Days of Rage (Pike Logan Thriller Book 6)

I recommend this book and the others by Brad Taylor to fans who have enjoyed the writings of authors such as Vince Flynn, Ben Coes, Brad Thor, Daniel Silva, David Baldacci, and Berenson. Taylor protagonist Pike Logan is one of men working in shadows to keep you and me safe.

Pike again doesn't waiver in his determination to succeed in every mission that he is involved in with out without the taskforce behind him. Jennifer and Pike make a great team and she is also coming into her own as a good "operator"

Pike and Jennifer are back in another Taskforce mission that leaves you breathless, waiting to see what happens next. These books frustrate me while reading, because it seems as though Pike and crew are always being held back from getting the job done. But thankfully, Pike is usually proven right and, of course, he completes the mission and more, and leaves a trail of dead bad guys behind him. I was concerned for awhile near the end of the book, that one person wouldn't get what he deserved, but I should learn never to doubt Pike. Yet another great action packed thriller in a terrific series.

The research performed is evident. Several points in the book I have to remnd myself this is fiction. Brad Taylor is a great author. I will definitely read more of his books. The only negative is that I find myself reading late into the night b/c I cannot put it down.

Brad Taylor has fast become one of my favorites. His rise in so few years to the level of his peers is remarkable. I'm sorry I'm on his last Pike thriller, but I'll anxiously await his next release just like I do the others.

Another great Pike Logan thriller that you just can't put down. The addition of some new players and teammates adds an interesting twist and plenty of bad guys getting the correct end of the punishment. Absolute must read!

Certainly a cast of characters... The realism of a combat experience and the less than polished commander...also love interests. Mr. Taylor appeals to all readers. Thanks for an excellent READ. I particularly enjoy am author who is NOT predictable.
