Just a great read ;a lot of things are believable due to Mrs.Gerritsen's research .The characters are great , I read the reviews with one star and have to disagree.Although Isles's character is not that dominate ,it is true to the situation the characters is in. Isles just got out of a relationship and was almost killed ,lol, I know it is just a book but I love these characters!Read this book:)

In the Silent Girl, Tess Gerritsen has outdone herself once again! While I love each of her books, and recently just re-read all of her previous novels prior to reading The Silent Girl, I think this one has become my new favorite! Highly recommend it!!

What can you say about the Murder Club Girls, they always keep you entertained to the last page. Good dialogue, great story line. Only problem I have with these books is they don't come out quick enough. Can't wait for the next one, write faster Tess. Great read.

This book was gripping, very exciting to read and had a fantastic ending. One of Gerritsen's best! Rizzoli was in good form as was Isles (although the book did not have as much if Isles as previous ones). The secret of the ending was kept very well to the point where I really did not have a clue who was doing the killing until the very end - then the ending was very satisfying. I could recommend this great read to anyone.

Last summer I read the whole Rizzoli and Isles series back to back. I then read her other thrillers. Tess Gerritsen is an amazing writer. Sometimes, after an author writes a number of books in a series they start sounding the same after a while but Tess Gerritsen always has the most original plots.
Silent Girl is probably my favorite so far of the series, even though I have loved them all. There was so much suspense, I couldn't put it down until I read the whole thing yesterday. I love the characters and I'm hoping that Tam continues to be in her next novels also.

This one takes you right to the heart of Chinatown (in Boston) with the latest installment in the Rizzoli and Isles crime mystery series. Plenty of fascinating facts, and enough twists and turns to keep you guessing until the very end. A good read!

I really did enjoy this one. It was very interesting. I did suspect who would turn out to be the killer, but was surprised by the other. I do prefer the friendship that Rizzoli and Isles has on the TV show over the books.

I love Gerritsen's characters (Rizzoli & Isles), in the books not the TV series, and this started out as an interesting story in Chinatown, introducing a Chinese detective that I suspect we will see again. However, there was too much Chinese mystical nonsense done, I suspect, to throw you off from solving the crime, leading up to the end which was anti-climatic.

I also wanted to see more of Rizzoli's home life with her FBI husband, Gabrielle and her precocious toddler, who is a clone of Rizzoli. That makes for amusing plot lines. Overall, not as good as Gerritsen's other books.

With Tess Gerritsen being one of my favourite authors, I have high expectations when I start one of her books and once again I was not disappointed!
I found the book exciting and well written, and there was suspense throughout the book.
Highly recommended!
