The Shadows: The Invasion Trilogy Book 2

This was one of my favorite reads this year. Filled with action suspense and death. But also humor at times. No character is safe. No place is safe. A well written series so far. Looking forward to the next addition.

This had a very different feel than the first book for me. This was very military in feel from front to back. One thing that bothered me in this book is that with the exception of one character appearing in the late-middle, this story did not have a lot in the gender diversity department.

Thoroughly enjoying this series so far!! I can't wait until the next book comes out.... ohhhhh sometimes time passes slowly. This is another series I had a hard time putting down. If you aren't reading this series you need to get on track. Lots of action and great characters.

This is the second installment in this series and I have to say it's even better than the first book. The first book got me interested in WJ Lundy, causing me to tear through his Whiskey Tanto Foxtrot series. I was excited when I got the chance to read The Shadows and Lundy didn't me down.

Love WJ Lundy's books. His Whiskey Tango Foxtrot series remains one of my favorites. That being said this is from a different point of view but still an exciting read. Waiting for the next book. Cannot come soon enough.

Excellent read. Most follow up books after the original are usually a letdown, not so with this author. Just couldn't put it down. Lots of original things in this book that surprised me, This series of 2 books are some of the best I've read in this genre, and I read alot. Keep up the good Mr. Lundy and hurry up with the 3rd one.
