Paranormal Security and Intelligence an Immortal Ops World Novel (PSI-Ops / Immortal Ops Book 1)

Loved this book!!! The first in the PSI-OP series. I have read the Immortal Ops books twice and could not wait until I got this one. Read it in a few hours and then reread it again since. I love the humor that Mandy puts into the story and the fights are good. I won't bore you with all the details of the story but it is action packed and the love scenes are HOT!!! Can't wait until the other characters are developed into their own stories. I recommend this book and series to anyone that is a paranormal lover!!!

I really liked this book. It took me by surprise. It's filled with romance,humor,gunplay,sex and super natural dram. I just couldn't get enough of was that good . I laughter a lot for a romance super natural book. Thumbs up to the author. I would buy more of her work.

All of this book was delightful and led you through adventures with laughter and joy. Start with the grumpiest and rudest alpha male and the most absent minded intelligent woman; shake well, add danger in a foreign land and find romance at it's knottiest best. Totally wish to read more of these books. Thank you for bringing joy to my cold winter heart.

There is plenty of hard headed strong woman, hard headed stubborn man, sex, suspense and great dialogue in this book to make me want to read it over and over. Mercy and Duke are completely different in DNA and technology but mates for life, as they discover.
Can't wait to read more books of this series to cover Boomer, Striker, Corbin and James! These are short stories but has tons of action and dialogue to make one hold their breath, or laugh out loud.

This book was amazing. I like stories that are funny, romantic, and very sexy and this story had it all. If you don't like sexual scenes then this book isn't for you, but if you are like me then you might want to give this book a chance.

So many glowing reviews I really wanted to love this book. Had great promise, the characters are great, with personality to burn. But somehow the story never took off. So light on story it left the sex scenes feeling unsexy... May try another because I LIKE the characters.

I love that this crosses over with the Immortal Ops series! This was a good book. I love how the guys are with each other and how they react to Mercy. I found Mercy to be kinda funny and quirky which was something different from the other females in the immortal ops series ( not in a bad at either). Once I started reading I didn't want to stop, I would definitely recommend reading this book.

Another installment in the Immortal Ops series, Act of Mercy follows along the same supernatural theme. With Mercy we are introduced to pixie and Duke is a werewolf who hates everything except Mercy. Four stars.

I love this series. The characters are fun and it is an action packed exciting romance with moments of laugh out loud moments. I loved Duke and Mercy. And the twist of the connected relationships that is disclosed in the book is fun. I also enjoy a series that can successful bring past character's into the story without it sounding like its forced. Shifters, supernatural and genetically interfered with and nasty bad guys experimenting on the good guys and those they rescue makes this an exciting must read series.

I am so enjoying these books. Fabulous characters. It makes you believe that some of these creatures really exist. And the sex oh my God I am so jealous. What more could I want? Another book which I plan on finding. Continue writing and I'll continue reading

Great Series, Great Concept, Great Characters. The story concept of this series reminds me a tiny bit of the Ghost Walker series by Christine Feehan (and that's a compliment people cause I love those books too), but with enough twists and changes that it's totally fresh and NOT a redo of someone else's work in any way. Read them all, Immortal Ops and Psi Ops are great and it's one of those series that pulls you in so hard that you read at lighting speed (because its that good) and then are just a little sad because that book is over and you have to wait for the author to finish the next one.

Holy hot damn. This book was crazy good. Opposites do attract. Action, drama, and full of angst. Characters full of levels that have yummy goodness. So many twists and turns. Sexy as ever. Onto the next installment in this series.

This has a good story that will keep you interested until the very last page. Lots of great character interaction which is always fun to read. It didn't have enough sex or enough real one-on-one between H & h to rate a 5. None the less, it was a good story and I look forward to book 2

Good plot, in depth characters, hot and steamy romance, a book i just couldn't put down. I love the I-Ops series and related books, I have read all that I can find and am eagerly awaiting the release if the next in the series.

It was....okay. I love romance books, and the best thing I liked about this book was the woman wasn't constantly fighting the attraction. The only thing is...it was a bit short and the 'love' scenes seemed a bit squashed in at the end of the book. It just didn't make me want to read any of the other series.

I loved everything about this book. The men are special. Each one has a great background story. I love a series about an organization of strong men/shifters who look after their own, as well the mates. I can't wait to read the rest of the series. I really like her style of writing, and recommend this book to any serious paranormal romance junkie.

Great start to the Immortal Ops series spinoff! Picks up after Tactical Magic and follows Duke and his soon to be mate Mercy, we also meet Duke's team and get a follow up on Jimmy. In true Immortal Ops fashion this book has sassy women, hot alpha shifters, action and a touch of humor. If you like Immortal Ops you won't be disappointed! Can't wait for the next installment!

If the sequels are like this one I will definitely be reading them. Too many of this genre succumb to the constant, repetitive (ad nauseam) moaning, groaning, hair shirt wearing angst. Thank you, thank you, for characters who gave it a thought and then just got on with things.

Really 2.5 stars. What I liked: the subgenre of paranormal and tough soldiers going after the bad guys; the jabbing dialogue between the soldiers. What concerned me: little character development (and I believe these characters deserved it); lots of describing/telling for the first half of the book and virtually no action until the second half of the book; okay HEA that could have had so much going for it, but was given short shrift; no closure at all with the Corporation other than "live to fight another day" (I guess). So, an almost good story and from reading other reviews I understand this author does a fine job with her other series'.

The plot was very addictive and the characters were hilarious and yet so strong. The heroine was just a blast so smart yet has a hard time with everyday things. I just rolled when she couldn't stop talking when Duke was saving her and the questions just kept coming about sex, shape shifting, weightlifting, etc. it was a hoot. Hope the next is as good because I just loved this.

Love this series! I really like the characters and the stories are filled with romance, humor (lol) and action! Just cant wait for the next book! And Ms Roth, please please please follow up with the past couples in your upcoming books! I really like hearing about them in the subsequent stories!! :D

I love this having the opportunity to see a different side of the Ops world. I've read the first 4 of the Immortal Ops books and jumped at the chance to read this one. I was not disappointed. Honestly, I have to say that I liked Act of Mercy best of the Ops books I've read so far. As time and money allows, I'll be reading the rest of both series!

I happened across the I-Ops series while looking for something else. Intrigued, I got the first four books and started reading while on my breaks at work.

By book 2, I was hooked. I couldn't put it down. Once I could do it, I ordered the other books in the series. This one so far is by far my favorite to read. Not because of the sexiness that ensued. But because of the interactions between Duke and Striker. The two of them going back and forth had me cracking up. Quite frankly, I can't wait for Striker's book to come. He's much too entertaining.

Duke is your typical alpha, Mercy is quirky, and together, their interactions had me giggling or down right laughing more than once as they remind me very much of my husband and I. If you looking to read something that will entertain you, while giving you a little something extra *hint hint ;)*, Act of Mercy is a damn good book to cuddle up with.

This was such a pleasant surprise. I loved this book! The banter between characters was fantastic and the H was all alpha male. There was no cliffhanger thank goodness. I really enjoyed this and now I'm on to the next in the series.

A great fun read with endearing characters that leap off of the page and into your heart. I love to read books written by an author with a great sense of humor and Mandy M. Roth has become one of my new favorites.
