I love this author! I have "Jesus Calling" as well and both books have enriched my walk with the Lord making me think that she can see what is happening in my life and addresses the issues at the perfect time! Don't miss out on reading this book.

I had read this powerful little book some time ago. As I was rereading it I decided to purchase several copies to share with members of my prayer group. Nothing but excellent comments from everyone who experienced it. It is so wonderful that you can read it over and over again- whenever you feel the need. It really blessed all of us!.

Each day's devotional speaks right to me, like it was selected specifically for me. To some that might not make sense, but it is so true. As finances permit, I plan to buy more to give out. It is wonderful and the best devotional I've had in my 76 years.

My favorite devotional for several years. Always timely for the moment. I travel with it and have given it to many. Recently to my college bound grand daughter who had already bought it for herself and loves it. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed this book, because it is simply based on scripture. Worshiping JESUS in Spirit &Truth is always a celebration of His abiding presence. Any child of GOD will enjoy 40 days with JESUS. Excellent read!
